Beautiful spot in Panacea. The views of the bay were lovely. The house was cozy and worked for our family. My girls really enjoyed kayaking around the dock and playing in the sand of the little beach. We caught a couple of redfish & stingrays from the dock. Make sure to grab your groceries in before you come in to town. Dollar general is nearby if you forget something.

The host was amazing…super responsive and very helpful! The propane tanks were empty and they came out to exchange them within a few hours! Having three full bathrooms was a PLUS! The outside deck near the water is in need of some TLC (loose boards, exposed nails). We absolutely loved sitting out at waters edge by the fire pit! Walkable to beach, about 7 minutes. Wished there were some fun walkable restaurants beach front, but knew that before renting. Would recommend this townhome!

This home was a 10 out of 10! The backyard was beautiful and provided the best views of the water. We loved having our own dock and the seating areas were plentiful. The swim spa was a favorite of ours. Mara was super responsive and very proactive. She messaged us a few days before our arrival and arranged for an early check in without us even asking. Beds were comfy and we had plenty of space for our family of 4. The kids enjoyed the games and the snacks she left for us. Home was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet & a short drive to Anna Maria Island and beaches. We would happily return to this home!!

This place was absolutely beautiful and looked just like the pictures. We seen dolphins every day we were there, caught several fish and spotted a turtle once but he went under so fast. It’s so peaceful and relaxing. It’s far enough away from the normal busy beach crowd but close enough to everything where you don’t have to drive to far to get to anything. We loved this place and would definitely return

We just returned from a four night stay at Lisa’s Historic Wares Creek Cottage. The house is even better than the photos show. It’s very spacious, beautifully decorated and immaculate! The kitchen was well stocked with quality cookware, two choices of coffee pot w/coffee, nice appliances and is very functional. The king bed was comfortable. (There were just two of us). The couch is amazing. And to top it all off, Lisa is such a gracious host. She is extremely responsive and a pleasure to interact with. You will love your stay here.
