Beachfront studios with a swimming pool and beach access. 5 minutes from Punta Mita and Higuera Blanca. 15 minutes from Sayulita and 30 minutes from Bucerias. 45 minutes from the International Airport without traffic. Close to the best surf spots in the bay. A beach with more than two miles of sand that looks like the Caribbean in the Pacific, spectacular sunsets and good WiFi. Family friendly and pet friendly. You can travel to the Marietas Islands or go fishing from the nearby villages or La Marina de La Cruz de Huanacaxtle 20 minutes away.

Fabulous and amazing condo on the waterfront in Marina Vallarta. Everything you could need within easy walking distance such as restaurants, shops, bars as well as boat & fishing charters etc. Beaches are across the road and access can be cheaply purchased with day passes from one of several 5 star hotels. Onsite we have a top class pool area and tennis courts as well as free covered parking. The condo is recently renovated and everything is finished to the highest standard. Airport only 5 mins

Everything was wonderful. The apartment is a dream, the service provided by Belén from Caribbean was excellent, always attentive to whether we needed anything. Without a doubt, when returning to the Riviera, I will look for this accommodation as my first option!

Absolutely fantastic location! After bailing on another local booking due to the amenities being a bait and switch, I found Cherri's condo on airbnb and booked the same day! Cherri got back to me in less than a half hour, and we packed our bags and headed out. The view was amazing, the local area is very walkable, and the downstairs restaurant was peaceful and served great food. The little cafe across the street is perfect for breakfast and great coffee. If you want to visit the coral reef, plan to get there right when they open! Once 10:30am rolls around the tour busses from the other resorts drop off their people and it can get pretty crowded, but its peaceful and calm first thing in the AM. The view from the condo was spectacular, the private beach was extremely relaxing, and the amenities made it feel like we were right at home. Couldn't be better!

An amazing experience! The house is really complete, it has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. We stayed at Joe's beachfront property in Mexico right after Christmas, and it was absolutely fantastic! The house was impeccably clean, modern, and had an incredible view of the beach. Joe was an amazing host—friendly, responsive, and always available to help with anything we needed. We highly recommend his property and would love to stay again in the future!

The host was great to work with. We had an issue with the washer (leaking) but it was fixed within a day. The view is definitely 5 stars!!! The pool is fantastic. Privacy and security were awesome. The food at the restaurant by the pool exceeded our expectations. The marina has a lot of restaurants and shopping...be prepared to walk some! We went to Wal-Mart to get our food/drinks for the week. The front desk was helpful as well to call for taxi drivers. I'd recommend exchanging to pesos when you arrive at the airport.

My family of five had a wonderful stay at Nils' place in Punta Mita. It was very comfortable and well-appointed with updated finishes and a beautiful design. The host was responsive and helpful. The unit had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms, beach towels, and was well secured. We'd love to come back and visit again.

We have stayed in Half Moon Bay before but this was our first time at Playa Blanco. This condo is well furnished, perfectly situated in the bay, and has the best views. From here, we could easily walk to La Buena Vida for drinks and dinner and to the Jungle Cafe for breakfast. The beach is perfect here and this unit is well managed. The host sent us access to a digital welcome book prior to our arrival and it was easy to find and check in. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. We will absolutely come back and stay here again.
