Vacation rentals with a home theater in Japan

This was my second time staying at StayFab’s apartment in Shimokita and just like the first time we loved it. We appreciate the apartments proximity to the train station, shopping and restaurants. The apartment is an ideal size for a family traveling with kids. David is a great host and a great communicator.

Very good stay, very friendly

We had a very pleasant stay at Nichinichi. The apartment was very modern and clean. We always stay in the Yanesen area when we visit Tokyo. It has a calm small neighborhood feel. This location is convenient to the JR Yamanote line and the subway Chiyoda line. As others have mentioned there is a supermarket nearby as well as many shops along Yomise-dori (we loved Warakuya a pottery shop) and in Yanaka Ginza. There are also many restaurants in Nishi-Nippori under the tracks. Regarding the noise level - it would be wise to pack earplugs and an eye mask (the sun rises early). The apartment is located on a quiet street but there is a major thoroughfare behind it.

This B&B is a treasure!The room is super cozy, the whole house has a log style and a balcony, the atmosphere is full ~ The Host is very friendly, prepared local snacks and detailed travel tips.Hygiene is also impeccable, the bedding is as soft as a cloud.The only small regret is that it takes more than 10 minutes to walk to the subway station.If I have the opportunity to come to Tokyo again next time, I believe I will choose here again!

It was by far the best stay in Japan. A great area. Very quiet, but still plenty to see. Right on the river. Very well connected to nature. We were often in Kyoto City. Very easy to reach.

Our Kobe Airbnb felt like a home away from home. The unit was cozy, well-equipped, and in a quiet yet convenient location (~10 mins walk from public transport). The seamless check-in/check-out process also ensured that our stay was a pleasant one. Recommended!

It was just right for 4 people!!

It was a dream-like place to stay, where you can rent out a movie theater and watch as many movies and dramas as you like on the screen. It was nice to have a convenient location right next to Gotemba station.

We would really recommend staying here- Taka is a very kind host and the house and facilities are great! The bed is very comfy, the kitchen is clean and we really enjoyed using the outdoor bath and being surrounded by nature!

my husband and i ended our off our trip to japan here and loved it so much! the house is so cute and cozy and very welcoming. the space has a plethora of amazing amenities: sauna, bikes, yoga mats, great wifi! the location is so perfect if you’re looking to spend a more peaceful time in japan, the ocean is a 4 minute walk and a 2 minute bike ride away which is so wonderful :-) i will say that you should be prepared to walk a bit or bike a bit if you want to make it around to visit shops and restaurants but it’s definitely worth it! we loved our bikes (clearly) we also had the pleasure of meeting our host, hayashi, who was absolutely wonderful and so kind! she offers lunch by the ocean at an additional cost and my husband and i loved it! we’re vegetarian and she was very accommodating with our diet, everything was yummy(^-^)! such a great spot. thank you hayashi♥️♥️

Absolutely loved this place it was a perfect spot to relax and take in all the wonderful surrounding nature. The property was spotless and we loved the onsen, sauna plunge pool and cinema. All very easy to use

It was a great place for us. A little small for 8 people and no sitting area but the host was so responsive and the location was ideally located near a train station. The air conditioning was strong and the showers were spacious. Thank you so much for hosting us. We would definitely come back to this place again.

Chika’s place is so nice and clean, it’s the best little cute house ever, cozy warm and full of love. We enjoyed all the little details of this house! It locates at a very quiet little street, surrounded by a lovely neighborhood walking distance to MTR and convenient stores. My family really had great time here, my kids loved it so much! Definitely feeling like my home@Tokyo, and lastly I am very appreciated for gift and the hand-written warm greeting from Chika!

It was a very nice building in every detail.I was talking about how I wanted a villa like this. It was a little unfortunate that it was raining, but we still had a good time in the room.

My family and I had such a wonderful time. Will definitely be booking again for future vacations

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and easy to get around. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at one of Yin's Kami-kitazawa properties before so that should say a lot about my trust in this Airbnb. It looks better than in the pictures and is a very charming location. There's plenty of privacy thanks to the layout, sliding door that separates the bathroom and shower space, and shades that can be pulled down to separate the desk area from the bed areas. The wifi was great on my laptop, even for video calls. Having a washer and dryer was extremely useful, and the shower temperature was perfect. The AC and heater were also extremely effective. For those who want a comfortable bed, the sofa bed is very cushiony but still firm. I slept on the bunkbed. You can feel the springs in the mattress, and that did not bother me but those with sensitive backs might want a cushion. I slept well! You can also sometimes hear people upstairs but that is the case with many residential Japan places. It did not bother us. I want to stay here again. Thank you for the amazing Airbnb 🙏

The tower was nice but I underestimated the stairs

When I entered the room first, I was impressed by the beautiful sea from the window!During my stay, I was able to spend quietly in a stylish room in the red tones of my favorite color.I took pictures and sketches while looking out the window. It was very quiet at night, so I had enough sleep.The next day it was relatively warm, so I had breakfast on the balcony.This was awesome. There was a pine forest in front of the condo and beautiful flowers were in bloom and we walked around with cameras.We had a very precious time.Thank you so much!

Our group had a very enjoyable stay. Definitely enjoyed being so close to restaurants and a subway station. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. A nice cozy home away from home. 😁

The location is conveniently located at the port.There is a flight of stairs to walk though and people with large baggage to be careful.The owner was polite and quick to respond.The kitchen is fully equipped as well as various facilities.Certainly due to the location being on a lively street, it also gets a bit noisy at night, but not much of a problem for me.

This was perfect for our few days in Kyoto. Checkin across the street from Kyoto Station was smooth and the free shuttle from the checkin desk to the building was very handy with our luggage. The room is centrally located in Kyoto with easy subway access, although we ended up walking to a lot of places. The building was clean and felt secure, and also conveniently had laundry machines on the first floor.
