Vacation rentals with a hot tub in South Hams District

We have loved staying at number 9 over the Easter weekend. We were visiting friends that live in Taunton and Sarah’s place was perfect! Sarah even set up all of the beds so our friends could stay over for the night. We will definitely be booking Sarah’s place again😊

This place is wonderful! beautifully clean, tidy, comfy beds and furniture and some nice touches like a big bag of popcorn in the cinema room! There was so much space for the whole family and the house caters for all age groups...and the dog! We had mostly great weather and so went to Goodrington Beach for the morning which was only 10 mins away, but could have spent the whole weekend in the house no problem, as it was so well equipped. Would highly recommend for a big family get-together...we will be returning!

What a fantastic place. You instantly felt like home from the moment you walked in, really clean and had everything you needed to cook meals from scratch in the kitchen. Great location if you don’t want to drive, everything is a couple minutes walk from the house - can easily walk to the beach or the shops without driving. Bonus for us, there was an EV charger that Sue remote controlled so we could just plug in and top the car up. Would love to stay again, not sure we’ll ever get weather this good again though.

We can’t thank Andy enough for such an amazing stay. He was so helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. Towels were supplied, everything you need kitchen wise were also supplied, we were made to feel at home from the moment we got there. The views are spectacular, and we got so lucky with the weather. Andy was quick to recommend places to see/places to eat in and around Kingsbridge which in its self was beautiful. He stocked the fire and wood up for us every morning and even warned us about the hot tub temperature (as we would’ve been cooking like lobsters after we heated it abit too much😂). I highly recommend this place and it was well worth the 7 hour drive there and back. 1000 character reviews just aren’t enough for how helpful and welcoming Andy was. We will definitely be back! Just come back from Mistletoe Farm after celebrating a Hen weekend there. We all could not fault the hosts, they were incredible & always checking if we needed anything, so helpful throughout the whole stay. Mistletoe Farm is beautiful & so peaceful. Plenty to do within the property. We all especially loved the pool/hot tub & also the karaoke machine was a big hit. It really is the perfect place either for celebrating a special occasion or a family weekend. We all enjoyed our stay & said it is a place we would love to go back to. Thank you again to the amazing hosts. Would highly recommend this air b&b 😊

We had a lovely stay as a group of 6 adults. Staff were lovely and went the extra mile. The house we stayed in was exceptionally clean and tidy. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we would need. Would recommend to others.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The host went above and beyond, communicating quickly and making everything effortless. The house is stunning—beautifully decorated, incredibly homely, and so spacious. With 15 of us, including children, there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. The huge dining table was perfect for group meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed—loads of crockery, cutlery, and top-quality appliances. The beds were super comfortable, the showers worked perfectly, and every detail was well thought out. The location was spot-on, and nothing was scrimped on. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay—highly recommend!

This was our 2nd visit and we had a magical stay. The accommodation is so perfect for us, and we just love Westward-Ho and the stunning beach. Weather was amazing and we met loads of lovely people whilst out with our English Bulldog Gwen. We hope to return later this year.

Lovely few days away in a small complex of lodges, staff on site very approachable and a very short distance to the lake. The cafe and restaurant didn’t seem that inviting and very quiet for Easter but that’s no reflection on Roz place. We enjoyed the hot tub unfortunately we weren’t able to use the outside lounging area due to weather being mixed. We enjoyed travelling to Bude (beautiful place) and we enjoy going to strawberry fields farm and coffee shop. The site is very peaceful and the lodges are set out so everyone is well spaced out and Roz has a lovely position overlooking the field (no animals currently). My husband used the gym once which was handy. Thanks for a nice few days

Had a wonderful time. The place felt very secluded with amazing amenities and stunning sea view. Neil was very friendly and helpful too and even left us chocolates and champagne to help us celebrate a special occasion. Would love to stay here again sometime.

We stayed here for my hen weekend. The house was perfect for all 14 of us. Plenty of room and great fun. I would highly recommend

WOW!! - Foxgloves Retreat is a truly magical place. As a family of 3, we have just returned from an Easter break and it was simply unbeatable. We were so well looked after from the minute we booked and arrived. Stella and Trevor were incredibly friendly, helpful and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was fantastic. The house is absolutely stunning, beautifully designed, exceptionally well maintained and cosy too. Views over the parkland were really special - the colours, the local community enjoying themselves, lots of very happy waggly tails and birdsong. The garden is magnificent - the well manicured plants, colours and wildlife were captivating. Loved the escapism it offered, so private and extensive - great for exploring & hide and seek! The hot tub is huge, the views out were mesmerising and the sauna was a real treat after a busy day spent walking the beautiful and easily accessible coast path. Cannot wait to return in August. Thank you so much for letting us stay!

What an amazing stay, scenic location , great attention to detail in the shepherds huts with everything you require for a stay. The whole experience exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back again. Peter the host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was one to remember .. A true gem in the rolling hills or Somerset.

Me and my partner have just finished our stay with alpine grove and would highly recommend visiting. We stayed in the woodpecker lodge and from the log burner to the hot tub everything about this lodge was perfect, Kieth and Serena service is amazing and we can’t wait to visit again soon. We had such a lovely, peaceful stay at Tim’s place. The lodge is even better than the photos and the quality of beds, linen, etc was really high quality - both the adults and children in our group all slept better than at home! The hot tub was a real highlight for us, brilliant size and ready for us to use as soon as we arrived. Tim was really responsive and available to answer any questions we had. Loved the location - highly recommend visiting “Outside” up the lane for a bite to eat and a drink

Stunning place although we thought it would be more private. The cabin was adjacent to another one and overlooked. The hot tub was not private but overlooked by adjacent cabin and also security cameras which felt a little intrusive. The adjacent cabin was not occupied but we still felt the distance between cabin and hot tub / outdoor bar was not private and overlooked by cameras which was not made entirely clear in description. The property itself was delightful, well appointed and equipped. Can’t fault the service. We just didn’t like the lack of privacy in the outdoor areas.

What a stunning location. The climb down (but more importantly, the climb up!) is worth it. Loved being so close to the sea with such a wonderful view. the cabin is very comfortable and warm with an impressively well-stocked kitchen: plenty of crockery and cutlery; there is even a waffle maker! Be warned that the closest beach is a steep climb down (and back up - 180 steps plus a long steep slope) so be prepared for that. We were certainly fitter by the end of the week. We didn’t venture off too much - I preferred to sit outside and appreciated having 3 different seating areas to choose from. We used the hot tub nearly every night, with some wonderful sunsets and clear starry nights. The Halfway House at Polbathic served a great Sunday lunch (don’t confuse it with the one at Kingsand like we did - happens all the time apparently!) and Room Smiths and Player Ready in Plymouth kept our boys entertained when the rain was lashing down (we took the ferry over from Torpoint).

Myself and my partner really enjoyed our stay and were really impressed with the grounds , everything was clean and beautiful . All the little touches were excellent and appreciated so much , there were a beautiful bouquet of roses , items in the cupboard and fridge which were a nice touch as there’s always something we forget ! , We were given the opportunity to use the pool table and darts board on our last evening as the lodge was empty that night , which I thought was a lovely touch , and also gave me the opportunity to beat my other half at a game of pool. The hot tub was a great feature ! And the communication from the hosts was excellent and very informative and although we didn’t have any problems , I knew if there was , they’d be on it . We will definitely be back again . Thank you .

Amazing little getaway if you re looking for a beautiful cabin and to recharge in nature. The sauna and fire-pit are lovely additions. Would highly recommend. Caya 🐾 loved it!

We enjoyed our stay at The Chicken House from start to finish. The house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, as well as some really sweet little touches. George was brilliant at communicating with me before and during our stay. I would love to stay here again
