Monthly Rentals in South Hams District

Georgina and Riccardo's cottage is a delightful place to stay, it's so cosy and sweet with full amenities as needed. It was easy to park in the road below and easy to find, I would only suggest arriving in the daylight because of not being able to park outside and also because some places in South Milton don't have mobile phone access and it's dark in the countryside. Luckily we found it from the photographs, it's a small village and the owners left the front door open with lights on for us (at our suggested time) so we could go straight in and feel immediately at home. Most air bnb's don't feel cosy, it's the sort of place you feel like staying in and going nowhere! Georgina has a real flair for colour and aesthetics and it was so special to be nourished by the beauty, warmth and care we received on all fronts. Definitely would want to return and visit my family again soon.

Lovely cosy cottage in really great location to explore the South Hams. Little Deli on the corner was great for morning coffee and delicious pasties and treats! Two great sized and modern bathrooms and well Laid out open plan living area with well equipped kitchen with everything we needed to have a great stay. The welcome butterscotch biscuits were a really thoughtful touch. Thanks Sarah!

Wow wow wow. Best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Ralph and Tanny were such wonderful hosts. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The house is fab. Cosy and warm. Loads of beautiful linen and soft fluffy towels and equipped with everything you could possibly need. They have thought of everything! The nearby cove is absolutely stunning and wonderful for a swim. Brixham is such a pretty little harbour town. Great for a spot of crabbing and delicious fish and chips. We did some fab trips to Dartmoor, Dartmouth, Torquay, Paignton. A wonderful month. Already missing the beautiful bay window with sea view. Huge thank you. We’ll definitely be back!

Adrian was a perfect host. He called when we arrived and again mid stay to check if we needed anything, and encouraging us to contact him if any issues. He was responsive to a few needs as my wife is disabled, which we were really grateful for. Thanks Adrian, I'm sure we will meet again.
