Vacation rentals with a sauna in California

Thanks to perfect instructions, we had a wonderful stay!! If you’re local-ish, bring your own pillows 🫣 but it was a great set up, parking included, and trader joes/target right downstairs for anything else you need!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was beautiful and a quick drive to the center of Ojai. Geoff and Annika were friendly and responsive. They helped us figure out the hot tub and cold plunge which were great to have access to after our active days around Ojai. It is a little less private than I realized from the description (you share the space with the hosts), but they have done a good job of making it feel private by putting a gate to a private courtyard and blocking off direct access to the rest of the house. It has the feel of a guest house. The vibe was laid back and peaceful- perfect weekend get away!

The host was terrific. We ran the Napa marathon and could not get back to the air BNB before check out. He kindly extended our stay which I greatly appreciate!!

You could almost call this spot ski in ski out, it’s very close to Canyon Lodge, just a 5 min easy walk to the lifts. Definitely recommend if you want to be close to the mountain in this price point! Plenty of parking, the master bedroom has a very comfortable bed, the couch bed is also comfortable. The bunk beds are more for kids. Nice fireplace, with all of the amenities listed. Patrick is proactive and quick to respond if you have any questions.

We really enjoyed our stay at Shawn’s place. I plan to stay there again the next time I’m in LA.

Susan's condo is in a great location, walkable to restaurants and shopping, and close to town/mountain shuttles. The kitchen is very well equipped and easy to function in. Bed is quite comfortable, and everything is very clean. This is our favorite area in Mammoth to stay and we hope to return.

This rental matches the description and has an ideal location in Marina del Rey, with a comfy bed and a cute balcony overlooking the boats. It was easy to park, and the bar and restaurant across the street is fantastic. It is on a street of good buildings and is a cul-de-sac, so it's quiet but walkable to everything

Michaela and Jake’s place is a wonderful deal in the South Bay area and is very comfortable and fun. The condo itself is quite nice and the HOA had started a major painting project that will upgrade the complex overall. The two swimming pools were absolutely pristine. Our family enjoyed swimming and soaking in the hot tub. The owners were quickly responsive to any of our needs/issues that arose. I always place high value on being able to communicate easily with owners. They are excellent hosts.

Clean and cozy condo in a quiet and easy to access building. Very close to restaurants, Vons, and Eagle Lodge – everything you need for a trip to Mammoth! Helpful and responsive host who was keen to help with anything I needed.

The unit was the perfect amount of cozy for my partner and our dog. We would stay here again just for the mountain views and closeness to the main part of town. Greg also had snow sleds that we got to use and it made the stay even more memorable! Really made it feel like we could explore Mammoth the right way.

Had good time staying at David's place. Clean & quiet. Close to Eagle Lodge.

The stay was amazing with the family. The room had all the amenties, The balcony had a great view of the mountains. It was quiet. All the restaurants and other activities were very close. The room had board games, puzzles and jenga for the kids. Beach items where in the storage shed. The host had heated blankets so we didn't feel cold at night. Check in and check out was very smooth and the Delores had pretty detailed instruction. Would definitely stay here for the convenience of the location and it was just a home at a different place.

Very good family ski in ski out condo for spring break. Well stocked kitchen and updated appliances. Clean bathroom with plenty of towels etc. Comfy couch and living area. A little bit of a walk (with stairs) from the parking area so if you have senior members of your group keep that in mind. Very easy to get to and from the slope (ski down to gondola in 15 seconds). Village run returns you right to parking area for the condo.

Very nice space, good location, I couldn’t find how to check in but it was just in my text messages, and when I reached out to Kevin he was quick to respond and unlock the front door!

Love love loved my stay in mammoth lakes. Cozy cabin that was ten minutes to the slopes and a short walk to the village. Would highly recommend!

Would 100% stay again! Great space, very comfortable, and access to a sauna / jacuzzi was a huge plus. Thank you so much!

Alina's house is beautiful and exactly as advertised, if not better. The sauna, tub and outdoor shower were especially appreciated. This is an incredibly clean, comfortable and peaceful place to spend a weekend or longer. Looking forward to returning!

Veronica’s home was perfect! Peaceful, beautifully decorated and attention to detail. One of my best stays in Los Angeles. Hope to stay here again.

Gabriel’s house was awesome, we had a wonderful time. Gabriel was very responsive, since we reached an hour early he also allowed us to check in early which was very helpful since we were exhausted after our long travel. The sauna, hot tub, outdoor shower were all a bonus and we got to use them all. Our dog had an awesome time too and got to run around and play fetch in the fenced backyard. Will definitely return and recommend Gabriel’s house

Super peaceful retreat with room for plenty of family and friends! Josh's home is a well apportioned and thought out with little touches of a great getaway in the woods. From the piping hot jacuzzi tub, radiant LED sauna, and the game room to keep the little ones (and parents) entertained, this house has it all! Josh was super responsive especially when we checked in during a snowstorm and the entire stay felt very cozy and warm. Thank you, Josh for providing a hospitable and enjoyable stay!

The house was beautiful, great location we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend.

Marina’s place is very nice, bright and airy, clean and well-maintained. It’s great for two couples as the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house. We enjoyed the deck and fire pit, the lovely gardens and got a kick out of the friendly flock of hens and geese across the way. Thanks again to Marina for the gift of their eggs. It was the perfect country setting after our wonderful visit to the Mendocino Botanical Gardens. We would definitely stay here again.

What an incredible stay! The home is beautifully designed with every luxurious detail thoughtfully considered—it truly elevated our entire experience. Even though we know the area well, the location is absolutely perfect, and the house guide was full of amazing local tips. We stayed for six nights and genuinely didn’t want to leave. A peaceful, stylish oasis—we’ll definitely be back. Thank you for such a memorable stay!
