amazing place, couldn't ask for a better location, host and facilities

We had a very chilled 4 days at Clare’s lovely pool house. Clare and her husband are great host very friendly and helpful, the village is beautiful and quiet and the sounds of the church bell ringers practising on Thursday night was lush, the pool house is warm and cozy.

This is our second time staying in this lovely caravan. It’s always pristine and lovely. I always felt like a home away from home there. The bedrooms are a good size and the extra full bathroom is a definite plus! I’d highly recommend staying here.

This place covers all the bases for a great stay for a big family get together! Excellent communications, nice welcome and then all the things to keep three families from ages 3-16 entertained. Private pool great, Games Room great, Hot Tub was spot on and actually hot (unlike so many that aren't)! Sauna probably needs some renovation love. Bedrooms great, enough space. Devonshire Arms nice food, Halfway House nice beer and vibes. All the ingredients for a place to kick back and have some much needed family time. Highly recommend!

we stayed here to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday with friends and had a fabulous time. Beautiful location, very peaceful and relaxing. Good kitchen and comfy beds.

Just come back from Mistletoe Farm after celebrating a Hen weekend there. We all could not fault the hosts, they were incredible & always checking if we needed anything, so helpful throughout the whole stay. Mistletoe Farm is beautiful & so peaceful. Plenty to do within the property. We all especially loved the pool/hot tub & also the karaoke machine was a big hit. It really is the perfect place either for celebrating a special occasion or a family weekend. We all enjoyed our stay & said it is a place we would love to go back to. Thank you again to the amazing hosts. Would highly recommend this air b&b 😊

My family and I have just returned from a 4 night stay at The Oaks and we all wished we could have stayed longer. The house is well equipped, clean and tidy. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 1 infant. The bedrooms were comfortable with fresh linen. I particularly booked this accommodation for the outside pool and this didn't disappoint. A perfect size pool for us and we enjoyed sitting around the garden and pool area. Beautiful Sobo beach is walking distance from the house and there are many good places to eat and drink nearby. We enjoyed a birthday celebration lunch at The Captains club restaurant which we would highly recommend, great food and attentive staff. A big thank you to Maggie And Peter for a great airbnb property.

What a lovely place to stay, we’ve stayed at few beach front places on Airbnb and this one is certainly up there with our favourites. Such a lovely interior, nice touches everywhere. Really comfortable beds. Very peaceful and calm and stunning views from the garden to chill. The location to the beach within a few minutes walk is just superb. Andy and Rachel were just lovely throughout. We can’t wait to book again. And a welcome basket was a nice surprise.

The house was comfortable, very well equipped, and ideally positioned for Poole Quay and the Harbour Park. We and our dog appreciated the bottle of fizz and other treats left for us all. There are several shops and restaurants within a few minutes’ walk. The allocated parking space to the rear was often taken up by other vehicles but there was sufficient space at the front to park our car. We would highly recommend Mainsail for couples or families wanting to visit Poole. Thank you Angus and Anne for a lovely stay!

As stated by other reviewers, the location was great with the Cathedral, the market, restaurants, and shops within easy walking distance; and the house is lovely with lots of space. Specifically for us, we were visiting family so we hosted guests. We had 8 of us for dinner and had room for everyone. My father-in-law turned 99 while we were there, and the house was within an easy mobility scooter ride from his home in Salisbury, and the bathroom on the main floor made it accessible for him. This meant we could have long visits with him at our place, which was lovely. We will definitely be in touch with William to stay in his house again.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay. The town centre is a perfect distance away that you can walk in in about 10-15mins but far enough away to not feel like you're staying in a busy town centre. Louise sorted us parking permits out and we easily parked 3 cars in the local streets, not right outside but this wasn't an issue. The house is great, 4 good sized clean bedrooms, a lounge, dining area and kitchen. Louise had left us a few goodies and some milk as a welcome gift, Tesco is a short walk away to grab any other bits you need and we had a lovely meal out locally too, plus lots of recommendations of good places to go. Thank you for a very lovely weekend.

A Peaceful Countryside Retreat We had a lovely welcome on arrival, setting the tone for a perfect stay. The cottage is clean, tidy, and well-organized, with everything you need for a comfortable getaway. Surrounded by the heart of nature, the views are absolutely stunning. We loved our stay here, perfect for a break away from city life! Big shout out to Alex and Rob for being great hosts, they were friendly, responsive and helped us with any difficulties we had. I loved that they had a chimnea, which allowed us to enjoy the beauty of a fire pit and the night sky. There is a river behind the house, which we loved exploring the area of. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful getaway, around nature.

We had a fantastic stay here. The property is in a beautiful setting with a local shop across the road. It is perfectly located to explore surrounding areas. The cottage is fully equipped with everything needed, as well as some essentials kindly provided by the host. All information provided was accurate and helpful. A great place for a group gathering - 12 single beds! And the living spaces are well laid out and spacious. Outdoor area good too. It's a bit lacking character but made up for by the practicalities. It's very near the beach and convenient for access to boscombe and central bournemouth. Can recommend.

A very enjoyable stay in an immaculate house in a peaceful location. A clean and well presented home and would recommend.

Excellent host, really good and clear communication. We booked this the day before so didn't get time to read all the instructions so had a few questions and got the answers from the host. House is very clean and plenty of beds so ideal for big groups. Main reason we booked this place was the hot tub, hot tub was great we used a it a couple of times, its in the garden and has a cover so even if its raining you can use it. Over all good place, value for money.

Staying in Victoria's home was amazing. It is a beautiful home, perfect for a group setting and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
