I would give more than 5 stars if I could. We stayed here while we were waiting for our new build house to be complete. The beautiful condo, community and the amenities made the transition from Michigan much easier. Not to mention that Joann and Todd are amazing hosts. 10+ rating. Without reservation, I recommend. This should be the standard of AirBNB.

Decent little apartment close to everything you’ll need for short or long term stays. Grocery stores, malls, highway, restaurants, and anything else you’ll need is within a 5 minute drive in either direction. Super quiet and peaceful with lots of nature. It is a bit small for two people, but we made it work. The only ‘con’ is the HOA application and approval process and cost. It takes time to fill it out (1 hour) and a few days to get a response so be prepared for that. Overall, our stay was great and we never needed to contact the host for anything once we checked in. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay in Sarasota with everything close by, consider this a great option.

The property was everything we needed. Easy access, privacy, clean, comfortable and literally close to everything we needed during our stay IE IMG Academy, supermarket, gym and coffee house, to name a few. We will definitely come back. Thanks, Julia!!! From Valentina and Dario.
