What a great place to stay! Was in town for a family reunion and this was a good location- we had some activities in Edmond (about 20 minutes away) and an activity in Oklahoma City. I also had to add my brother and his kids to the reservation last minute- the host was responsive and easy to work with. Great stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Kearney Castle and we will definitely be back. The rental was in the perfect location and the views of the ocean were perfection. I love that the owners allow us to bring our dogs. They loved the beach too! The hosts recommendations for local restaurants were spot on. We loved Mulligans and Noosa Beach Grille. The deck was awesome also. we visited off season but the street was quiet and the beach was mostly empty, which we loved for the dogs! The house isn't brand new but that's what we loved. We loved the handwritten note instructions on the fridge and the sea shell shelf as a guest book of memories for all the past guests!

The house made us feel like we were at home away from home! The house had everything we would need for our week stay and made us feel comfortable. The beds were super comfortable. The hot tub was a plus, didn't expect to actually use it but it was nice after the long eventful days. Alot of space outback if you want some sunshine or even some shady spots and fenced in is great for dogs and privacy! Nice neighborhood. Each beach is about a 20 minute drive. Overall, this house was a good choice for us.

What a lovely home! It’s in the residential neighborhood above Great Barrington, which means it’s walkable to Lake Mansfield and the trails there and also either a short drive or a nice walk to everything downtown GB has to offer. The house is squeaky clean with nice kitchen amenities, a yard, and a beautiful detached screen porch for warmer months. Perfect size for a small family and very cozy. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time during our vacation. The house was very comfortable and spacious enough for 2 couples. Instructions were left on the fridge, the home was spotless, and it provided plenty of amenities. The use of the golf cart was a bonus, and the location was perfect. Margarita House was a great place for our month long stay in The Villages. Kathleen was very responsive to my question, always responding in a timely manner. The house felt so spacious and airy with high ceilings and a nice layout of comfortable furniture. The next door and backyard neighbors were so friendly, the best that we’ve encountered in our 4th visit! The house comes with a larger than usual backyard and great afternoon shade on the patio. We enjoyed this area of The Villages! Thanks Kathleen for hosting us!
