Vacation rentals with beach access in Puerto Aventuras

Ana was wonderful from start to finish. She worked with us for both check in and check out times to work with our schedule. She was always quick to respond before and during our trip. The apartment is great and the balcony overlooking La Quinta was fabulous to sit on day and night, we loved being able to hear sound of the ocean. The bed was comfortable, and we stayed for a month so that was really important. The stove worked, the hot water in the shower was great and the neighborhood was lovely. There are some long term renters in the neighborhood and we met some great people. I would definitely stay at Ana's place again. We loved it.

the location is excellent, one block from Fifth Avenue, and two blocks from the beach. There are supermarkets nearby, lots of restaurants... The indoor parking lot of the building is small, but you can leave the vehicle on the street and it is safe as there is monitoring by cameras. The receptionists are very friendly. The pool area is very nice very nice. The building is quite new and the apartment is very comfortable. Maybe they could add a couple of extra benches in the breakfast breaker, as there are only two and we were 4 (two adults and two girls). The neighborhood is very safe. You can walk at any time.

Very beautiful location right on the beach. The host was super-responsive and went above and beyond to assist us. Kindly allowed us to check-out late on the day of departure. Daily cleaning was a nice bonus. Great alternative to spending the big bucks on an all-inclusive resort.

Nice condo. Was what was advertised on the web site. I was there with my family of 6. The condo was spacious. The large deck was nice for hanging out. Jamie’s responses to my inquiries were timely. The beach and pool were not overcrowded. We generally had no issues finding a place to sit regardless the time of day. I liked the quieter facilities. 10 minute cab ride to town. Could walk to Playa del Carmen on the beach. About 1.25 hour walk each way.

Perfect place to stay in Playa. Just far enough from the noise. 20 steps from the beach, 20 steps from the great restaurants on 38th. As a frequent visitor of Playa, this will be my new place to stay. Separate AC units allowed me to really cool my bedroom which is a must for me. Unit was immaculately clean. Rooftop pool is really nice. Ocean view from the room. I locked myself out of my room one night. Late. Thierry/Sergio answered my late phone call and helped me get in. (I’m sorry Sergio! I owe you!)

This was one of my favourite airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. The host made sure the apartment had everything you’d ever need. The kitchen was fully stocked and it was clear the host was really thoughtful of the guest experience and activities you’d want to partake in. Highly recommend!!

This place was just what we were looking for! A five minutes walk to the beach, good variety of restaurantes walking distance from the building, and the locations atmosphere was fun and vibrant. We felt safe in the area, which was really important to us! The apartment was the perfect size for us. Everything was in good working order and the air conditioning was awesome!! The kitchen is small, but it has all the basics for light cooking and heating up leftovers. There’s a 7-eleven across the street so it was convenient to get water and other miscellaneous things. The next time we visit Playa we will definitely look of one of David’s listings.

Paola was a great host, responsive, and gave clear instructions on how to get into property, how to access the beach, local recommendations. Her place was as advertised, the A/C worked great, hot water was good. There was everything needed for the private beach, towels, chairs, snorkel equipment. Wi-Fi worked well. As with most places staying abroad bring your own roku, or Amazon, chrome cast to use tv. Other than that it was amazing, kitchen worked well for our private dinner we set up. Would 100% return.

Celebrating my 60th birthday at Casa Rojas was an absolute dream come true! The house was beautiful - impeccably clean, beautifully appointed, and spacious enough for our large group of 10. The thoughtful touches and the overall ambiance blew us away. It even had a Christmas tree! Our host was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She seamlessly arranged ground transportation, two amazing dive trips, and connected us with an incredible private chef. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, she responded promptly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Casa Rojas provided the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable family celebration. We highly recommend this stunning property to anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay in Cozumel.

Family vacation over New Years. Seven of us ranging in age from 4 to 77. Adolfo was quick to answer any questions prior to our stay. Victor kept the home and outdoor areas spotless and was extremely helpful. Carlos cooked us two dinners. AMAZING! Almost all other meals were at Beached Bikini, right next door. We flew into Tulum, which was super convenient. Beach was pretty much private, beautiful, great for wave jumping. Pool was nice and warm. Easy drive to Akumal Beach, where you’ll find tons of restaurants, shops, services. Fantastic stay, highly recommend!

Location, Location, Location: This home is centrally located within a secure gated community in the heart of Playa Del Carmen. You are approximately 35-40 minutes from the airport and 15-20 minutes (w/traffic) from EVERYTHING ELSE. Except the beach which is practically in your backyard. We ventured out of the rear exit of the community, which is lined with resorts. For a nominal fee, La Petitte allowed us to utilize their facilities, and we were treated like royalty. Space and the more space: Very spacious residence, with all the comforts of home. Upon arrival, the concierge did a quick walk through to certify all was well and answer any questions. Soon after landing, we received a message from Jeff & Mariel ensuring we arrived safely and were ready to have a great time. There were snacks and drinks available for our consumption as well as a fountain with purified water and a fully stocked kitchen. The rooms are spacious with TV and AC in each and plenty of beds. Enjoyed our stay!

This house was just what we needed. I didn't have to rush to get a good chair by the ocean because 2 were always waiting for us each morning. The kitchen is stocked with items to make yourself right at home. I will say the road to get the this location is over the top bumpy. It actually felt like we were in a cartoon as we made our way down the road. Once you make it to Mac's place you quickly realize that the bumps were all worth it!

What a beautiful home! Interesting details of architecture, comfortable living space, well equipped kitchen. I want to come back and stay in the same house. We had a great time, and so did all my family.

Great location and room

Really nice, big home in walking distance to town and beach. Comfortable for our group of 9 people. Kitchen well equipped with lots of dishes and cooking tools, large fridge. Some wear & tear like you’d expect on a rental property. The water pressure & hot water were low volume. Wonderful to have a cleaning person, Sergio was great. I would stay again. Very good tips & instructions from host company.

This was one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed. Check-in was quite easy and has 24/7 security in the lobby. The staffs are quite friendly and willing to help. Despite being steps from 5th Avenue, no noises are heard, so we could spend quite quiet nights. Communication with Fernando was excellent, his responses to our doubts were immediate. If I travel to Playa del Carmen again, I would definitely repeat this apartment.

10/10 stay!! Highly recommend. Great access to the pool and beach. Very clean and spacious condo. Definitely recommend booking a private snorkeling trip with Jaime and his son (contact info in the binder in condo.) Michael was an awesome host who answered every question right away. Biggest tip would be to stop at grocery store for food and drinks since there isn’t a ton of food options in walking distance other than a few beach clubs that are always packed with visitors from the cruise ships. Will definitely be back!!

If you're looking for a space that's super modern with all of the fanciest gizmos and spotless shiny fixtures, this is probably not it.If you're looking for a quaint, simple space with a million dollar location and a killer shower, this is it. The two full sliding glass doors open directly out onto the pool, which then moves directly to the beach. I think we spent half our time just enjoying listening to and watching the waves. The area felt safe enough to walk around after dark, which is a huge plus. Lunita, the restaurant next door, was incredible. We stayed for 9 days and ate there 5 times, each time consistently the best food we had across the entire trip. Chichen Itza was a haul, but worth it. Monkey Sanctuary is close and worth it. Golf cart was all we needed to get around. Do us all a favor and skip the expensive, morally bankrupt resort. Hearing locals talk about how they treat the people, animals and environment was heartbreaking. Stay here instead.

Stayed here for a few nights with our family and the location was amazing. Collette’s place is nice and clean. We loved that it had extra towels for our family. We relaxed on the balcony in the morning drinking our coffee. The kids had a great time snorkeling and really enjoyed the pool. Definitely recommend Collette’s place!

We had a wonderful stay, definitely a great value. The condo was very clean and quiet. The kitchen was nicely equipped and plenty of filtered water. We felt very safe. The location to many local attractions was excellent. I would take the advice of the host and make sure you rent a car. They provided many suggestions on local restaurants that were excellent. If I were to make one suggestion it would be to let people know the the 3 minute walk to the beach is not a beach since a recent hurricane, it leads to an area of broken concrete and no beach to speak of. However, the longer 15 walk does lead to a beautiful beach.

We ended up here on a whim as our original Airbnb we had turned out to be a bust. Cherri saved us by letting us book 30 min before we arrived and walking into her place felt like a dream. The views are breathtaking and the place was spotless. The kitchen had everything you could think of and felt just like home. Check in for us was late in the day but the process was simple and keys were right where they were supposed to be. The breakfast place across the street was phenomenal and we went twice in three days. There’s only A/C in the bedroom but great cross ventilation in the rest of the living space. Easy walk to Akumal beach or the lagoon. Would definitely stay here again.

Perry’s place was perfect for what we needed, was just as described in listing , on the Marina and the property with the pool and ocean front access was amazing. Perry was very responsive and addressed any concerns and questions right away. Thanks for a great stay ! Would book again !
