Beautiful house and location. Felt completely at peace and we had a wonderful stay. I would definitely come stay again in the future ☺️

It was a beautiful area and a very cute place to stay. However, we were not aware of how close the main house was to the cottage.

Randy’s ranch-style guest house is close proximity to numerous wineries and is a wonderful option for a romantic weekend.

We really really like this place. Time moves slower, and it feels very restorative, even if it’s just a weekend. Will easily go again.

Great location, the place was exactly as described and we enjoyed our time. A bonus- no annoying chore list with checkout.

Our family of three had a wonderful time at Riverwood! We appreciated the thoughtful touches -tea kettle, garlic press, as well as books and guides to local history, flora and fauna. The home was clean and comfortable, and the grounds were enchanting! Buttercups bloomed along the path to the river, and the redwood trees towered overhead. The back porch offered a gorgeous view and vantage point to enjoy the birds and wildlife! Don't forget your binoculars! While it was foggy during our springtime stay, the hot tub, claw foot bathtub and fireplace kept us cozy. Town, river beaches, Armstrong Redwoods state park and Jenner by the Sea are all easily accessible from the property's location. Riverwood was a very peaceful and beautiful place to be! Sangeeta was a communicative and attentive host. We had a seamless stay, and no problem finding the property. Communication and directions were all very clear and detailed. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Nancy’s place was perfect for us for our week+ stay while visiting family in the area. The house was immaculate and well stocked with everything that we needed. Nancy was quick to respond to any questions we had. We loved the neighborhood as we are big walkers and the neighborhood streets and the preserve trail right at the end of the road were great for exercise. It was a bit of a cool week while we were in SoCal so the heater/fireplace was a welcome plus for keeping us comfortable. As a tea drinker, I was happy to have an electric tea kettle available while my husband enjoyed the keurig machine and the supply of k-cups Nancy provided. We would certainly stay again.

Our stay at Lauren’s place was very comfortable and clean. The beds were cozy and comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen immaculately clean and well stocked. We were able to walk to dinner in about 4 minutes. We felt safe and the neighborhood was quiet. The views of Mount Shasta were incredible from the back patio. We thoroughly enjoyed soaking in the 2 person hot tub, which was also very clean. We look forward to staying again on our way back home to the central coast. Thank you Lauren for being a wonderful and very communicative host.

Cute beach cottage with a fantastic location! Just a couple blocks from the beach, but very quiet and no noise issues. We arrived on a Tuesday, and there happens to be a really nice farmers’ market that was just a half block from the house. Excellent communication from the host at every step of the way!

We loved every minute of our stay in #23. Right next to the beach, open windows, blue sky, ocean breeze, falling asleep and waking up to the sound of waves, perfect beds, bright, clean, cozy… We slept so deeply! Ate great food nearby, walked, read, napped, sat in the sun… So healing and restful. Perfect. 10/10.

This luxurious house had epic views, sunsets, and super comfy beds. Eve is a very generous host. She left us a bottle of wine for our stay, and you can see that she loves hosting. We had a wonderful stay, enjoying hanging out by the fire pit, hanging out in the hot tub, gazing at the stars at night, cooking, walking around, and looking at the moon over the ocean late at night. Thank yoh for sharing your magical place ♥️

This was the perfect spot for our family! It is in an amazing area that is walking distance from the beach, pier, and a ton of restaurants. The house was amazing and perfect for our small family with great amenities and a perfect front patio to enjoy the weather. If you are a light sleeper or have tiny ones, there is some evening noise from bars/restaurants late at night but it did not impact us or our kids at all. (They slept rightly through it with ease) The home is extremely clean, nice and open inside, and check-in/check-out was extremely easy. 10/10!

The location could not be better, even better for what you get, the ocean out your front door, price was reasonable. This place is what I would consider an “old school” beach house, don’t see those much anymore. Abe was very responsive, gave excellent customer service!

Absolutely stunning views onto Tomales Bay and egrets, great blue herons, river otters, seagulls and the stunning mountains all around. Hot tub was fantastic looking out over the water. We kayaked out and back from the cottage. A totally cozy, warm, quirky cottage with everything you'll need. Very well-appointed kitchen as well as comfy beds and linens. The owners were so friendly, responsive and helpful with our questions. The cottage's water comes from a pump so the one thing I'd note is that water pressure is low/high as the pump kicks into gear, which can also be a bit noisy so we chose to do dishes/run the dishwasher after our daughter was asleep. We can't wait to return to this tranquil, gorgeous spot.

Wonderful stay in OB at Catrina’s house. Walking distance to everything you need, home had everything we needed for our stay. Catrina was in touch making sure we had everything we need, would stay again without a second thought.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. While the space is a bit tight for a family of four, it suited us well since we spent most of our time out exploring. The check-in instructions were clear and helpful, and we really appreciated the local recommendations. Thank you for a great experience!

Jennifer’s cottage was perfect location to walk to the ocean and spend our days exploring the redwoods. The accommodations were clean and functional. We traveled with our 5 month old and our dog - the cottage was large enough to easily accommodate her pack n play and our pup had a fenced in yard. I’d recommend this stay especially if you are exploring the redwoods as it was a calm place to rest our heads each night, sit by the fire, and play a few board games. Jennifer was very responsive, friendly, and helpful!

Annie was a great host and the place was exactly as described and just what we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. We loved the hot tub in the backyard and the beach cottage feel of the place. Thank you for hosting us!

We liked the remote area and it was private. the kids liked it too. It had everything we needed. Thank you for letting us stay. Weather was GREAT too.

Is it fancy? No. But it is reasonably priced, in a convenient location, has a great hot tub, and a wonderful host.

Pebble Beach Surf Cottage was a very quaint and cozy home to stay at, it was a very short walk to the beach, we were able to watch a gorgeous sunset while drinking a cup of coffee to take the chill off of us The house has a stocked keurig, nice stove and oven, full size refrig. All utensils, cookware and accessories for cooking. 3 bedrooms with a queen bed each, very comfy blankets, nice pillows and extra blankets and sheets for a pull out sofa bed, and room with a set of bunkbeds. The bathroom was well supplied with towels, washclothes plenty of TP. There was soap shampoo and conditioner, which was an extra bonus, 3 of us showered we never ran out of hot water! Yay! The décor definitely gives you the beach vibe. Brian, a very gracious host allowed us to check in 2 hours early as well. I highly recommend this Cottage it seems small from the outside, but once inside more than plenty enough room for 4 adults. Definitely a 5 star stay!!!

Cute little cottage feel. Loved that it was a close walk to downtown. Love loved the creek and pretty yard! It is close to the highway so it can be kinda loud when sitting outside but not too bad.

We have stayed with Lisa multiple times in the past year. It’s like a home away from home. Very easy to get to and convenient to visiting friends and family. Very quiet neighborhood and cozy place inside.

Sundog cottage is lovely! We were so happy to find that it was even more beautiful in person than the pictures. Super clean, great kitchen, deck and backyard were perfect for our dogs and just relaxing and listening to the ocean. The linens are amazing and the beds comfy! Valerie went above and beyond as a host, even left us local eggs, butter and crackers. She was friendly and easy to communicate with. Sundog is a gem and we can’t wait to come back!
