Fantastic host, cool little spot with a nice pool. But, a large amount of the restaurants I saw on the map were attached to hotels that I didn't have much access to. While the beach is public, and a very short walk, you are a little restricted as far as going to a beach side bar that's attached to the resorts. Otherwise a very enjoyable space!

Very nice place with beautiful ocean views. Although we went to other beaches to bathe because the one in this area is very strong the waves. I had also read that the area was quiet but we felt at night the movement of cars/motorcycles/buses...(so we didn't sleep so well) I still understand that should be like that in most places in Cancun because of the size of the city. Iliana was always very attentive and Angélica at the reception of the place too! another point in favor is that it has security for the car remaining inside the condominium (from the photos I thought it was outside). Everything was very nice

This place was perfect for my girls trip to Cancun. Alejandro was the perfect host, he responded quickly and was very helpful when we had questions. The unit was beautiful, and the view from terrace was amazing. The wifi was a bit weak in the bedrooms; he may need to invest in a wifi extender so that the wifi can be stronger throughout the unit. Other than that, i have no complaints. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in cancun. 10/10! - easy to check in and out - the pool and lagoon was BEAUTIFUL - Alejandro was very helpful and responded quickly

a comfortable, quiet, take a car and it was safe on the street since there is no parking , but I was told that if it was safe, the area is away from the tourist area 15 mins by car but to me it does not matter much, it is 1 block delar although it is only to admire it that by the way very nice , tank can not swim there, if children the parks are beautiful, with games , their children will enjoy it a lot, the owners super attentive and friendly, with a lot to yud ,

everything excellent, it is a condominium with guards, so no one comes in, the best area or can, this nearby Soriana, oxxo and beach marlin, the apartment always counts with hot water, wifi has the basics of kitchen, the condominiums have a very large pool, and the view of the beach, they have an elevator also would definitely return

The accommodation is very good, it is in an excellent area, it is very easy to get to, if you have your own car you can move very easy, but if not, you walk about 300 meters and find the stop of the truck. Nearby there are shops and places where you can take photos. The place is excellent if you want to go with young friends as it has the opportunity to be very private.

The condo was exactly as described and as the photos showed. Mau was very responsive and kind. Can’t beat the location! The complex was very safe and had three security personnel at all times. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again in the future. Thank you so much Mau!

We were at ease, although the app showed us the reservation with another host resolved us quickly and well, we would have liked some more amenities, such as coffee, sugar, salt, etc., but in general it was very pleasant the stay, the host's attentions and their patience

Excellent place to spend family holidays, our hostess was attentive before our arrival, in our stay and in our departure. The house is delivered as presented in the photos, it is really very comfortable and cozy, it feels like being in your own home. The location of the subdivision is very safe in addition to being at an intermediate point between Cancun and Playa del Carmen....point apart is Puerto Morelos which is simply spectacular. Without a doubt I would book again.

where should I start ?!?! this place was so awesome that words don't do justice for this review... it started with a warm welcome from the house keeper Teresa, who showed us everything we needed to know about the property. it's a very beautiful spacious home from inside to outside it looks like they thought of everything a guest can enjoy on vacation... comfortable beds and linen... fully stocked kitchen... great game room... amazing garden... beautiful clean pool, with many beach chairs.. at checkout we were greeted by the owner Arlene who is a very nice women and was in touch with us throughout our stay to make it as comfortable as possible. I give this place 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and would definitely come back to a place like this next time I'm in Cancun and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice and private vacation.

We really liked Jhonny's apartment. It is spacious and has all the necessities for a pleasant stay. The communication was great and Jhonny responded quickly. We really liked the pool. Nice in a kind of jungle with a beautiful monkey that came to look every now and then. All in all a great stay.

Ken’s place was an absolute perfect stay for my Birthday trip! The check in process was very easy and the staff was so great! We felt secure going in and out every day and night. The location was spectacular! The beach was steps away and the view from the room was beautiful. Ken was one of the best hosts I’ve experienced on Airbnb. He was super helpful and responsive and gave us recommendations before we arrived. I was so thankful to get a late check out since my flight was late! We truly felt welcomed and at home.
