Lake house vacation rentals in Milwaukee

This place was absolutely beautiful! The view of the lake was incredible! Everything was wonderful! I would stay again!

First of all: the selection for silverware was my favorite part of the stay. There were spoon sizes for every type of meal and it was so fun to use the itty bitty spoons for stuff like ice cream. The location was great and we had everything we could have wanted. The deck was well taken care of, and we loved the giant windows that let us see everything outside all the time. It truly felt like a perfect vacation home for our group, to either stay in and play dnd and board games, or go rest on the hammock, or eat dinner on the back porch while staring at the fire pit! The canoe was so much fun and it was so cool to see that we had a fishing rod available to us! (One of our group brought his own fishing rod already so it was really funny.). The kitchen is well-equipped and we never felt like we were running out of dishes (unless we forgot to run the dishwasher!). I would recommend this place to everyone—as long as it’s not a week in planning to be back in it!

We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable lake house while our home was being renovated. The area is perfect, with plenty to walk to, and a great view of the lake and marina. The home was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable and inviting. Sue was a great help with whatever we needed and got back to us right away when we had a question. highly recommend.

MIke was an amazing host. Extremely responsive, and very flexible and accommodating. Was in town with my family for a funeral; Mike was very understanding and was willing to go the extra mile to support the changing flow of the trip. Beautiful view; I could imagine it would be amazing in the summer. All-in-all, a great stay, and exactly what we needed during this time. Would love to be there in the summer or fall!

Sean’s place was perfect for our girls weekend trip! We had a great time! The home was beautiful and spacious! The home was clean and homey! It was a plus to be able to have my dog with as well! She loved walking near the lake! There was lots to do nearby and grocery, food, etc was all within 15 mins of the home! Also it was a plus that Sean was super communicative and was able to get us free tickets to a nearby waterpark! Overall had a great stay, and would highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful Christmas at The Paddle House! The house was beautiful and Maria even had a Christmas tree set up for us! The view of the lake out of the huge living room window was amazing especially as it snowed! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a cozy oconomowoc getaway!

Our group of 6 ladies was perfectly accommodated in this house. The seating area in the living room (with amazing soffit lighting) was perfect for our evening hangouts. We worked out the beds to meet our needs - because we had great options! We had plenty of off-street parking and figured out the street parking. Street parking was fine after we understood the rotation. Comfortable clean furniture, good lighting, access to electrical outlets, were all great! Lovely house that we thoroughly enjoyed.

The house was nice right by the beach and the area was great. The water was less swim able then desired but I believe it was due to the time of year.

This is our second stay here. We enjoy hanging out in the sunshine on the porch and taking in the view. And Sue is a great cohost – very very sweet. Lovely space!

If I would have closely looked at how to get into the house, there was a symbol that I was supposed to use before I put the numbers in the door. After I figure that out, everything was great. So the mistake was on my part. The house is very cozy, and we enjoy the decor and the updated showerheads.

Hosts were great in communication and always timely to respond! Location was great! Morning sunrise coming up over the lake thru huge window was picturesque! Driveway for parking with boat and vehicle was great! Was nice to have access to a garage. Beds were extremely comfy and clean!!!

We ones the sound of the waves. We were at home from the minute we walked in. We walked the beaches and grilled terrific dinners. The kitchen was fully stocked and the home was neat and clean. The amount of light that came in the home and view of the water was breathtaking. The bedrooms were roomy and beds were super comfortable. We loved every minute of our stay and will be back again soon. Sara, our host, was amazing and very responsive. She has created an absolute sanctuary.

This lakeside home was a perfect getaway! Absolutely amazing space and was perfect for the children. The house is situated close to local bars and restaurants and the view is gorgeous. We found the downtown area to be one of our favorite spots for shopping, local foods and drinks as well. The hosts were helpful, informational and so friendly. Would recommend and stay again!

We had an amazing stay at Luke’s place! The house was super clean, spacious, and in a really quiet area. Luke was also really kind and easy to communicate with. This was our first Airbnb experience and we honestly loved every second of it. The home was just remodeled last year, so it felt fresh and modern—especially compared to other houses nearby. We didn’t run into any major issues. The only small thing was that the downstairs bathroom door didn’t close all the way, but they had a door stopper, so it wasn’t a big deal. The fridge also didn’t make ice very fast, but again, not a huge problem. Overall, it was a great time, and those morning views were something else. We’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed her over New Years and had a great time. The house is very open with lots of room for everyone. Beautiful views overlooking the wetlands and lake. There was plenty of beds and could easily accommodate a large group. Hot tub was in a great location out back with a beautiful view. Would love to see how beautiful it is in the summer!

Need to spend a night in the Racine/Kenosha area and stumbled upon this gem! There were four of us and our little dog and it was perfect. I think each of us said, “it’s too bad we’re not staying for another night!” The pictures don’t really do it justice but Mindy’s house is homey, comfortable, and spotless! The kitchen was well-equipped, beds were comfy, and the backyard/river view is wonderful. Thank you Mindy!

The Destination on Delaware was a great place for our small family to meet and enjoy the city! The apartment has tons of character and is well stocked for cooking meals. It’s walkable to all amenities. We had a great Thanksgiving and are grateful for the experience!

We had a great girls weekend at this Airbnb. The hosts made us feel very welcome. The home was spotless and felt very cozy. The beds were so comfortable as well. Neighborhood felt safe/quiet. Short drive to different restaurants/coffee shops and downtown MKE. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

Linda was a wonderful and responsive host. The home is beautiful with so many unique, original features (and on a quiet street). You can tell they put a lot of thought into the guest experience — from the bottled water in the fridge to the extra towels in the linen closet. Will definitely be back the next time we are in MKE!
