It was a great stay, great place for a family of 5. Close to 5th avenue. Walkable to the beach. Close to main parks, like xcaret, tulum and others. Staff was very polite and friendly. Highly recommend 👌

A beautiful piece of paradise! Directly on a gorgeous, safe beach with perfect waves to swim in, the location was very private. With beautiful palm trees, lawn chairs, and kayaks etc all to ourselves, this place is so much better than a resort, especially if you have more than 4 people and also want a kitchen. The Airbnb is nicer than it looks in the photos with gorgeous gardens and beautiful furniture/decorations. The hostess is very friendly and quick to respond to all requests and give recommendations. The room with two beds is very private. The master, however, is not so private or quiet unless the people accessing the room with two beds use the hallway outside to access their room (otherwise they walk through the master). Also to note: there is no oven or dishwasher, and tiny ants will go after any small crumb left in the kitchen. But all in all, this Airbnb made an absolutely wonderful vacation for my family of 5, and we really enjoyed the peaceful location.

Great place well located amaizing to relax perfect for families

Just amazing. The location of the flat is fantastic and everything is within walking distance. It's clean, safe and easy to find. But Victor is a standout, he was so incredibly responsive and helpful. I arrived to Cancun in the middle of the night and he was available at all hours to help with meeting my driver and getting to the apartment. Absolutely fantastic place to stay!

My husband and I had such a wonderful week's stay here. The hotel complex is small, but so nice and quiet. The restaurants on site, as well as those next door at the international, were delicious. From being greeted by the bell boy and brought right to our room, to the food and drink service on the beach, it was a welcoming and comfortable stay. The spa next door at the international was wonderful, we did a couples massage (as we could never get the spa on site to get us scheduled, but that ended up being fine as next door was welcoming as well). Everything in Juan's place worked well and was clean. When we asked for extra towels after a big rain storm when ours got soaked, we had extras within 30 minutes. Very kind and very accommodating. We are already planning to come back with our kids soon!

We were here for Ironman cozumel and the location was the best we've had in 4 years! On top of that, Kelley was incredible with her communication and we would absolutely stay here again! The unit was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed to cook and care for ourselves during our stay!

Very nice location near all main restaurants

Sunset Home is a fabulous place to stay. It is a well furnished, comfortable spacious home with a patio and pool surrounded by beautiful gardens. A extra bonus was the rooftop terrace, perfect for coffee or cocktails with a beautiful ocean view. The home is located across the street from the ocean in a friendly safe neighborhood with a perfect walk to the downtown area. A little more than a mile. We loved it! Rosie was amazing. I have been on Airbnb for over 10 years and she takes the top for one of the most attentive responsive and helpful managers I have met. In addition she gave us great information on cultural and fun community events, good places to eat, and recommended vendors. Thank you Rosie for everything. We would stay here again and we definitely recommend Sunset Home.

This was my 2nd time staying at Paola’s house!!! She’s so accommodating and sweet. The home has anything you could need. Games, snorkel gear, FRESH WATER, plenty of towels and so much more. We had one little problem with the door one night and she responded so quickly and was so helpful! 100% would recommend this Airbnb. We will be back. 💞

Beautiful place! Having private access to the cenote is truly amazing. Only one other house is on it and taking the kayaks out is a must! Jacqui is extremely responsive and helpful, and her recommendations were all great. When I come back, I'm definitely staying here again.

This house is paradise. The home is very spacious and my family of 9 all enjoyed the house without stepping on each other’s toes. The pool is clean and spacious and the snorkeling off the back is divine. Most days we spent the entire day at the house. The hosts are very responsive, helpful, and kind. They were able to help us with groceries prior to arrival and were very quick to respond to our needs throughout our stay. The toiletries that were stocked in all the bathroom were a nice touch. The only thing that wasn’t great here was the WiFi, which only mattered to me because I was working and needed more internet speed. I ended up working at aquí y ahora café (recommended if you need to work on vacation). If you don’t need to work, don’t worry about the internet, you will want to disconnect and enjoy the ocean anyway. Overall, I highly recommend booking this beautiful place.

this listing was exceptional. it was 5 min away from hotel zona and there was a gas station that sold everything you can possibly need. on the street in front of the house there were restaurants and a farmacia for any need you can have. there's an upstairs and downstairs. all the rooms upstairs come with their own bathroom. Great find. and the host allowed us to check out late because our flight was 4pm. 💕

Monica and Sony are incredibly accommodating, responsive and offered us many options to enhance our trip. The house is very comfortable and having the pool was perfect for our little ones. Sony & Rene helped us book a private boat transport (vs the ferry) that dropped us in front of the house and a private chef who cooked fresh fish he caught that morning. It was excellent! Great recommendations and always ensured we were comfortable. Holbox is a neat little island but feels the impacts of flooding- this house is a walk from town, and going via the beach you can avoid the muddy streets. While there are not cars on Holbox, be prepared for traffic from off-road vehicles that serve as taxis. While convenient they can be loud.

We loved here and will definitely be back! Sylvia had reserved a golf cart for us and we got it as soon as we got off the ferry- it was ready immediately! Hosts were there to meet us at the house and gave us a quick tour! Great location, extremely clean, loved having the pool at the house! :)

This property is in a perfect location right on the water, offering stunning views. The addition of beach chairs and activities like boogie boards and floaties is a great bonus. The house features three bedrooms, each equipped with a mini-split air conditioner, which was especially helpful at night. While there is no central air conditioning, it isn’t needed because the bottom floor has doors that can be left open to enjoy the refreshing breeze. Gianella is very responsive, helpful, and kind. This house is ideal for families and feels safe, thanks to the security booth at the entrance. I also enjoyed being able to take a private shuttle to the house, and the ability to take Ubers without having taxis sitting outside waiting such as with the nearby hotels. I would def stay again.

Gary has a beautiful condominium. That is worth every penny we paid. Excellent location, beautiful view and a nice infinity pool. I would definitely recommend if your going to Cozumel stay at Garys

Marcella’s sister Lidia greeted us at the hotel to get us settled. The place was a very comfortable, clean, apartment style timeshare right in the middle of the hotel zone. It is a 10 to 15 minute walk to their large upscale mall La Isla ( which is very Americanized) but we found ourselves going there because of the restaurants and gelato shops. The hotel is also right next to a big Walmart type grocery store which is super helpful! The beach at the hotel is wonderful and the pools are nice as well. We did one day of the all inclusive meal package at the hotel. I do not recommend this. All that is included is their basic buffet and well drinks. There are much better food options around. The restaurant Ilios across the street from the hotel was a highlight in dining there for us. It’s pricey, but the place is cool, and the have live entertainment. Pack at least one nice outfit. People in Cancun dress to go out. If we come back to Cancun we would definitely stay with Marcella again.

Zeina’s place is superb! Looks just like the photos and is a very peaceful stay. She was very helpful with a golf cart rental for our stay as well! The house has all of the amenities you need for a stay and extras like snorkel gear. Would absolutely recommend staying here and it’s very highly likely that we will stay here again!!

We ended up here on a whim as our original Airbnb we had turned out to be a bust. Cherri saved us by letting us book 30 min before we arrived and walking into her place felt like a dream. The views are breathtaking and the place was spotless. The kitchen had everything you could think of and felt just like home. Check in for us was late in the day but the process was simple and keys were right where they were supposed to be. The breakfast place across the street was phenomenal and we went twice in three days. There’s only A/C in the bedroom but great cross ventilation in the rest of the living space. Easy walk to Akumal beach or the lagoon. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing 10 days at Nick’s place! Everything was as advertised and we could not have been happier with our stay! Eduardo was extremely helpful both before and during our stay and super responsive to our questions, thanks again, Eduardo! We will definitely be back soon!
