So relaxing In such a beautiful setting. Loved relaxing in the sun by the pool. Able to get fresh eggs every morning from the hens on the property who were always excited to see us. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and stay at the property.

The place was a stunning tropical getaway! The pool was just what we were looking for and the neighborhood is quiet but has lots of great restaurants nearby. The beach being close is also a huge plus

We have stayed here twice. We love the location, the house and accommodations. It’s very peaceful on the bay with a great pool. Kenny is a wonderful host and makes sure everything is to your satisfaction. We can’t wait to stay there again!

The house was perfect for us and the dogs! The beach is a hop and skip away loved the pool very spacious place! The downstairs was a plus having two washer and dryers also very spacious upstairs and downstairs! Everyone felt like they had there on little space and not on top of each other. The ice machine downstairs was so convenient for the coolers to go straight to the beach! We will defiantly be back it was the perfect place for us!

One word, paradise! We absolutely loved staying here. Being able to use the kayaks right off the dock made this a perfect place to really experience the river. We will definitely be back in the future.

This place is a hidden paradise. We had such an amazing time. The pyramid is simply gorgeous. The kids had tons of fun at the lake. Definitely going back soon. Thank you Jeanie for such a lovely weekend.

If you plan to go to Disney World this is the perfect space to book! It’s very close to the parks and it’s so peaceful and quiet. It’s very clean as well we didn’t have any issues with cleanliness. I will definitely be back here!

Te’s little getaway is priceless. She was so kind, & it showed in every detail of her place. She provided a neatly curated place full of unique and cool decor. The place was an experience in itself. There was even breakfast and some drinks in the fridge for us. I also thought it was sooo cool that there’s a shark tooth shifter to use! Location was awesome, a little hideaway that’s a perfect distance and very accessible to the beaches & town. Genuinely can’t say enough good things about it. My favorite BNB I’ve ever stayed at! Absolutely loved staying in this private home! Everything was exactly as listed and even better than expected. I got engaged on our stay there and it was the perfect place to celebrate as a couple! A very private, cute, and comfortable home. The pool was awesome to have and even had blowup tubes included. Would definitely come back here!

Cozy place right on the water and a short walk to the beach! Very relaxing to be able to walk outside and relax by the river or ocean. Jack and Leslie were very responsive and helpful with everything we needed during our stay!

Canh was an excellent host. He left us plenty of information for our stay. He reached out to me our first night to make sure we had everything we needed and was okay. The condo looks exactly like the pictures in the listing, just beautiful. A very spacious and clean condo. The balcony gives those perfect views of the beach and the pool. It was also nice to have a parking spot on the same level as the condo. The staff are very present around the property - cleaning, helping guest, and keeping guest safe. There are renovations currently going on but that did not disrupt our stay. We would stay here again if we decided to vacation in PCB!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location. A perfect little getaway that felt like a little home away from home. Peaceful, beautiful ocean views, convenient, and easy to access. The photos accurately depicted the condo and all amenities were there as listed. Tim and Beth were very responsive in communications and answered all my questions. I had an amazing stay at this beachfront Airbnb! The location truly couldn’t be better—just steps from the sand with breathtaking ocean views. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure check-in was smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciated the small touches like beach towels and chairs. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again. A perfect beach escape!

Had a great stay at Amy's Seamist condo. The view from the balcony right on the beach can't be beat, the condo was nice and comfortable, in great condition. The beach was not crowded at all (rare for 30A), and having a beach setup come with the rental automatically was very nice. Amy was very communicative and accommodating. We will absolutely stay there again.

We stayed at Preston and Sarah Kate’s for Memorial Day weekend with our 1 year old and we had an amazing time. I was so impressed by how detailed all of the instructions were and the convenience of have a site we can refer to that answered an questions we would have, including local recommendations. The best part of all is that this place is literally across the street from the beach entrance and has a quiet area reserved for guests. Preston and Sarah Kate have everything you’ll need for the beach which makes it super convenient for traveling without the worry of overpacking or buying things you’ll only need once. Can’t recommend this place more! Look forward to our next stay!

This place was amazing!! Fred and Rene always respond within minutes. The view was amazing. I took my wife here for her birthday and she loved every minute of this place. Sunset was amazing and the view was everything. 10/10 I would recommend this place and would come back again.

Beth was a fantastic host, and we had an amazing stay! Beth provided clear, detailed information that made our check-in and the entire stay smooth and stress-free. The location couldn’t be better—so many great restaurants and fun family activities are just minutes away. We visited Gator Beach to feed alligators, went to Uncle Buck’s for bowling, visited the Gulfarium, rode go-karts at The Track, and always spent the evening on the beach to watch the sunset. Beach access was super easy, and we loved being able to walk out and enjoy the sand and ocean anytime we wanted. The view from the condo was absolutely beautiful—waking up to that every morning was a treat. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking to relax and enjoy all that Destin has to offer!

Booked Alwz place at the last minute for a Father's Day getaway for my man, and I miat say it was just great!! When we walked in we were welcomed with a clean, beautiful, and great smelling condo. Cleanliness and smell matters to me! Also, the view of the ocean was breathtaking! You are on the beach and to hear and see the waves crashing while sitting on the patio was so serene. Alex was very engaging informing us on everything up until the day we left, very responsive and so nice. No issues, just a relaxing getaway. I will definitely be back!
