Adam was a great host and very responsive with requests to heat the pool and spa. He made everything very easy. I didn’t have to worry about cleaning, stripping beds, or taking out the trash cans to the street. I felt that I could truly relax. I was traveling with an infant, so the highchair and crib made life so much easier. I didn’t expect those things so that was a great surprise. Grill even had an extra propane tank that we needed and I was very grateful that it was there halfway through cooking dinner.

The Castaway Cottage was exactly as described. Beautiful, clean and close to everything! Beds were comfy and sheets were so soft. The shower is AMAZING and of course the pool was a hit when you need a break from the beach. Amanda was quick to respond and her list of restaurants was very helpful and what we tried were all excellent. Everyone was friendly in the neighborhood and there were 2 parrots and an egret that would visit us by the pool often. Last, we rented their buggy for the week, it was charged and ready to go as soon as we arrived and hated to get back in a car. If you’re looking for a great place to stay look no further.

The house is beautiful and spacious. We had a large crew with us and never felt crammed. Our favorite spot was the table outside, under the house. The neighborhood is quiet, except for the dog across the way, but it was never a problem. The swamp smelled a little. The location is top notch - conveniently close to resturants and beaches. We recommend staying here if you have a large group who like their privacy!

This was by far the best day we've had with Airbnb so far!! The house was so perfect for the price and the little amenities were so nice! They had yard games for kids to play and extra blow ups for the pool it was just such a lovely experience. The host was very responsive and understanding for adjustments that needed to be made or giving information I really enjoyed this stay!!

This was our third Airbnb rental and it was absolutely the best one yet. The house was perfect for our needs. The pool area was amazing! We enjoyed every minute of our stay here.

We loved our stay at Anna's place! A short drive to both Clearwater and St. Petersburg, and plenty to do nearby. The house was very comfortable for two families with 2 toddlers and 1 infant. We were so happy that Anna's house came equipped with a high chair and pack and play (both well taken care of and squeaky clean)! It was a great home base for us with the pool, and we felt great having the kids run around since Anna set up a safety net before our arrival. Awesome stay, highly recommend!!!

We stayed at the property for about 5 days over Spring Break. The location of the house is great but you will need a rental car to get around, many beaches, restaurants and other attractions within minutes of the home. We had small children in our group so we appreciated the gated backyard and the high lock on the sliding door in the back to get to the pool. There were plenty of towels and laundry detergent so we could wash them throughout our stay. The kitchen was pretty well equipped for our needs. Luckily, we bought some cheap plastic cups for the kids to use while we were there and we had paper plates. There was limited to no plastic wear or mixing bowls. Place was clean and lots of toiletries provided. There were no blackout curtains on the windows (usually helpful for small kids/babies nap times) We brought our own travel suction cup kind so that wasn't an issue. The thermostat was brand new but we had no idea how to work it - just call them, they're really helpful and responsive

This place was perfect for my family!! The pool and closeness to the beach were perfect for my 2 year old toddler and 9 month old baby!! Inside the house was very clean and comfortable! The host was very kind and organized which made it very easy for my family as we traveled with 2 little ones! Definitely would come back to this rental!!

Sheryl’s responsiveness and care for us was unmatched. We had an issue with the property that she resolved immediately and even called me personally to make sure my friends and I were taken care of. Great location and outstanding customer service.

This place was even better than we could have expected. There was 8 of us staying here and we still felt we had more than enough space. The house is the perfect distance from the beach and cute restaurants/ areas to just walk around. The lower level was the perfect addition with the projector and different games that really made our trip. We spent a lot of our trip in the house due to the less than ideal weather but had no complaints because of how perfect and cute this spot was. The host was friendly and responsive which also made the experience nice. Overall would 100% recommend it, I would even stay here again!

This place is absolutely beautiful. The home is full of character, wood floors, sash windows, it’s lovely. Plenty of room for a large family. And right on the beach. It’s amazing. We all loved our stay here & would highly recommend it.

This home was so perfect for our beach vacation, we especially liked the covered porch facing the beach with the big gum tree in front of it. All the amenities were provided, we had a grill to enjoy, so comfortable. We will definitely be back to enjoy it more!

This was a perfect place for our family of 4 adults. Clean and comfortable. Great outside porch. Easy walking distance to beach and shopping. Quiet area too.

We had an exceptional stay here for the weekend. Tyka was very helpful and everything was provided. Place was clean, private, and very peaceful. This is not a party spot this is a great couples or family retreat. Minutes to anything you need and easily accessible with uber/lyft. Pool was great and kitchen had everything we needed. Will def consider this place in the future!

Stunning views, great space and the water for swimming is perfect for small children. The shallow water extends very far from the beach and they loved playing!!

The house was so cute! Clean, neat, bright, fresh, everything we needed. Great location. Debbie was always very responsive to any questions we had. Literally answered any messages within minutes. The only issue with the house is that the bedroom and kitchen are a step down from the the level of the rest of the house. I almost fell during the night going to the kitchen since it is a step down from the dining room next to it, and I missed the step. We would have liked the TV's to be a little bigger. Other than that, the house it great. The only reason for my rating on the cost is that there were only two of us (even though the house can hold 9) so the price was a little steep per person.

This house was an amazing stay! Jeff and Lynne are amazing host as usual and I even had the pleasure of meeting them both this time. I’d there is anything you may need or even questions they are very responsive and helpful. The house is close to the beach and restaurants with a Publix and even a mall about 5-15 up the road. The house had everything I needed to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vaccination. They even have necessities for the beach. The setup of the house is spacious which I really loved. Can’t wait to hopefully stay again.

It was perfect for us. Colors were my fiance favorite shade of light blues. Cozy and comfortable with easy access to beautiful Bean Point Beach. Pool is perfect size for two to lounge on the deck or in the water and, soak up the sun and dip in the water to cool off. We look forward to staying there again. We were engaged on Bean Point Beach and celebrated our engagement with family and friends in the boutique. Love it!

Beautiful home with a perfect location. Lovely kitchen and decor throughout. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Plenty of parking in the carport and driveways. Host was responsive with any concerns throughout the week. Only note to be aware of, if you are a light sleeper, bring an eye mask. The bedrooms have shades on the windows but they are opaque, so as soon as the sun is up, you will know it.

Great location on the bay with a quick walk to the beach. House is very spacious and comfortable. We loved everything about it. The host, Kathy, was very responsive and made the whole process easy. Can’t wait to come back

Perfect. That’s how we would describe this home. Here is our Family Top 7 list. 1. The home was exactly as described. Several areas to sit outside and watch the water, boats and sunrise/sunset. We had breakfast outside at the large dining table several times. 2. A 5 to 7 minute walk to the beach and the home is equipped with all of the beach essentials. Easy walk especially if you have little ones or a stroller. 3. The host had a large detailed binder with everything you need during your visit. From great areas to park, restaurants and places to go. She was also super responsive. We never had to wait more than 3 minutes for a response to any of our messages. 4. The home was super clean and well stocked. Also very easy to get inside when we arrived. 5. TVs in every room allowed our son some downtime between outings. And each bedroom had a ceiling fan. 6. The Thermostats were easy to operate and there were plenty of clean towels and wash clothes. 7. The area is extremely safe and quiet.
