House vacation rentals in Virginia Beach

We really enjoyed staying at the golden hour! The hosts were very responsive and helpful! They had sound machines in every bedroom which if you have kids is a big deal. The toys and kids activities there were a big hit! The pools are pristine and the whole outdoor area is very nice! Very short walk to beach which was also convenient! They literally thought of everything, if you forgot something chances are they had it! Definitely recommend staying here if you have children and want a nice low key place to stay!

Awesome location on a quiet road close to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. Perfectly appointed accommodations as pictured. Appreciated the cleaning supplies and travel size toiletries. We will definitely stay again!

Blousier Point was magnificent! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Grocery store was close by and the home was convenient to Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. The home was beautiful and so cozy. Plenty of room to relax and play games , nice outdoor area and so peaceful. We will plan a return trip.

A Very Pleasant Place to stay. Secluded with a Nice Pond and Saltwater Pool. Very Pleasant Hosts Mike and Courtney! Nice and clean Inside. Great communications with Alice Also! We hope to visit again! Highly Recommended! Great place to stay! We came to Visit Nas Oceana for Annual Airshow! Not far away! Hope to return Next year!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay with extended family. The property accommodated us comfortably. The beach is right there are very short walk. Our hosts were helpful and available when we had questions and graciously allowed for a late check out. It’s a lovely spot.

Lots of stairs but otherwise a wonderful home with the most amazing sunset views. Very comfortable and lots of things available that helped us to be comfortable and have a wonderful Christmas holiday with our family of all ages. Would love to stay during the summer months. We enjoyed our stay at The Great Escape! Most of our time was spent in the private pool and fishing from the yard into the canal. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. We loved how quiet and safe the neighborhood was. The house had all the amenities we needed- it felt like a home away from home. Kim was a great host supplying us with lots of recommendations and was quick to resolve any problems. We hope to visit again in the future!

My family and I had a great stay! The home is spacious and is as described. We made good use of the kitchen to cook breakfasts and dinners (the grocery store is minutes down the road!). The washer and dryer was a huge plus for our family of six. We enjoyed visiting Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, and Newport News park- all very close to the home. Charlie was friendly and always responsive.

Ms. Tawanda was excellent. Although we didn’t get to enjoy her place due to the passing of my brother I would definitely recommend her place to any of my family members and would definitely go again! Thank you for your outgoing personality and condolences to my family during this difficult time! Your place felt like home and we were at ease and comfortable! The Bed was amazing and amenities too!

The house was great and met our needs. We unexpectedly needed to extend our stay at the last minute and they were very accommodating.

The home was in pretty good shape considering it’s an investment property The inside was very clean and smelled good. Host was very responsive and very helpful The only negative I can mention is the water pressure in the master shower and sink…..beyond that the stay was great and I would gladly stay there again

Mike and Chelsea’s home was beautiful! We had a great stay at Nomad Dunes. There was plenty of things in the home to keep everyone entertained- even for our cold winter stay! The views were gorgeous and the rooms were comfortable. Mike and Chelsea were great hosts that answered questions quickly and provided more things for guests in an AirBNB than I’ve ever seen- if you’re familiar with the 4X4 area- that was so very important and convenient to not have to worry about bringing a million things with us to the area. The horses came right up to the house every morning while we had our coffee, the location was great! Perfect stay if you are looking for a wonderful home in Carova Beach!

The horses stopped by several times a day. It was magical. Just a short drive to the ocean where we conveniently parked our car on the beach. We had plenty of room on the beach. People were not on top of each other. It was a wonderful vacation! The house was spacious and nicely decorated. the kitchen was well stocked.

Loved the house it was very spacious and perfect for our large group. Short drive to the beach. We loved the game room too! I would recommend this house to anyone. The hosts were very responsive and friendly!

Lovely, comfortable home. Great hosts. The master bedroom with the sliding glass doors that let you watch the sunrise from bed was amazing.

With every vacation rental, you will always remember how you slept and what you did. With that being said, the beds slept amazing and there is SO much to do at John’s rental! We hate we were only coming through town and couldn’t stay longer. The place is immaculately clean and better than the pics even show. We would definitely look to stay there again.

We were more than happy with the spacious and welcoming atmosphere inside Island Lotus and Spa! The large screen projection TV was really nice. We really enjoyed the Buddhist statues as well as the information about the Vietnamese family who settled in the area. The huge glassed in porch was my favorite place to sit and watch the various species of migratory and local birds landing in large numbers on the water and some that fed in the expansive yard in front. The white ibises with their long curved bills were our favorites! The hot tub was wonderful on a cool but comfortable November evening. We were fortunate to experience beautiful weather to get out and explore the McKay Island National Wildlife Refuge. We took the ferry nearby to Currituck and drove to Duck and the National Audubon Refuge trail there! All in all it was the kind of restful relaxing, peaceful visit we were looking for, and we plan to return again next year!

Everything was as advertised. Kevin was a wonderful host—very responsive and helpful. We will consider Knot Flying again in the future.
