Oscar was a great host. He offered great recommendations for local dining and activities. The location is walkable to a wonderful bakery for morning coffee and great for getting to anywhere in the city. It was clean and easy to access. I would definitely recommend this place and Oscar as a host.

This property is stunning!! If you are looking for a peaceful and private house away from the crowds this is the house for you. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets from the porch. Beach is right out the door. The pictures and descriptions accurate. The transportation service the host works with is tremendous, very responsive. We had Chef Beto cook two meals and the food was phenomenal and reasonably priced, with plenty of leftovers. Alberto was responsive to anything we needed during our stay and the dogs and cat were awesome. The property was a great fit for our family of 7. Great memories created and we are already trying to plan a trip back. Host very responsive to my many questions.

Recommended place, the facilities are very nice and in good condition and most importantly everything is very clean. It's close to downtown and close to the spot there are several places to eat.

great place. Everything was very clean. They provide cleaning on a regular basis. Thi place is on a main road, so are lots of diners close by. The place was quiet. Not a lot cooking appliances, but Dayma went out of her way to provide some extra utensils. The mattress was an extra plus to our stay, our backs appreciate the firm place to rest at night. The stay was super, the location is very good, you have nearby the beach, restaurants, Walmart, banks, etc. Rosita resolved some details immediately that we communicated it to her and was on the lookout.

The kitchen is sparsely outfitted with basic utensils and pots and pans. Also, only the first trash bag and bottle of water are provided. But the place was very comfortable and hot water for showers was plentiful. We definitely enjoyed our stay here.

what a beautiful location and apartment. being so close to Walmart and having a full kitchen was extremly useful.. the gym was perfect for staying in shape on my trip. beautiful views of the city from the rooftop and a wonderful outdoor lounging/BBQ area. the host was always very responsive, assisting with any needs or concerns I had, very promptly and with utmost professionalism. I was very impressed with the way everything was handled. I even forgot a swimsuit in my room, and they shipped to me after my stay. above an beyond on all fronts. I would highly recommend this rental and will be booking again on my next stay in Playa.

I stayed here for 45 days as a “digital nomad”. The listing is primarily in Spanish but the hosts are very very nice folks and will go out of their way to help you out (they speak English as well). So don’t let that hold you back! The property is a part of boutique hotel/residence mix property. Although the location is not directly on Avenida 5 (main tourist street) nor beachfront, the beach and the touristy area are literally minutes walk away. Everywhere you might want to go as a traveler is walkable from the location. As a person who spent a lot of time working within the Airbnb, I found that the WiFi worked well about 95% of the time (zoom, etc) I had my own router in my room, which was very nice. The hotel is very well taken care of and it is very serene and relaxing. You may hear occasional construction noises (about 5% of the 45 days), but these are remodeling individual rooms rather than a large project. The pool is beautiful, and gym had everything you need for a decent workout. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to work remotely. The surrounding neighborhood might feel foreign as the buildings look a bit worn and it’s clearly where the locals live and work. However the area is perfectly safe even at night. I will definitely come back to work remotely here again!

This place was absolutely beautiful! We’ve been to Cozumel several times and always enjoy our Airbnb experiences. However, Raul’s place was absolutely, breathtakingly, beautiful! To look out of the sliding glass doors from the bedroom and see the beautiful Caribbean, white sandy beach, majestic coconut trees, and a relaxing hammock was over the top! I’m not sure why Raul is not a super host?? The refrigerator was stocked with several breakfast and lunch items and his home is so beautiful. We had some initial concerns about privacy but each unit is a stand alone space with separate bathrooms, bedrooms, living area, and kitchen. We would absolutely love to stay here again! As an added bonus, the water outside on the north end of the island was crystal clear with hardly any seaweed!

The apartment is even better than in the photos 😊 I stayed for three weeks working remotely, and I felt very comfortable. In addition to the apartment, the building is very nice and perfectly located. Everything needed is located less than a block away. There is a 24-hour GoMart just downstairs. I would definitely go back!

Great place to stay, clean, spacious and with everything we needed for our stay. The building is new and with several ammenitites. Our hosts helped us with what we needed and were very attentive during the trip.

We had a fantastic stay! The Airbnb is literally right on the beach. Couldn't ask for a better location to the beach, to restaurants and to shops. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the balconies during our stay because of the strong smell of seaweed which was bulldozed into a pile right outside. Not a fault of the Airbnb, and we would certainly book again. We just lucked out and went when the Southern winds were particularly strong, which washed a ton of seaweed to shore.

You’re never far from everything you want to experience, yet the area around the Airbnb remains peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Luis Carlos was very responsive, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring my stay was nothing short of perfect. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I has a beautiful pool & gym.

I chose this place due it's proximity to the beach, 5th Ave, and the rooftop pool and it did not disappoint. I wanted to be close to all the action without the noise pollution, and this fit the bill. I appreciated the strict no noise after 11pm policy. The building and the condo unit is modern, safe, and clean. We felt very comfortable here, and loved that we could get drinks and snacks by the pool. Everything you could want is within a few minutes walk - grocery store, restaurants, gym, beach, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

The place is about 15 minutes from the beach is one street from the Colosio road. It's cozy, I didn't have the hammocks. The pool was clean, has basic hygiene stuff. Good door security.

overall it was a good place just I couldn't open the balcony's door.
