Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Florida

The place is in a great area for the beach, restaurants, and other attractions in the cocoa beach area. The house was very nice, updated, and clean. Easy access and plenty of amenities for a homey stay. Very peaceful and quiet area. Great beach vacation spot. Alain and the other hosts were extremely responsive and helpful giving clear instructions for easy check in and out. Loved it a lot!

This place has it all: location, privacy and cost. Sherman and Marlena are the sweetest hosts you can ever imagine and masters of hospitality. Truly it was all the little touches that made this trip worth it: well stocked kitchen with SHARP knives (that’s pretty rare when you stay in a lot of airbnbs), the binder with all the restaurants they recommended, and all the beach gear you’d need. What really makes this place stand out is the landscaping and the deck. The large deck, multiple chairs, umbrellas, and wash stations are fantastic. You don’t even have to leave the deck to enjoy the peace and beauty of the ocean. We have never travelled to a place with an environment that made relaxation so simple. Thank you for wonderful anniversary trip.

Tranquility Suites is ideally located for exploring the Melbourne area and Archie Carr national wildlife refuge. The beaches are quiet, with plenty of outdoor activities available like hiking and fishing. Mark's place is comfortable, well equipped and perfect for a multi-day stay. Hope to return again soon!

Te’s little getaway is priceless. She was so kind, & it showed in every detail of her place. She provided a neatly curated place full of unique and cool decor. The place was an experience in itself. There was even breakfast and some drinks in the fridge for us. I also thought it was sooo cool that there’s a shark tooth shifter to use! Location was awesome, a little hideaway that’s a perfect distance and very accessible to the beaches & town. Genuinely can’t say enough good things about it. My favorite BNB I’ve ever stayed at! When folks enjoy hospitality it is obvious. Bear Necessities is a wonderful AirBnB. The kitchen is functional and well equipped. The bed is comfortable, and the whole apartment is lovely. The bear theme is well done and fun, but not over done. Charlotte and I van are excellent hosts. Lots of thoughtful touches to show that they want you to enjoy your stay. The location was good for us as we don’t really enjoy being in the busy parts of town. We enjoyed the quiet.

Even before booking, Arthur was very helpful answering questions and was extremely quick to reply. Check in, and out, was simple. The unit was beautiful and accurately reflected in the photos. One of the things that drew us to the property was the beach, including access to the residence/hotel’s beach attendants, offering chairs, umbrellas, towels and ice cold water. This did not disappoint. Although this was only a short stay, we would love to return to Arthur’s place for our next Ft Lauderdale vacation.

The entire house was incredible! The attention to detail was impeccable to the privacy fencing outside to the art on the walls. The more we explored the house the more we realized that the owners literally thought of everything when designing and furnishings the home. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Can't wait for my next visit

We booked this for a date night getaway and it delivered. The design of the house with the large windows was picturesque. The home is a great design with tall ceilings and natural light. It is what you look for in a stay away from your own home that is more of an experience.

We really liked this place. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was very well-equipped, there was a beautiful view, and it was very quiet. Laura was very friendly and always responded promptly. I highly recommend her place!

Another way of giving directions for finding the home for the first time: When you turn left as soon as you come through the gate, keep going on that road until you see a street sign that says Riverside Circle. Make a left and then it’s the first house on your right. I've stayed in a good number of Airbnb's & this one is the best one I've been to. The house is simply beautiful & the decorations are tasteful. The privacy is divine. The grounds large. Good outdoor chairs, including for a couple of kids. Shade on the dock in the afternoon. Lake can be a brown tea like color (from tannins) & murky. Stairs might make your calves scream. We lowered our bags down with a rope. Great to have outdoor sink on balcony. Great to have screened in eating spot. Beds & furniture better than average rental. Host is a super host for a reason.

We really enjoyed our stay here. My young son especially enjoyed the little hot tub! There are tons of games which was awesome. We needed the place very last minute and they were able to accommodate us quickly which was much appreciated. The place was adorable but my only small complaint is that the pictures in the listing are stretched and make it appear much larger than it is. This is very common and not meant to be a complaint, per se. Just something to be aware of. The host was great and we enjoyed our stay! Thanks so much for the last minute hospitality!

This home was just as described, beautiful, clean, all the amenities you would need plus some! Beds are super comfy and each room has extra linens if needed. Sandra is very responsive and very nice. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Florida.

Wow! Best Airbnb I’ve stayed at thus far. The hosts had everything imaginable you need as far as amenities & snacks down to beach equipment. Nice and quiet area as well, definitely a clean space. This place is exactly as described if not better once we arrived. I would 100% recommend staying here and I would 100% stay here again in the future. Excellent job.

Leesa was a wonderful host—very responsive and kind throughout our stay. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The door lock was a bit tricky at first, but we figured it out quickly. The place was very clean and just as described in the listing. We had a great stay and will definitely keep this spot in mind for future trips!

We had a fabulous time! We had just a little rough start because the door code had been changed but they were generous and gave us a late checkout the day we left! The ONLY other thing was they do need a new coffee pot 😔 or to forever to make a cup...I forgot to even tell them about it... But other than that everything was really fabulous and so clean!
