Fantastic location with brilliant views over Exeter. Eco friendly campsite. Very quiet and tucked away on the hillside.

Absolutely fab weekend away! This place is such a unique experience and has great facilities, including comfy beds and sofas, pots and pans, games, table tennis, and cool boxes which makes a camping trip super easy for everyone. We will definitely be returning next year!

We had a great holiday on the bus, the kids loved taking it turns to be the driver! A very ubique experience and the thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The bus is clean and has a well equipped for its size and the bathroom has a good shower. The only thing to note, as others already have is all the trees blocking the lovely view. Although it feels lovely to feel like you are in the woods it is a real shame that you can't sit out on the deck and enjoy the view. It also means the bus gets no sun so you can't get anything dry including towels. We were however provide is lots of warm blankets so could keep warm that way. Very good communication form the host.

Josh’s place is probably the best airbnb that we’ve been too.. even my 4 year old thinks its the best part of our holiday. Josh has been an absplute favorite with the kids too after he’s let them ride his tractor. (Luggages need to be transported with Josh’s tractor from the parking to the property as its a bit of a walk if not, he even helped us with loading it back). Everything youll need is there and even though there are 5 accomodations in the field, you have enough privacy for each. Roselyn the bus did not disappoint with comfort. Having lived in London for the last 10 years, it was surreal to sleep in a bus 🤣. Its spotless (as if its never been used before even though we know its such a busy accomodation). Honesty shop was a good concept too. There were wnough blankets to keep us cozy on the chilly outdood nights and the kitchen is fully equipped. The alpacas also made for a good experience for pur 3 kids. Its also plenty fo space for 8 people 👏🏼. Overall, cant recommend more!

Beautiful Cabin in its own field away from any surrounding noise which was lovely. Tom was a very attentive host and also friendly. We had a power cut during the night and he came to check on us to see if we were alright. He gave us a spare blanket and a lamp to use which was very thoughtful of him. Overall I would happily come back to this cabin and would 100% recommend to anyone thinking of booking!

Had a lovely stay at the farm . Matt was a great host and picked us up from the station , went through how everything worked and then left us to enjoy the farm. Especially enjoyed the feeding session . Where Matt took us around all the animals letting us feed them . Plus providing information about all of them. Would recommend for anyone looking to escape from the city.

Stayed at Ruby Rose for 3 nights including on Christmas day and was pleasantly surprised to see the horse lorry with cute little Christmas ornaments, lights, mince pies and a bottle of sparkling water. We got clear skies on our first night and managed to catch shooting stars. Sat by the fire pit and roasted marshmallows on the second night and chose to just watch random movies on the telly on our last night. The alpacas, donkeys and chickens were curious but friendly for sure. We paid for the sauna and used it once - perhaps if we stayed longer, we would have used it again but it was more than decent. The compost loo takes a little time getting used to and I would recommend leaving the double doors open to get some fresh air into the lorry because it can get a tad stuffy esp when everyone has gone for a poo :P Thank you for hosting us, Denise - this has been a lovely experience :)

The big hoot is a perfect place to stay if you're looking to get away. The garden is beautiful and so peaceful. Great to wake up to. My son really enjoyed the play barn. There's so much there to do for children and adults too! The caravan was lovely. Everything was very clean, cosy and comfortable. Everything was easy to find and Nigel and Maria were very welcoming and attentive. We would love to come back one day! We really enjoyed our stay ☺️

Lovely comfortable caravan . Had everything I needed . Peaceful ( apart from stormy weather ! ) and ‘ a cute little bolthole’ . Dawn was friendly , helpful and kind .
