This beautiful studio with covered front porch in a convenient location checks all the boxes! Well appointed clean space was quiet and safe with off street parking. Walking distance to restaurants and short drive to the Gulf Coast beaches. The friendly proactive hosts were a delight to meet. Wish I could have stayed longer. Good for solo traveler or couple. Highly recommend. Thank you! 🤩

My son and his college roommate stayed with Judy before they could check in to their new apartment. Judy was a great host. Everything was easy and as expected. The place is as shown and spotless. No ridiculous house rules and check out instructions. It was a breezes for the young men and for me. Thanks Judy!

We enjoyed our stay. Absolutely loved the beach theme, and the decor was very inviting! The shower had great pressure and the water was nice and hot, with plenty of toiletries provided. Only downsides were the bed was extremely uncomfortable and squeaky, and the outside smoking lanai was dirty, and dusty--with no ashtrays provided. While Luna (their greyhound) was super sweet, we weren't prepared for her to be so in-our-face. This could be a dealbreaker for anyone scared of dogs. The only thing missing from this Airbnb was a washer and dryer within the unit, otherwise--perfect!

This place was absolute heaven! The location is something that should not be under-emphasized. Situated right on the Banana river with amazing sunsets and the ocean literally steps in the other direction - we felt as if we were on a tropical island. The pool was just icing on the cake! The property has a lush, green surrounding of amazing palm trees and huge bamboo trees. This property is extremely well taken care of. There are walkable (and good) restaurants in either direction from the property and the vibrant life of Cocoa Beach is just a few short minutes of a drive down the road. The hosts were extremely communicative and responsive, with great recommendations. The accommodations were the perfect size for two and the bed was extremely comfortable. One week was not enough. We will be returning for sure. Would give more than 5 stars if we could. Thank you for an amazing and relaxing week!

Our family had an awesome time at Kay’s place. She was very attentive to our needs and her home was super clean and refreshing. I loved the outdoor area and the private beach that you could right out to in minutes. We will definitely be back!

Jennifer’s place was absolutely amazing- I would’ve stayed more days if I could. The area was in a great location, very family friendly! I felt right at home,and my pups too! Great back yard, and patio. This is definitely a hidden gem, priced super reasonable. I will definitely be coming back if I ever find myself in the area again!

Pablo and his wife have two options of places to stay. We were actually staying in the other one and had messed up our reservation thinking we had another night when we didn’t. They had someone else coming in so we had to move. Thankfully, this spot was available! Pablo and his wife were very gracious and extremely hospitable and kind even with our mistake. This place is very lovely, clean, and comfortable. They go the extra mile to put nice touches to make it feel special. We will definitely stay with them again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. The space looked exactly like the pictures! The decor and set up were all so intentional and beautiful!! Although it’s attached to the host’s home which is usually a dealbreaker for me, there was complete privacy just like the reviews ensured! The thoughtful touches of ambiance in the space really gave it the relaxing and calming effect which I loved. My only regret is that I didn’t carve out enough time to bask in the beautiful tub!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon & it was more than perfect! The backyard & pool was like our own personal oasis it was absolutely amazing! The home was super clean & Kely was a great host, very responsive & so kind!

I had a delightful stay at Elsa's cozy suite, a garden setting on a very quiet street. Located just 3 blocks from the heart of Little Havana, it's a great neighborhood for walking and--of course--enjoying the culinary pleasures of Calle Ocho. Elsa is a charming and effervescent hostess. I most definitely hope to return.

I had a great stay at this studio! The space was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were all in good working order, and the location was very convenient for everything I needed. Communication with the host was smooth and they were very responsive to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, cozy spot to stay. Our stay was absolutely amazing! Priscilla May was responsive and helpful with any questions we had about the stay/area. The washer and dryer was an extra blessing since we were traveling by car from Oklahoma and we knew doing laundry was going to be on our list for this long trip. There was extra amenities than listed like a few game choices which was nice for the rainy evening and the bed was so comfortable which that is rare to find when traveling. We would definitely stay again and will be looking for other properties by Priscilla May in the future! Thank you for such a relaxing and stress free place to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary! We will be back again!

The space was very clean, private and had everything we needed. The location was a short drive from the beach, close to stores yet in a peaceful neighborhood. Hosts were awesome, helpful and very accommodating. Overall a fabulous stay!

What a wonderful place to stay! It was relaxing, charming, and all it said it would be. The place looked better than I imagined. It was so private and we definitely felt at home. Being somewhat close to all the action was so helpful. A short ride to our favorite spots made this so convenient. I will most certainly book here again when I return.
