Very comfortable stay with my dog and family during Christmas week! The home is clean and spacious in a great area of Seminole. Short drive to the beach, close to Publix and plenty of restaurants. The outdoor area was very relaxing with the pool, grill and patio table. It was great to feel at home while celebrating the holidays with family.

Romualda’s home was very clean, beautiful, and modern. She was very communicated from the time we booked the AirBnb, to the time we checked in, and the time we checked out. We felt right at home as she had many ameneties that were offered and more. We will definately book again next time we are in town.

Cheryl's place was great for our family of three. Clean, comfortable rooms, plenty of space, light filled, perfect AC, all the supplies one can think of in the kitchen, bathrooms. Very nice, clean, generously sized pool and back yard were one of reasons I picked the place and it was very enjoyable. Garage filled with towels, beach chairs, swimming goggles, swimming / beach toys. Cheryl thought of everything! Easy location for the Tampa Bay area. Definitely recommend!

The place is as described. Pool area was fantastic. Could use more silverware. Close to the beach. restaurants and stores.

Lovely home with a large fenced backyard and a warm pool. Conveniently located near Robinson Preserve and Anna Maria Island. Michelle was quick to answer any questions. We enjoyed our stay.

It is a great place. Exactly as described. Pool was fantastic. I even met a neighbor who was twice retired. Once from the military and then from the local Police Force so I felt right at home. We were able to relax the whole time.

This was by far my best Airbnb stay yet. Lynn’s home is very beautiful, clean, family friendly. There was an issue with the television remote and she had it taken care of within the hour. I highly recommend staying with her. The pool and spa are so relaxing and good for the kids. We definitely enjoyed our stay and plan to book with Lynn again.

I had a great weekend stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Jacob was super responsive and helpful, which made everything really easy. Being so close to Anna Maria Island was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again!

Ari was an excellent Airbnb host. Very prompt with all our requests. The house was as described, very comfortable and clean. An extra large pool was a welcome item for everyone when we returned from our excursions every day. I highly recommend this property!

We definitely enjoyed our Spring Break in this home! The pool was, by far, absolutely perfect! We enjoyed the outdoor area very much! Great location! They provided everything from bath/pool towels to beach chairs for a beach day! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking in, but with so many great restaurants nearby, a person even want to stay home and eat! The Manchester home is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed walks to the nearby parks! Don’t hesitate on this home, if it’s available, RENT IT!

House was great spacious for what we needed and we had six in our party. Location is good right off of 34th St. which is a main highway that can take you anywhere in Pinellas County. Marisa and Rachel were absolutely amazing, out of all of the places that I’ve stayed at Airbnb, they have been the most responsive and makes you feel like they really care. I can say if you want the most out of your stay, I do recommend renting the RV that is on property as well. We were unaware that somebody was staying on property with us and we were not told so if you want the most privacy I would recommend the RV. Great for an area where kids can be kids. The game room was awesome 👏🏻 they had board games but in addition had a pool table, foosball and an amazing area to have a movie night with the family on the projector!! And of course can’t forget the hot tub. We had to do some cleaning for that but due to the season with pollen it’s inevitable. We had an amazing stay, thank you Marissa & Rachel 🩷

We had a wonderful time! House had tons of space, and well equipped with everything we needed. Location is good, easy access to Manatee and Cortez Road. The only negative I can say, is that the road is a busy road. But a lot of busy roads there! Many wonderful memories made with the kids. Julia as well as Tatiana were very easy to work with and responded back to questions within minutes. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

The house and yard are great , just like the pictures . Clean. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of towels and extra blankets . Fully stocked kitchen . You will need a car or uber to get around . No walkable restaurants or stores . Beach is only a couple miles away , but traffic can be heavy on the causeway. Sarah is a great host . Very responsive and answered all are questions promptly.

Sandra’s place was beautiful. Very clean and was as described. We enjoyed the heated pool. The temperature of the pool remained above 85 deg our entire stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything to make it easy to cook at the house. The beds were comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets if needed. We did have one issue that wasn’t Sandra’s fault with WiFi on day one , but she was very responsive and the issue was fixed the next morning which we appreciated. Sandra was quick to respond with any questions we had. Beach access is very close. We went to a few, but enjoyed the one right next to Broke N Boards. It was within 5-10 min of house. There is a Publix within 2 min drive to house which we also liked. The house was in a perfect location. As said before, it is off a busier street but it didn’t seem to bother us. I would stay here again or another location through Sandra, as she was a perfect host!

Anna Maria is for sure one of the most beautiful beaches in FL- Amy’s house is located 10 min walk from the public beach entry. House is small but comfy- the most suitable for 2 people. Pool super nice with lights- spa did not work. No hand soap or shampoos provided. Plus- few steps to the tennis courts and basketball court. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

We loved the home super clean and quiet. More then enough room for my wife and I and our 2 doggies. Very private and lots of room in the back yard to walk our pups. I would definitely book again in the future. Thank you so much!

We had a great Spring Break at Cara’s home. My 6 year old loved the mini swimming pool and my dog loved the big back yard. The beds were super comfy and the whole house was spotless! Cara was also a very friendly host and went out of her way to bring us some beach chairs and umbrella to borrow for the beach. Thank you Cara!

The place was in a great location and it was plenty of room for all of us girls to stay after the music festival. The only issue we had was getting in the door. It was late night when we checked in and we had trouble finding the code pad on the door to get into the place because it was the same color as the door. Other than that, this space was super clean and perfect for us! Nichole was very responsive and even checked on us because we hadn't checked in until late.

Loved staying at this cute house! She had everything we needed for a trip to the beach and the location was walkable to so many shops, restaurants and coffee shops! The backyard was perfect for our dogs and the laundry room was a huge plus! Can’t wait to come back!!

Loved staying with Kara and Tigra again! The house is located in a lovely, private neighborhood. Sitting on the screened patio feels like you are completely away from everything. The house is comfortable with homey touches. The space is well utilized so that it feels spacious. We enjoy spending time in Ybor City, which is an easy drive. We have family who live extremely close by, so the location is extra excellent for us, but it's also convenient to many fabulous restaurants and all of the many things to do in Tampa. We will stay here again when we have a chance to come back to Tampa! Thank you for everything!

Lea’s place was great for a stay attending a swim meet at the North Shore Aquatics Complex. Her place was just as described and had everything that you could want. The backyard was really nice and relaxing! Sitting under the umbrella on a lounge chair in the afternoon was perfect! The master bathroom was really nice. I appreciated the shower controls being on the wall which allowed you to turn the shower on without getting soaked. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you would ever need to prep a meal. While we didn’t have a dog with us, Lea’s would be an excellent place to stay with a pup.

Very nice place inside(beautiful paintings and kitchen) and very peaceful natural feel outside(fire pit, patio chairs, and 2 seater swing). The host was awesome, replied promptly and even checked in on us to make sure everything was ok. This was one of my favorite Airbnb due to all the thoughtfulness. There were bottles of water in the fridge when we arrived and even a few snacks. There was also almost every seasoning in the cabinet you would need, coffee, foil, cleaning supplies and even laundry detergent(Tide) bath soap(Dove) and shampoo. My family really enjoyed this place and each other as we joined together for my sister's surgery at Moffitt's Cancer Center, and this place provided a healing state, tranquility and closeness for us. We thank you!
