Our static caravan is situated in the old parlour of our 16th Century home. Surrounded by beautiful views and countryside- it is quiet, private and rural. We are a little ‘off-grid’ - perfect place to read, see dark skies full of stars, have starlings swoop overhead and sleep in total peace. We are very dog and family-friendly here too- pets are allowed inside, there’s a private garden and access to a fully enclosed paddock to run around in off-lead/play footie. Kids are free to roam!

Excella, our classic 80's American Airstream is beautifully restored and very spacious (sleeps up to 5) . The bedroom has a double bed, sink, shower, wardrobe and storage space. The living area has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, cooker, log burner, sofa bed and seating area which also converts to another bed. There is an adjacent flushing toilet and a large decking area out front, perfect for sunbathing, star gazing and cocktails!.

After a disastrous start to our holiday which rendered our own caravan useless, we were able to book this immaculate caravan which was very like our own and had everything we needed for a much needed holiday. Glen and Vyta had set it up completely for our arrival (including a brand new awning) and some drinks and nibbles. Very generous hosts who literally went out of their way for us. We would definitely book again.

One of the best places ever, the caravan was nicer than the photos, so cozy with a great view of the ocean. It had everything we needed and more! We found a treat local ginger bread and a note with all the info we needed about the transportations, what to do and how to get there and some useful instructions about how to use the amnesties. It had a mesmerizing view of the sunset and very serene surroundings, would highly recommend it

What a wonderful find in a perfect, peaceful location! Jaime and her husband, Scott, were the perfect hosts - nothing was too much trouble. Homemade cake on arrival with along little pot of milk, teabags and coffee, was a lovely, thoughtful touch. The caravan was wonderfully kitted out for a short stay, and very, very, cosy! After a day of being drenched in moorland rain, the caravan was a beautiful warm sanctuary to return to (Jaime and Scott were so helpful offering us a place to dry our wet clothes). We particularly loved sitting peacefully by the window and watching the birds feed. Hearing owls hooting in the dead of night was so magical too. Our whole experience was fantastic. We couldn't fault anything and we would definitely love to return. Thank you, Jaime and Scott!

Love this place. Second time staying there. Yes it is basic, but you have hot water and a shower, plus an ample kitchen, which is a luxury compared to some places. The location is top tier! Surrounded by countryside, so peaceful and relaxing. It's at tucked away behind the farmhouse, which was comforting to me in case of an emergency... but definitely feels secluded and private. After a warm welcome from Diane, and reassurance to contact her if I needed anything, I was left in peace to get on with my holiday. It is fairly priced. Would absolutely recommend without hesitation. As a side note, great place for stargazing, weather permitting!

Phil gave us a warm welcome to a very special land, nested into the valley, by the river and logged under an oak tree. A comforting place for who wants peace and enjoy the sound of the wind intertwined with the one of the river. And If you're lucky and the clouds shy away, to be blessed with a star carpeted night.

We had a lovely stay at Mimi’s Meadow over new years! The hut was gorgeous and Fiona had thought of every little detail, it was much bigger than we expected with lots of space for us and all our luggage! Fiona was an excellent host very responsive via message and was lovely that she came to say goodbye as we left :)

Matt and Deany (and Alfred) were perfect hosts! The campervan is beautifully restored and we could have happily stayed for many more weeks. The kitchen, living space, bed, storage is perfect and the sense of freedom we had driving and living around the Cornish coast was unbeatable. The driving takes some getting used to, but Matt kindly took us on a drive to explain the nuances of driving a retro camper and made sure we were confident before we set off. Many thanks to both - we will miss you Alfred!
