Beautiful apartment with amazing views of the Nichupte Lagoon. It's located in a gated complex with security 24 hours. Amenities are excellent, you can relax and completely enjoy your stay here. Nightclubs and bars are close enough for a short cab ride and far enough to relax away from noise and hustle of busy areas. The Ferry to Isla Mujeres is close by. I highly recommend a day trip to the beautiful Island. On site you will enjoy a large Pool, Restaurant, Mini Market and Tours advisor.

This house/villa was perfect for me and my family, we had such a great time in here. The villa is well located in a nice area in Cancun, restaurants and shops are only a 5 minutes walk from the house. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen full equipped, and the terrace with the bbq was the extra, very well designed and beautiful view. The host was very friendly and always helped us finding solutions Will stay here again in my next visit

It was really cool to be able to stay on a sailboat for an affordable price..... The views off of the boat were immaculate with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. I'm 6'3 235 so I was a little bit big for the hammock that they have on the front but it was really cool to take in the views from the hammock. I would highly recommend the sailboat for either a couples trip or a solo getaway.

Juan is the best. Great communication and quick to respond. Unit has everything you need (no laundry) including beach towels and is ideally located. You can walk to everything. King size beds in both rooms!!!! Kukulcan plaza right behind the unit has a Soriana grocery store that sells all normal grocery items + wine + beer + alcohol and has a great bakery. There is an OXXO (convenient store) even closer. Multiple restaurants within walking distance. Two taxi stations and two bust stops right next to Kukulcan plaza behind the unit. I recommend the bus. 13 pesos per rider. Walking distance to La Isla mall with numerous stores and restaurants. Building the the unit is in has 24-7 security and there is only one way in to the building. Beach side has security and only one way onto/off of the beach. Felt 100% safe for the week in Cancun. Would 100% stay here again!

Eric was always attentive to our comments. The place is exceptional in terms of location, beach and amenities of the development. The area is very quiet and safe for walking at night or very early in the morning. We were very happy in this home! We will be back!

We loved this. Best beach view you can get from Any Cancun apartment. This apartment in particular has One of the few balconies in the complex that is safe for little kids (most others, if not all, have bars too far apart and a little child may go through). Pool and beach set up is just so easy to use. Supermarket/pharmacy/urgent care and many restaurants less than a block away. The hosts were so unbelievably responsive. There is some wear and tear. No biggie for us. We will most definitely be back to this apt again! And so will our friends.

Our stay at Eduardo’s condo was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect—everything was just a short walk away, from great restaurants to the ferry port and local stores. The condo itself felt just like home, with everything exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. The hospitality was top-notch, from the friendly front desk staff to the condo personnel, who were always welcoming and helpful. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would definitely book again. Highly recommend!

Loved this spot! It’s kind of right in the middle of the island so convenient for both playa Norte where the party / crowds are, as well as punta sur. Isla village is right beside it and has good restaurants and cafes etc… the pool is awesome, beds are huge (very firm), and the cleaners came mid way through the week which was nice. Would definitely stay again

Due to a/c issues we were unable to stay in the original unit listed. Diego had found a replacement condo in the same building for us even before arriving.Diego was extremely communicative and found several ways to ensure our stay was still great! Our family enjoyed staying at La Amada as it is very family friendly!
