Condo vacation rentals in San Miguel de Cozumel

Great place at Residencias Reef on Cozumel, I have stayed in this complex before they use to have a pier that belonged to the property but I believe it was washed away in 2020. If you are a diver you can still be picked up at Secrets pier next door but it will cost you 10 bucks each time. You do need a car here or the cab fares will drain your wallet. The property is beautiful, clean and well decorated. We would stay here again

We had a fantastic stay at Luz's place! She greeted us warmly upon arrival and was always quick to respond to any questions we had throughout our stay. The apartment was just as pictured—spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location couldn't be better; it's just steps from the beach and a short walk to the city center and great restaurants. The pizza spot below the apartment was a real highlight, perfect for a quick and delicious bite, especially for our picky eater. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby taquerias, and highly recommend El Arabe for some local flavor. Would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic time here. My wife was doing the Ironman and the location was perfect for that - very close to the finish and check in. An easy walk from the ferry terminal and plenty of restaurants and shopping. The apartment has a nice ocean view and a good restaurant right downstairs. The grocery store is less than a block away. We loved everything about this place and would come back.

Very comfortable beds, house is really nice designed and has everything you need for a good stay. If you are sensitive to traffic noises this might not be the place for you though.

When we entered the place, it felt like home for the next couple of weeks. Spacious and convenient, suitable for families or couples, the apartment has everything you need and more. During our stay, maintenance was handled by a management company that was attentive and very kind, and the owner was just a message away. The building is well-maintained, with a working elevator and a gorgeous pool. It's a 5-minute walk from Mega and Walmart, and an 8-minute walk from 5th Avenue. This place is one of those that you know you want to come back to. Thank you!

This apartment is comfortable and spacious. The area is peaceful and very well located for walking around the Centro area. Jessica was very responsive when we booked and Libi the local host was very kind and very quick to answer questions and solve any issues. The bed was large and comfortable, with a good quality air-conditioning unit. The bathroom has a good supply of hot water. The kitchen is well equipped, and has a good selection of appliances. The entrance to the apartment has a gate for additional security. Some of the furniture and fixtures show some age, but remain fully functional and we feel the apartment is very good value for the price we paid. We work remotely and at times the internet in the apartment was too slow for our needs. However there are nearby cafes which allow coworking (we liked The Coffee and Aqui + Ahora), and these are an easy backup option. Thank you very much Jessica and Libi for hosting us!

The unit is beautiful and you couldn't ask for a better host. Olivia was super responsive, had everything you could possibly need and went over and beyond for us to make sure we were comfortable and answered any questions right away. The unit is clean, spacious, has a great balcony and is well equipped for both adults and for families with kids. The Awa building is also great, it is located in a beautiful neighbourhood and it is easy to get around. Don't hesitate to book with Olivia, we are looking forward to future stays with her.

I loved my stay in this department, the region is very quiet and beautiful, only a block from 5 avenue and two from Mamitas beach Super recommend this apartment, all very beautiful clean and comfortable with all the amenities, including beach chairs, sun umbrellas, fridge and even beach towels, very complete nothing is missing to spend some good fairs in this place

We’ve been to Playa many times & have stayed at other condos. Erika’s place, the Ipana has been the best yet. Room was very spacious, loved having filtered water available as I wash all my fruit & veggies in it as well as brush my teeth. The roof top pools are connected to each tower. So one is for young children, one you can swim laps which also has an outdoor bar on the patio. ( Our favourite). There’s a huge supermarket right around the corner & 5th Ave is a 5 min walk & the beach is another few min. Luv, luv, luv this location. We had a few small issues but Erika promptly took care of them. We’ll definitely come back!

We were a group of 6 and we had plenty of space to spread out. Everything was walkable and felt safe.

Rachel’s place was perfect in so many unexpected ways. My best friend and I travel to Riviera Maya fairly often, and we were so pleased with the location, the proximity to restaurants, the private penthouse outdoor space, the pool, the beach club, and the overall vibe of the space. Rachel takes such good care of her guests and was so quick to respond when we had a question. We found that Calle 38 was a 5 minute walk and my favorite part of PDC. Rachel’s place is far enough away from the 5th that you don’t hear the noise, but close enough to walk when you want to go. It was peaceful and the views were stunning. This is the best Airbnb we’ve rented in the area and we would definitely go back.

This is our second stay at Laura & Edouard’s wonderful oasis! We loved the space and they were extremely great hosts. Very easy to communicate with and they responded immediately (they live in the unit but are very unobtrusive and don’t bother you at all unless you have a concern but at the same time very open and welcoming. They had a taxi driver who took us to dive each day and to the airport at the end of our trip. The bedrooms are large and very well air conditioned. It’s also an excellent value. Would absolutely stay here again. I left a hat and towel the first time I stayed and they saved it for me so I got it on our second visit! This is maybe the fifth place I’ve stayed in Cozumel and it’s definitely my favorite!

I selected this apartment for a week-long trip to PDC with my family and my in-laws based largely on the size (two bedrooms) and the pictures of the beautiful balcony and garden. I feel as though we really lucked out in terms of location - the apartment was near enough to 5th Ave and the beach to walk, but far enough to be in a tranquil neighbourhood. There were so many nice restaurants nearby, as well as a grocery store a couple of blocks away. I highly recommend this unit. As others have mentioned, the property manager Sandra is wonderful and friendly.

The condo was in a great location and walkable to restaurants, grocery and shops. The condo was clean and spacious. The roof top patio and pool were fantastic. A great place with a large, walk out patio. Nice to have 24 hour security too.

Really amazing views. Easy to get to town with taxi. Highly recommend. Small caveat-we stayed with a group of four and sometimes ran out of hot water (became lukewarm).

Daniel is a great host, very honest and generous in his communication. The place is a perfect little hideout for a solo traveler or a couple, with great A/C, a reasonably comfortable bed, a stocked kitchen, and newer appliances. If you're diving with one of the operators at Marina Fonatur (like Dive with Martin or Tres Pelicanos, both of whom I've worked with and are great) this place is ideal...1 mile to the South, easy to get back-and-forth (you'll need a car--which you can rent from Daniel if you like--or a scooter or something). Anyways, can't say enough about how easy Daniel was to work with. Will definitely return!!

The apartment is as advertised. Clean, comfortable, and very close to the beach. Location: Next to the beach on Ave 38, close to some great restaurants and the quiet end of 5th Ave. Apartment: The kitchen is well equipped with lots of gadgets. Building: Great common areas, the rooftop infinity pool is awesome with views of the sea and Cozumel. The only drawback is the building and amenities are showing their age, it didn't affect our stay at all, but it could use a facelift. That said, I would stay hear again if we were in the area.

We were here for 2 months. The condo is in a great location central to many fabulous restaurants and a fancy grocery store. It is exactly like the photos. Lovely view with a private balcony. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Juan and the other staff were helpful and friendly. The host, Steve, gave us many great local suggestions. Highly recommend staying here.
