Townhome vacation rentals in California

It was fantastic staying at Laurel's listing for 3 nights with my family! The property is exactly as described and in a great neighbourhood. We were able to cook some meals ourselves as well as order take-out from a variety of restaurants just a block or two away from the property. The place was very clean and well stocked with towels for the beach. The host is also super responsive. Will definitely stay here again if we visit San Diego in the future!

Enjoyed our stay at the Woodlands! Very clean and very quiet community. We did not have any issues while staying here and therefore did not have to contact the host for anything! We had a wonderful time taking the kids tubing and snowboarding!

Really great space for a family to spread out while visiting the Bay area! we drove in to San Fran several times rather than tackle the ferry with two little kids, but it was easy to get to and from this house!

Our stay here was exactly what I was looking for! Super easy checking in and out. The house was as described. Very clean! The view was absolutely amazing and the neighborhood was so quiet. We sat out with our coffee every morning overlooking the valley. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at Kam's place with 5 other adults and there was plenty of space for all of us. Great ratio of private indoor and outdoor spaces. Everything was neat and tidy. Check in was super easy. It was nice to have a private parking spot, but also street parking was an option. The place is a 25 minute walk to lots of nice shops and the ocean. There is a Trader Joe's a hop-skip away. I would book again with a group in the future.

This is the second time we have stayed at Diana‘s condo. A fantastic place! Aside from the immaculate space, quiet neighborhood, and beautiful surroundings, Diana has thoughtfully added all of the little things… blackout blinds in the bedrooms, sturdy bed frames (no squeaking!), tons of games to play in the evenings, plenty of warm blankets and tons of pillows. Also, her condo is less than two blocks from Vons and great restaurants like Gojira and El Charro. Altogether, our stay at Diana’s place felt like home away from home!

The condo was perfect for our trip to ski. It is close enough to the village that we could go for dinner and it was within walking distance to the store, coffee shop and a brewery. The bed was comfortable and the shower got nice and hot, which are two of my top requests in an Airbnb. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make several meals in there. Overall, I really enjoyed the stay and would be happy to stay there again.

Jason’s Airbnb was a perfect location for my group skiing at Palisades. It was well-stocked, clean, spacious, and made for a great weekend. Jason also provided helpful instructions on accessing the Airbnb and its amenities. Would stay here again!

Kristen’s place was awesome - San Diego / pacific beach area is super fun, beautiful weather. Kristen was responsive and kind.

We enjoyed our stay with Eugene and Alena. They were very responsive and helpful with any concern we had. The place was very clean and accommodating to our needs. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was great and location was amazing. My only suggestion would be to (1) include a first aid kit in the house and (2) plug the AppleTV into the TV via an HDMI cable (using the TV's UI was a bit clunky).

A very comfortable two bed house which gives you a feel of a home away from home. Very thoughtfully laid out and provided with all the necessities that one would expect in a home. The kitchen is well laid out. Very comfortable lounge with TV and working space for office work. Super-fast wifi. Environmentally friendly with lots of plants and bushes within the premises. Has a nice quiet private sitting area outside for guests where one could relax with a book. Has parks nearby. Very conveniently located and accessible with the bus stops located within a short walking distance. Market areas/convenience stores are close by and so are the Grocery stores. The Main High streets are at either end and again a short distance away and connected by bus as well. Gabrielle is a wonderful host and a wonderful person. Very caring and thoughtful. Always just a call away and her responses were always super quick. It was a pleasure to have stayed in such a wonderful place with a super caring host.

Fantastic location in Palo Alto near lots of great restaurants and convenient to grocery stores, even without a car. Mike was so easy to work with and responsive whenever we had any questions or requests. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of Mike's properties!

This was a perfect location for our trip to Universal Studios and to see the sites in Hollywood. Very clean and comfortable.

Modern, comfortable, and clean townhome in a nice community. The balcony on the second floor and the rooftop on the third floor were great spots to hang out with a view. Absolutely a fantastic property with great communication from the host, would not hesitate to stay here again!

The house was perfect as was the private yard and spa. Everything was clean and the kitchen was amazingly appointed with coffee makers, pots, pans, dishes. Close to restaurants and walking into town. We had the best stay.

Perfect for walking to everything you need on vacation

The Sweet Spot is just that! Everything you need to be close to downtown and includes all the extra space and amenities when you want to hang out indoors. My family and older parents had a great time with the spacious accomodations and bonus areas/amenities. Joanna's place is very charming and comfortable; thank you for a great stay!

We had a great stay here! We appreciated the alley parking and walkability of the neighborhood. Found some great restaurants in the neighborhood and walked to Balboa Park. Despite being in an urban neighborhood, it was quiet at night and the beds were very comfortable. Thanks!

We come to San Diego a few times each year and this is our first time staying in Ocean beach. We had 4 people and were very comfortable in this unit. We walked to nearby restaurants. The beach is also easy to get to and a fun area.

I loved the space. Very clean and open. The kitchen is amazing. There are cool kitchen tools. I love to cook, there was plenty of space to do what I wanted. I felt right at home. The light in the townhouse was magical for me. The views from the 2nd floor were quite peaceful. I would stay again.

The house is a cozy 2 bedrooms with 3 beds, 2 full baths. It's nicely decorated; feel like home and vacationing at the same time, with clean kitchen, and floors, beds, baths. There is a nice backyard for hangout and BBQ; we have dinners outside in the backyard. The house must be recently remodeled; everything is new. My family loves this booking, and likes to book again when we're in the area. Vickie's responses were kind and quick (within a minute). We have a great vacation, thanks to the experience with this house.
