The house was in a very quiet neighborhood. The space was perfect for us, one person in each bedroom. Very clean. Large kitchen with everything you needed. Convenient to US1. It seemed to be about 15 minutes from everything, shopping, beach, gas. Our only small complaint was the bright auto light in the bathroom that came on during the night even though there was a night light.

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gretchen’s place on AMI. We had everything we needed and more at the condo! Our teens especially liked all the beach equipment and toys, the pool table, and the darts. The adults enjoyed using the bikes to explore the island. The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to cook meals at home. The walk to the beach was easy, and the beach was beautiful everyday! We also enjoyed the proximity to many good restaurants. Publix is a short drive away for groceries. Gretchen is very attentive, answering questions prior to our visit and responding quickly to a concern we had upon move-in. The garbage disposal wasn’t working when we arrived, and Gretchen had someone out to fix it the next morning. She even gave us $50 back for our “troubles”! Overall, we couldn’t have asked for more from this Airbnb experience! Many thanks to Gretchen!

We had a great stay -- everything was as advertised and it was the perfect location for a relaxing vacation. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfy (maybe updated since some of the older reviews? It's memory foam). Loved the pool/spa -- definitely worth it to get it heated since we were there earlier in the year. Thanks! We'd stay again!

We are happy with our choice. The house is exactly the same as in the pictures and has many useful amenities, especially for those with small children. The condominium is organized and cute. Distance is ok by Orlando standards. Check in very easy. The only point we were upset about was the checkout that, as we have a baby, we like to let her wake up later and delayed the checkout by 30 minutes to pack… for this brief delay at checkout we paid a $50 fine. We find it too expensive, unfortunate. Of course, everything is very nice!

I had a great stay here. Javier was super responsive and was always willing to help whenever an issue arose. The beds were extremely comfy and everything worked smoothly. It was also super close to all the Parks (Disney, Universal, Gatorland) and plenty of food and fun locations. Would highly recommend to others.
