The house was spotless and extremely well-organized. Every drawer and cabinet is labeled, making it so easy to find anything you need. The house is stocked with every item you might need during your stay, and everything looks brand new. This was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

Great option to have a peace of mind and walk to the most private and clean beaches in town. The place was exactly as published on pictures, just keep in mind that this is a location for common hurricanes, therefore if you travel here after one, there might be lots of trash outside buildings around the city which is normal and won't affect your stay in this beautiful home. The host was always responsive and helpful. Be ready to enjoy this airbnb spot.

Thomas house is very comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful and very close to several things: 1. WalMart 5 minutes 2. La Teresina (Good Latin Food) 4 minutes 3. River Walk 10 minutes 4. Cruise Port 6-10 minutes 100% recommended, besides, Thomas is easy to reach and responsive.

You really can't beat that backyard if you're traveling with kids. Constant entertainment and all of the adults had a blast learning how to play pickle ball! Pool was nice and warm, not a significant bug issue which we were thrilled with. House was great. Beds were very firm. Lots of TVs.

This is our 2nd time staying at this unit and we love it! It’s the perfect size for 2 people and perfect location. We love how close it is to all of our favorite places and the beach. It’s always clean and comfortable. Will stay here again!

Scott was very responsive and helpful. The place was cozy and felt like someones home. It was a bit warm at night for me, since the temperature gauge was noted to be set between 74 - 78, but after a shower at night, I was ok. There was also no TV in the first bedroom although it was advertised. The amount of beach accessories though was phenomenal and the washer/dryer were super helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

If you want the perfect location, Gur’s place is it! 5 minute walk to the beach, easy access to the trolley that runs to St. Armand’s circle and Sarasota. You can walk to the circle through the beautiful neighborhood on paths. The place is immaculate and has a great common deck to meet others staying there and enjoy a cocktail! Parking is right in front if you need to use a car…but you really don’t need one. Beach Towels, chairs, a wagon and bikes are available also. The Lido Key Beach Reosrt and Tiki bar are right across the street. All kitchen accessories and appliances are included if you don’t want to go out to the many excellent restaurants and bars within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and the weather was ideal every day. I would highly recommend Casa Limonada.

Location, location, location!!! Steps from the beach right at sunset point! Easy walk to the village with plenty of restaurants and a great little market. Exactly as described, perfect little place for a weekend romantic getaway. Can’t wait to come back soon!

I loved this condo! Beautiful, inviting and comfortable. My favorite way to start and end my day was on the balcony, so peaceful. Sunrise was simply stunning. Everything was thought of and provided for an easy start. From small toiletries to dishwasher tablets and even a few laundry pods! There was also a cabinet full of spices and a few basics in the pantry. Easy walk to the beach or restaurants. who could ask for more?!

A great place that we found! Couldn’t be more happier! The view, the people, and accommodations! 5 Star! So thankful for this place! We will be back!

Exactly as listed! Pool right outside our screened in patio, and beach right down a short path! It was absolutely beautiful. Fun activities such as mini golf and shuffle board as well.

The place was neatly clean, we love the easy access to the pool and the restaurants and shops were close by. We had a great time at Siesta Keys. We would definitely recommend Bay Oaks for your stay!

Can’t say enough great things about this great condo…..very clean, very clear instructions with all the security codes, etc., great location with walkable distance to beach as well as beach gear provided to make it easier (wagon, chairs, etc). John’s pass about a mile away but several great restaurants within walking distance. The space was great for our family of 5 and would highly recommend! Loved our stay at Madeira Beach!

Loved it! The location was a short walk to the beach and the bay. There was also a great pool. This is an awesome place.

Great place with all the amenities we could want. Was very comfortable with no detail forgotten - didn't have to go without anything. Host/Owner was extremely responsive with a minor issue that came up and required repair. Issue was addressed and fixed within an hour of my initial text. The only slight reduction on my ratings was just on the price. It was pretty expensive for a week but with the comfort and amenities of this property it was worth it. Thanks for a great week!
