One of the two rooms we booked wasn't ready upon check-in. This isn't the AirBNB manager's fault, but it is the responsibility of the hotel to have the room ready no later than 4pm. If a hotel can demand for the guest to be out by 11am, then the incoming guests should demand, and expect, that the room is clean and ready no later than 4pm.

Very good apartment inside a hotel, I really loved it, we felt like part of the hotel staff with the entrance to the apartment hahahaha, very comfortable and perfect for what we needed it for, we would definitely stay here again, only A good mirror is needed in the main room and some repairs to the ceiling in the same room, otherwise a very good place to stay

Exactly as described and as pictured. The building is located in a quieter part of Brickell and within walking distance of all you could need in terms of shops and restaurants, Brickell Key, etc. The accommodations were immaculately clean. As noted by some, its a bit dated but not any worse for wear and tear as many hotels (in fact, I'd say its wearing better!). My only two cents is additional towels as I found myself rationing the towels and washcloths, a small table in the large bathroom would be helpful to accommodate a toiletry bag, and new pillows. The current ones are super spongy and perhaps that is a matter of personal taste. The mattress is in need of replacement and maybe has the run of this year left in it. I will definitely stay here again. Christian is a very proactive host and the accommodations were fine, quiet, clean, and comfortable.

Loved my stay at Doreen and Adam's place. It was extremely clean and comfortable and the hosts left many helpful instructions printed in the apartment. Doreen was also incredibly responsive when I had to make changes to my plans and proactive with great local recommendations. I will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay with Jane. Jane reached out in advance and was very friendly and provided all the information we needed. When we walked in the place not only looked clear but it smelt nice and clean also. Jane was very quick to respond, we had a slight problem with the lock late at night and Jane answered right away and fixed the problem swiftly. She also included a lot of little amenities like a welcome basket which was such a nice and thoughtful touch. She had everything we needed in the home which gave us more time to enjoy the area instead of shopping for all those little things. The place is also near a nice park and was close to a lot of different things to do.

Without a doubt, we would return to this very unit at the Four Season Residences. David was very responsive and made the whole process super easy, understandable, and quick. The one-bedroom we stayed in was clean, spacious, and had amenities as if you were staying at the Four Seasons. We LOVE the pool at the Four Seasons. We like staying in the Brickell area...there is a lot of great shopping and nice restaurants. Or it is quite easy to get to other areas around Miami, I recommend this place (but don't book it when I want to return!!)

Great experience staying here. It has a balcony with a beautiful view of ocean and Brickell area. Many amenities it feels like staying in a hotel for a great price! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again in the future. Right next to metro mover station so easy to get around Miami. 10/10 !!

Such a lovely place to stay! The home was quiet and relaxing. The beach and local shops with many dining options was a plus! The covered back patio was a nice place to sit and enjoy morning coffee. You can’t beat the 1 Hotel in South Beach. This unit is fantastic. High floor overlooking the pool and beach. The unit has everything you need in it to feel like you are at home while having the amenities of a wonderful hotel at your disposal. My son lost an EarPod and the cleaning team found it and notified us they found it immediately. It was nice to see someone care that much. I would absolutely return to this property!

Very quiet room on the 8th floor facing away from traffic. Convenient to grabbing essentials at Target or a short walk to the mall. The pool was nice, slightly noisy. I wasn’t crazy about the nice smell in the unit but I got use to it. Most people would probably enjoy the smell. The beds are fine, a bit firm. There were two large walk-in closets. The AC works great.

Oh my goodness, this Airbnb is an absolute gem! It is quaint, cozy and has everything we needed for a family of 4 to be comfortable during our recent visit. I loved all the vintage touches and the character! It was incredibly peaceful; but best of all it was only about 5 minutes away from the Jonesville tennis center - where my daughter was participating in a tennis tournament! We could not have found anywhere closer or better, even if we had tried! We will absolutely be back, thank you sooo much! Kindly, Collette and family

Everything was great. Hotel amenities, Location, property was FANTASTIC! Perfect property with Fontainebleau amenities! Karen was an excellent host. We have stayed in Miami 10+ times and I would stay at this location again! If you have an early arrival make reservations at La Core while you wait!

Perfect stay. We stayed in building 21 on the 11th floor and had a great view. We only got to use the pool area once cause we were busy but it was very nice. The apartment was super clean. The host was so attentive. The Disney parks were about 10 minutes away and so convenient. I would definitely stay again. My 3 year old even loved the place. Wish we had more time to explore the whole resort area.

This is our second stay in this facility (managed by Hilton), and our first day with Sheila. Location is fantastic with walking distance to several restaurants, the beach, shopping , and a nearby Tennis park. Plenty of kitchen amenities to cook on your own, but plenty of options is your vacationing from that. Plenty of towels for the beach and the bathroom. Beach chairs included in the room if you wish. Small patio overlooking the entry to the building with some beautiful bird life singing. Was perfect for our second Tortuga Fest.
