Vacation rentals with an EV charger in South Hams District

First time using this property. Hosts where proactive in contacting me, and giving clear instructions about find the property and checking in. Property itself was lovely, really big but homely. This was a work trip, but I would definitely use again.

The apartment is in a great location within a minutes walk of a well stocked local shop and two minutes from a friendly pub. The views from the property are lovely and it’s a great place to sit and relax. It had everything we needed for a long weekend. It is compact as is explained in the property description, but the joy of the area is being out by the river and the stunning coast.

Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Josie’s place is situated in a beautiful and peaceful location within Dartmoor National Park. It was the perfect one-night stop for us on our way to St Ives. There are some charming pubs within walking distance from the property. Josie was very friendly and responsive throughout our communication.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. The apartment was super clean and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back!

Lovely, clean and comfortable place. Only used for one night as had an appointment in the centre, so appreciated the free parking! Great places to eat nearby, close to major roads and easy access to the city.

This was the ideal place to spend the weekend with family & our dog. Heather was very helpful. The house was spotlessly clean & it had everything we needed for an enjoyable & relaxing break. I will be returning!

A lovely stay, had everything you could possibly need - we had two infants with us and loved the amount of space. Felt like we where out in the countryside but only 5mins from a big food shop. Lots of lovely walks nearby

We have just returned from a mini break in East Yardley House and we have had an amazing time. Our host gave us clear instructions on how to find the property and it was exactly as described. There was everything that we needed to make us feel welcome and comfortable, including a greatly appreciated welcome pack. The property itself is in one of the best locations that we have stayed in in Cornwall. Being situated right on the beach front and less than a 2 minute walk to the beach, it was perfect for us and our little dog who loved it! Thank you to Mark and the team for preparing the property for us and thank you to Srt for letting out your lovely house, we’ve had a great time and we would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

We had a great time at Lucy's cottage, the space itself was perfect for our family of five. The living area and bedrooms were really clean and comfortable. The location and setting itself is beautiful, with sea views and and a lake in the grounds that is perfect for kayaking or paddleboarding (Lucy's provides a paddleboard and kayak if you need them). Lucy was quick to answer any questions we had any the communications were really straightforward. We had a great couple of nights and despite the weather there was lots to do in and around the local area. We would definitely come again.

We had a lovely stay over Christmas. The house is beautiful and looks out over the sea. The host was very helpful and communicative.

We had a lovely stay at Tracy’s..There was tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, biscuits etc. in the kitchen. There were plenty of games to keep our little one occupied ! We enjoyed our time in the park opposite the apartment complex..

We loved staying here. The view was amazing and the photos didn’t do it justice. We received really helpful instructions on how to get there by car as the hill is slightly tricky to navigate but that is to be expected! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Thanks for having us, was a lovely stay. Anchors Away is a great space that is beautifully done, spotlessly clean and with quality finishes/equipment. Lovely having the outdoor area. Great spot for Torquay and Paignton. And loved the fudge - a really nice touch and treat!

This was a lovely apartment. Super clean and comfortable and in an ideal position . The view of the sea from the balcony was really beautiful,even better than it looked in the photos. Communication was excellent. Milk and cream tea super appreciated on our arrival . Very handy for the train station too :)

Easy to find, great location right in the heart of the Barbican within easy walking distance of pubs, bars, restaurants and local attractions including the harbour as well as shops. The property itself self is very well appointed ted and spotless. Added bonus of free parking and an electric car charger if needed.

We had a lovely time, the flat was very well laid out with everything you need and spotless. It was in a perfect location so you could walk to the beach and geo park. There are lots of places to eat nearby but just as easy to cook in the flat.

Without a doubt, the best place we have stayed in! Beautifully furnished and so many extra touches that made the apartment so comfortable. Sue was super helpful throughout the whole process of booking and our stay. The view is unbeatable and we were lucky enough to have seven days of sunshine! The apartment was spotlessly clean, as someone who is a clean freak I was beyond impressed! Even with six of us staying, the apartment was super comfortable with plenty of seating inside and outside on the balcony. We even had a welcome pack on arrivals which was wonderful! We will definitely be back to stay!
