The facilities and cleanliness of the apartment are very good, the only thing I did not like was the attention of the reception and restaurant staff, they were rude.

Had such a lovely stay at Æmelia's place! She communicated extremely well and quickly, was accommodating and her home is beautiful. It was easy to find, easy to get in, absolutely clean. I loved the layout and the available amenities. It felt modern but extremely cozy. My boyfriend and I got in early and she was kind enough to let us leave our luggage while we explored cancun until check in. She gave very clear instructions and local recommendations and was very patient when I still asked a million questions 😅 I'd definitely recommend her place. It was an easy walk away from local amenities and was great value for money.

The place is just what we were looking for. Site with the basics to sleep (the beds are very comfortable, the entire air-conditioned depa) and in a very safe private area. The strategic place to go to the surrounding areas and close to everything. Excellent value and Mariana is always attentive. We loved the location and the treatment.

Celina is a great host very kind, attentive and respectful, we were very comfortable in her casita, it is a nice and quiet place, super recommended !!! ❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful condo in a centrally located resort right in the middle of the Hotel Zone. Large and spacious. Views of the Gulf and beach, only takes 5 minutes to get to the beach from your room. Very pleasant stay with a very gracious and helpful host. A few things to note, the Resort is All Inclusive but you cannot purchase food or drink there, however you can get day passes where you can eat from the buffets and drink at the bars all day, rates on this vary. There is a grocery store within a ten minute walk where you can get everything you need. Many restaurants within walking distance and pubic transportation very close(R1/R2 bus). The beach is beautiful and not crowded, it was a wonderful stay. We never felt unsafe walking around.

Awesome stay, host was very helpful. Views were breath taking, location was excellent and the condo had everything you could possible need. Bed and pillows were comfortable and the entire space felt very clean. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

The view was stunning and pictures are not making any justice of how beautiful it looks. Nicole helped us with everything we needed until we left. Will return soon God Willing and check her other Penthouses in the same building.. Excellent host and beautiful condo!!

Great place to stay for a family vacation in Cancun! On site restaurant was a win, and Claudia was very responsive and attentive during our entire stay here. If you are looking for a spacious place to stay in Cancun, then this is definitely a great option!

We are quite well-traveled individuals, but this accommodation exceeded all our expectations (which were already very high based on the pictures). Typically, in multi-bedroom stays, one bedroom tends to be excellent while the others are not as impressive. However, here, all the rooms are such that you simply enjoy using them. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, even aspects you might not think to ask about. The entire style, scents, colors, not to mention the lighting and comforts, make this our top accommodation experience of a lifetime. The location was also fantastic; we used Uber and the DIDI taxi app for transportation, and the nearby local restaurants offered great taste and service. Communication with Julio was very quick and precise; everything operated like clockwork. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and wish Julio and Pablo great success. If we ever find ourselves in Cancun again, there is no doubt that I will choose our stay dates based on the available.

The host was always friendly, she recorded what she was asking very kindly. The facade of the house is missing some maintenance but internally it is very good for the price, in addition everything was clean. recommended

Great location. Very close to 5th street but far enough from all the noise. The condos were very clean and offered everything they stated in the description. Please note that the walls are extremely thin, if you are light sleeper you might hear the movement of chairs and the bar next door. Overall good stay.

Fantastic host! So helpful and kind and super responsive. I loved the house, it is as advertised, it is a real home in Mexico, so a few little quirks or rough edges, but if you wanted sanitized boring cookie cutter you would have stayed at a hotel. The home is comfortable and the patio is fabulous right on the water. The location is great, so close to the ferry terminal so transport around is so easy and I really felt safe in the neighborhood. Homey. I would so happily stay here again

Isaac was an amazing host. I loved every minute of my stay at the Airbnb. Isaac was extremely helpful with recommendations and clear instructions at all times. He was amazing at taking care of any last minute obstacles, or circumstances that came up. However, what my guests and I loved more about our experience with Isaac was the customer service, and positive attitude he always treated us with. He was the friendliest and kindest host I’ve ever stayed with. Worth every single dollar of my stay. I would highly suggest anyone to book this place as it’s very centric, and very beautiful. This Airbnb has countless amenities that will make your stay worth every penny. Lastly, you should take advantage of the extra services that can be provided by him such as: transportation, in-house breakfasts, and cleaning. Overall, Isaac made every dollar I paid worth the experience. I will be coming back for many events! :)
