My husband and I stayed at Tom's condo for 5 nights. The whole experience was excellent, from the moment we booked until the super easy check out. Tom was very responsive, proactive, helpful and friendly. The condo is beautiful, spacious and clean. The kitchen is well supplied. There was even a drinking water dispenser there. The balcony is huge (more like a patio), the view is breathtaking. Wifi works well. Air conditioner works well. Water pressure is good. There are even 3 bikes (!) and snorkeling gear. (by the way, the snorkeling, right in front of the building, is the best on the island). Honestly, I can't think of anything that I would change in that beautiful condo. We will definitely come back!

Exactly as advertised - this is a piece of paradise. Natalie was very helpful, and her suggestions were spot on. The private cenote tour she recommends is one of the greatest things our family has ever experienced. We rented an electric golf cart for our week stay, as one of our family members tires when walking in the heat. We drove it to restaurants every day and were glad for it, although without mobility issues no cart would be needed as everything is walkable. Such an incredible location. We loved the beach access, the snorkelling, the pool, the balcony, the easy walk to snorkel in the lagoon, and also with turtles. The house keepers kept the place spotless. We took Natalie's advice and pre-arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport, and we stopped for groceries on the way. If you plan to cook, pre-shopping is a must.

"Perfect Stay in Playa del Carmen!" I had an incredible time staying at this beautiful, brand-new apartment! The location couldn’t be better—just a short 3-minute walk to 5th Avenue with all the best restaurants, and under 5 minutes to the beach. The apartment itself is cozy, modern, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooftop is definitely the highlight, offering an amazing pool, jacuzzi, and snack bar with a great view. The host was incredibly friendly and offered excellent local recommendations. This place is perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient, and luxurious stay in Playa del Carmen!

I had a great peaceful experience staying here. Miguel and Norma were extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment had beautiful views, a spacious balcony, and the building was quiet. It's close to town, but I recommend renting a car as transportation can be expensive. All in all, a fantastic stay with a friendly host and breathtaking views. I would definitely consider coming back again.

We have stayed in the condo several times. It has a fantastic view of the sea and the beach is just outside. The place is quiet, and you can hear the sea. We find that when we stay there, we relax and don't do much else but going to the beach and the local restaurants. The kitchen has everything needed. You can have your meal outside while listening to the sea.
