The Well Annex

Yasmin Rating, 5 stars1 week ago
Sal is extremely helpful and friendly. Sal made us feel very welcome by ensuring we had milk, bread ( of our choice), tea, coffee, juice, eggs butter etc when we arrived after a long journey. The Well is a clean, well equipped, tranquil place with a lovely peaceful enclosed garden with ample seating/ dining areas. The Well allows easy access to several beaches: West Bay, Charmouth, Lyme Regis as well as other beautiful spots in Dorset & East Devon. We had a lovely stay. Thank you Sal & family.

Breathtaking sea views from this light, cosy lodge

JodiRating, 5 stars1 week ago
What a diamond of a place you have here Judith! On top of holiday park overlooking the most stunning view of Swanage bay and surrounding countryside, almost 360 degrees!! The interior is very tastefully decorated and so comfortable. The beds were dressed with hotel quality, pure white cotton which gave an extra luxury feeling. Lots of table top games for all ages which would have been useful on rainy days but we were so lucky to have had brilliant sunshine throughout our stay! Just minutes drive from everywhere. Got to do the steami railway experience from Swanage. Kimmeridge fossil museum to see the largest ever intact fossil ever excavated! Favourite pub with outdoor views in Worth Matravers, The Square and Compass. Home made ciders, good beers and fab sausage rolls! Favourite fish restaurant, The Pier Head in Swanage. All in all, a fantastic place to stay and thanks to Judith a wonderful 5 star experience!

Dogs welcome! Lodge for 4, enclosed garden Dorset

SeanRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We had a superb 4 night stay at The Victorian Barns, staying in the lovely Lodge. The property was set in beautiful private grounds with its own larger indoor heated swimming pool, huge activity barn (complete with table tennis and badminton court) and plenty of land and lakes to walk our two Springer Spaniels around! Our host Claire gave us lots of information before our stay and also answered any questions that we had during our time there. Their on site EV charger was a god send allowed us to to-up our car at the end of the day after trips out. All in all we loved our stay and we hope to visit again soon!

My partner and I loved it THAT much, we are STILL there! We requested to extend our stay and despite having to move some bookings around, Alan and Lynne managed to make it possible for us! I had 3 nights of blissful sleep thanks to their fabulous pillows and now I get 3 more! 😁
A panoramic view is presented from a large gated deck, showcasing the surrounding holiday park and distant hills. The sky is bright with soft clouds, and the sea is visible in the background, providing a sense of openness and tranquility.

Bowleaze Cove with a view

LaraRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Kirsty and Gary’s caravan was lovely. Very cosy and clean, loved the patio! The duvet covers were super soft and comfy as well. The park is not even a 5 minute walk from Bowleaze Cove, and you can get into town in about 30 minutes walking, or 15 minutes by car. Guest passes are included so you can use the on site club which is lovely. The hosts were very professional and friendly, and responded quickly whenever necessary! Definite recommend and will stay again if we have the opportunity!

Stunning Lakeside Lodges

SarahRating, 5 stars32 months ago
This lodge was just perfect for a relaxing week away, which was just what we needed. It was immaculately clean, well set out and well equipped. We loved the fact that our children and dog could explore and play freely and safely, and the lodge was well fenced and very dog friendly. We would definitely recommend, and would love to visit again ourselves.

Scandinavian style chalet on a working farm

VascoRating, 5 stars10 months ago
We loved it so much the first time we visited back in 2020, that we came back. And just like then, it was fantastic. The cottage is absolutely lovely, the whole farm is amazing, and it is just so nice to walk around, see the cows, absorb the nature. Topping it all: Ailse and "Farmer Phillip", as our kids kept calling him. they just make you feel so welcomed, like you're part of the family. Our boys had a great time, and have to say their favourite part was undoubtedly playing with Effie. Thank you again for welcoming us to your place, and being so loving and accommodating.

New Forest chalet sleeps 12 chef/hot-tub

AliceRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Great host, really good communicator and very responsive to any questions. Easy to follow instructions for check in and they had left a lovely gift for my daughter as it was her 3rd Birthday, which was a very kind and personal touch. We made use of the private chef and hot tub which were both excellent. The house was immaculate and great for kids too, with plenty of toys and a large enclosed garden. We would definitely stay here again.

Large chalet in woodland setting inc shepherds hut

BeverleyRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Joe was a great host and provided all information requested. Arrival was straightforward plenty of space. House was clean and welcoming. Photos need updating as property has been extended further. Shepherd hut in Garden was a great addition however it is cited at the bottom of a steep incline. The hot tub was a great addition and used well journey to the beach was about 15 minutes and parking was difficult but manageable. Shops et cetera were a short drive from the house. There were not many places to eat locally but plenty of takeaways if you needed them. A very enjoyable week in a lovely area about 30 minute drive to New Forest. Definitely worth considering.

Magpie 4 Hot Tub -longleat-Bath-Warminster

The cabin at Hunters Lodge was an ideal place for a romantic weekend. The cabin was spacious and well appointed with all kitchen amenities available. Upon arrival we only had to go to the cabin, the key was inside, so check in couldn't be easier. The lakeside surroundings were even more beautiful than it appeared the photos. The staff helpfully furnished us with extra towels after we took full advantage of the hot tub. An idyllic stay, would highly recommend!

Harbour View - Family Caravan - Rockley Park

LucyRating, 5 stars12 months ago
Casey’s caravan was like a home from home, super cosy and had everything you needed and more :) we had a lovely stay, not far from either the beach or rockley park base where there are restaurants, amusements, swimming pool and lots of activities to occupy the kids. The caravan was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in, has a lovely view and is on a very quiet and peaceful part of the park. The little extras such as squash in fridge, cleaning solutions, hand soap was a fabulous touch as they are always the things I forget!! Thanks Casey - we’ll be back :) The only think I will say is that if you are going to rockley park for the activities such as swimming pool, sports etc then try to go on the same set days that other people at rockley park arrive as the swimming pool was unfortunately full so couldn’t take our kiddies, also the activities are more difficult to book as you are unable to use the booking system online which I have found real useful in the past when booking through the park
A four-poster bed crafted from dark wood features intricately carved posts. The bedding is layered with a teal coverlet and plush pillows. A vintage striped settee is placed at the foot of the bed, while two bedside tables with lamps provide soft illumination.

Everything was so clean, the house was warm, hot tub was on and ready for us. I recommend that beautiful peaceful place 100%. Don’t think twice is worth every penny we paid! We didn’t wanna leave! 10/10!
