Charlie was a great host! He was on site the same day for a special request, and even turned up the heat in the pool without our asking. The home was very well equipped and clean. Despite a long list of amenities provided, we found additional items that we also packed. The pool area was very private and had something to offer in both sun and shade. The astroturf area was clutch for the babies to sit and play. The master bedroom, bathroom and seating area were lush. Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the balconies in the morning and could be at the beach for sunset after a short drive and walk to public access. We would love to return to help make the Wisconsin winter a little shorter 😊

What a lovely condo! Perfect for a business conference at the Grand Hyatt, but much more comfortable than a hotel! Loved the balcony with the view of the water!

Our stay was great! Renee responded quickly to all our questions leading up to our stay. The area was still recovering from the hurricanes but the Airbnb was in pristine condition. We loved the pool and location directly across from the beach and nearby restaurants & shopping. The weather was a bit cooler than we had hoped so we could have used some extra bedding/blankets, but we enjoyed every minute of our stay!

We loved Donna and Mike’s place! Peaceful and beautiful with so much to do. Donna was communicative, accommodating and kind. Their place was cozy and perfect and we hope to stay again. They had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. Thank you so very much!

I have family in the area, so this is the second time we've rented out this particular unit at The Inn at Little Harbor. I very much like the great communication Simone provides before and during our stay. The unit is very clean and had everything we needed during our stay including a very nice shower. We ate dinner one night at the Sunset Grill as they had football playoff festivities, then we stayed in the room to continue watching football on Simon's very nice cable TV. Because it was January and cold, we did not use the pool this time but we've used it in the past and it is very nice. Since it was January, the heat worked very nicely in the room. The beds are comfortable but there is only pillows, very thin comforter and sheet. There was not a blanket in the room that I could find and since it was cold, I ended up having to borrow a blanket from a family member but doubt you would need it any other time but January in Florida. Overall we had a nice stay and will be back.

We had quite the experience with the hurricane and having to evacuate, however, we did get to have one day/night in this fantastic place. It was everything as described. It was perfect. Christina and Nikhil were amazing during these crazy circumstances. They were very helpful and communicative. We had a lot of stuff there (as we were planning a move to the area) and they were so gracious to bring it to us due to the evacuation. We cant say enough great things about the place or the owners. We just wished we could have stayed longer.

Ulrike's apartment was perfect for two couples. It was very clean and well maintained. The high quality furnishings were comfortable and met out needs. The view was outstanding! Parking under the first floor was a big plus, with an elevator to our floor. We felt safe and had privacy.

Our stay was so wonderful that we have already booked again for next year. The owner was very communicative and gave us some great recommendations in the area. Our teenage girls loved the hot tub and the great pool area for getting some winter sun. We loved that everything was within walking distance and didn’t drive our car once between the time we arrived and the time we left, but yet it was about a block off the beaten path so it was so quiet and peaceful. Kitchen had everything we could need and more. The whole family was blown away by the beautiful, peaceful and calming decor throughout the house and lots of space for us to all spread out in the house. Last and possibly most important while on vacation, the beds were so comfortable. If the area didn’t have so many great places to visit, we could have all stayed in bed all day. Thank you for a great week in Clearwater Beach!!

This place was very welcoming, decorated wonderfully, had plenty of towels and beach equipment all in a perfect quiet location! Our family flew in to Tampa for our family vacation and made some incredible memories!

We had a great stay! The location is perfect just a couple blocks from beach and many shops and restaurants. All rooms were good size and having their own bathrooms was great. We had 5 couples and everyone having a king bed with own bathroom was great! Would definitely stay again! Host was very responsive and helpful for any needs

We really enjoyed our stay at Kam's place. It was spacious enough and didn't feel crowded for 4 adults and an 8 month old. The place was exactly as described and appeared just as the photos show. Very clean. Provided more than enough amenities. Loved that there were so many cooking and kitchen utensils - we were able to cook several meals there. The best thing about this place was the proximity to the beach - it being literally steps away from walking out the door. Loved the area and the private beach. Also loved the spacious patio where we could relax and watch the waves come in. Would highly recommend!

As Jeffrey states… steps from each. Literally.. 50 steps to beach. Such great communication. All amenities you will need. Much appreciated the Coleman cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. One of the best well stocked Airbnbs I’ve stayed. Nice parking. Small walk to beach restaurants. Definitely would stay again. Thank you sir.

The house was very nice, not huge, but very accurate with what the pictures showed, and it was actually a lot brighter inside than I expected based on the pictures. Everything was clean and with 5 people, there was plenty of space. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella which was wonderful. We also used the grill which we enjoyed having access to. The only thing we would recommend is more pots/pans/serving bowls, etc. for use in the kitchen - that was a little lacking. Otherwise, communication with the host was outstanding. We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved immediately. They let us check in early and stay late based on our schedule and the fact that no one was coming in behind us. Finally, the location is awesome - right across the street from the beach with easy beach access. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this house.
