Villa las Uvas is spacious, well-appointed, and conveniently located. The view is unbeatable and the service was fantastic. Jean Paul was communicative throughout the whole process and the groundskeeper was extremely helpful throughout our stay.

What a GREAT place. House looked as it did in the photos - spacious and VERY clean. Location is AWESOME … So close to the beach which is great when you’re packing up 6 kids to go for a bit, and someone forgets something or forgot to go to the bathroom beforehand 😳 Just a short walk to the infamous 5th Avenue and restaurants if that’s what you’re looking for, but away from the hustle and bustle if you want things quieter. Sergio was waiting for us when we arrived at our expected arrival time and gave friendly and thorough instructions. Furthermore, if we had any questions or needed anything, he responded almost immediately. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will absolutely be trying to book this place again if family is joining us in Mexico.

Gillian’s place was so beautiful. Artistically and tastefully decorated with everything you need to feel at home. Fantastic location. While it is conveniently close to downtown, it’s still perfectly located within Playacar. A couple of things we learned after a few days that made our time more enjoyable. Rent bikes the first day. Then you can easily get around and find all the little gems in Playacar. Xaman-Ha Paseo makes a loop around the golf course and it’s a bike lane on one side. The pool has a permanent visitor - Mr Iguana. He loves the pool, but for gods sake don’t feed him or any of the animals because they will become pests. Gillian’s condo is surrounded by a jungle patch that is an Aviary you can visit. It’s like watching the nature channel from the living room. If you come to PDC from a cooler, drier climate like us, leave the windows closed and turn on the AC in the rooms you occupy. Turn them off when you leave the room and shut doors to keep it cool.

I really fell in love with this place and hope to return soon. It’s so tranquil and private and my family enjoyed the peace and quiet. The wildlife is amazing as well—iguanas, coati, and various other little creatures to see. The accommodations are spacious and very comfortable and everything you can possibly need is provided for your convenience. The outdoor kitchen is so nice to have and the pool is such a pleasure as well. We truly loved and appreciated our experience here and am grateful for Heather’s and Cristina’s kindness and generosity. Much gratitude and hope to stay again soon!

The house was great for our group. The neighborhood is in a good location and about 10-15 minute walk into town. The beach is also a short walk. The host was great, very communicative and helpful. We would stay here again if we go back to Playa del Carmen.

We had an amazing time, the house was very comfortable, and we felt safe! Nice big rooms, and a big balcony for privacy. We hope to return next year and rent this house again. We absolutely loved it!

The property is exactly as described in the listing. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The pool is peaceful, beautifully surrounded by trees, and cleaned daily. It gets only a few hours of direct sunlight due to the surrounding foliage, making it ideal for those who prefer shade. For sun enthusiasts like me, the stunning PlayaCar beaches are just a short walk away, offering gorgeous views and a less crowded experience. Our group of six adults, two little kids, and an infant found the house perfectly accommodating. The cleaning lady and maintenance staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and Moy was always attentive and quick to respond. Overall, it’s a fantastic place—we highly recommend it!

This 2 bedroom unit was amazing. Had everything one could want and came with a million dollar view. Watch the sun dip in the sea right from the deck. Thoughtfully furnished. even places to hang wetsuits and towels to dry. A/C in every room, ceiling fans, or just open the windows (screened) and enjoy the breeze. The key to the success of this property is its owner and manager: Mr. Memo, who lives on site and is always available. Memo is the true heart and soul of this fantastic gem of a place. He has been so very helpful even before we arrived, answering the many questions we had. When the car ferry we booked cancelled the sailing on New Year’s Eve, Memo allowed us to use his car, a late model low mileage, beautiful sedan. We wanted to go snorkeling, Memo connected us with a top notch operator for a private tour. He helped us with so many recommendations that our stay would honestly had not been the same without Memo. No wonder many of his guests are regulars and fantastic folks.

This villa was everything we could have wanted. Our host was incredibly responsive and handled everything we needed swiftly. Thank you for the beautiful experience and we will be back!

The beach, the view, and the house were great! It’s a very peaceful place to be.

Our group of friends were very impressed with the home. It was very clean and luxurious. The amenities all worked great. We enjoyed our host and found the staff extremely helpful. The only downside is that the villa is not walkable to the main street in PDC. The group had to walk a considerable way to find cheap transportation (taxi). Transportation could be reserved to the villa for a higher price.

We took the family, all 10 of us to Playa del Carmen for a Christmas treat. Ages ranged from 10 months to us older grandparents. Glen, Esther & Skip, were extremely responsive from first inquiry to helping us find a ride service to the airport. We always felt they could help us out in a pinch. We arrived late at night & I remember, in the morning, stepping outside to the grounds & feeling like I was in a movie. Gorgeous lush, dense tropical vegetation, a stone crafted walkways winding to the gorgeous main villa & throughout the grounds. Plus a beautiful & expansive pool/ water layout. We chose to have a chef for breakfast every morning. Definitely a luxurious way to start your day. We took day trips, however, we thought why do we want to drive to a beach when we have an entire, stunning resort to ourselves. Whether you are a couple or larger group, this amazing Airbnb will definitely impress everyone.

Amazing place right on the beach! Good Communication. We had one issue with the freezer and it did not work during our stay. Caroline tried to resolve but because of the holiday it wasn’t able to be fixed. They provided some coolers as a solution. Great people and great house on the beach.

Marce was incredible and our stay was exceptional. Marce met us at the house for check in to go through any questions we had - we even arrived on a Sunday when alcohol couldn’t be bought in grocery stores and she had alcohol at the house we could purchase. She went above and beyond to make our stay easy. There were a few air conditioning issues in the house that she quickly addressed. The cleaning staff came daily and was lovely and unintrusive. Only slight downside to the house was a relatively small kitchen to cook for 10 people; but we made do! Would recommend the fabulous house to anyone, and would absolutely stay again.

Just go ahead and book it. Safety is a must for me and I felt very safe while I was here - it’s a gated community. I was here for my birthday. I mostly communication with Ilona and she is super kind & very responsive, proactive with requests, she also recommend so many places & things to do as well as a lovely agent that helped me book my activities. She sent me pastry & a beautiful cake on my birthday which was very thoughtful. Home is gorgeous, clean. Pictures don’t do justice. 10/10 experience.

The neighborhood was great, the private beach in the neighborhood was beautiful! The house is situated at 15 minute walk from places to shop or eat and everyone is very pleasant! Ananda, the hostess replies to queries very quickly and has excellent suggestions for local shops, businesses or transportation services. Our group of 12 was very happy staying in this home! Other guests have mentioned that the pool is cold, it’s true—but the local beach is warm!

Magnificent place, the house is beautiful the photos do not see the beauty of the place😻😻😻, very wide the 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom, the place is highly recommended, my family was very happy with the stay, Madi always responded in time and was in contact with us for any situation, if we would return to that place again to stay. We had a great experience with Matthew. The home was in great condition and had all the amenities we needed. It was clean and spacious. Matthew was super-communicative and easy to reach when we had questions or issues. The house is right by the entrance to Playacar, and that had both advantages and disadvantages. On the plus side, it was a five minute walk to town and the beach. On the other side, it's a highly trafficked area and in our opinion not the nicest block in Playacar. You have have to walk south 10 minutes to get to the nicer areas. The shared pool was okay and there were people there, but the water didn't look that clean so we didn't really use it. Our kids were also scared of the coatis that roamed the common area. All in all, I recommend the place. We enjoyed our stay.

I only have good things to say about our stay. The place was beautiful and clean, with the service exceptionable. We used the personal chef service on the Friday night and Paola cooked us a wonderful meal that everyone raved about. I would absolutely stay here again with a larger group. Thank you!

The property was beautiful and the sunsets from the rooftop were spectacular! Our family was very comfortable with plenty of space in B6. Coming and going we were loaded and taken to the Villa by golf cart. Arrangements for SCUBA, fishing, our rental car and basically anything we needed was directed to a trustworthy professional company. Being picked up right on the property at the pier was a definite plus. With active security 24/7, we always felt safe and cared for. We would stay on one of Rodrigo and Amber’s properties again!

Had a group of adult family over the Christmas holiday. Henny, her husband, and Maria were all extremely helpful and friendly. Maria helped with finding excursions, and Henny was always checking on us to make sure we had everything we didn’t. The place was absolutely gorgeous and very well maintained. We’d definitely stay here again!

We loved it! The house was super fun, and was a great setup for our family vacation. The staff was so helpful and patient with our questions.
