We were in town to visit family nearby and the location was perfect. We did not spend much time at the house but in the evening had a chance to try out the hot tub, which was wonderful, and everything was clean. If you hear music out of nowhere, there is a clock that chimes a song- it is not the ice cream man or Alexa going rogue lol. Adam was helpful ahead of the trip and responsive. He left very thorough instructions and recommendations for us. There were lots of pillows for the bed and we found the mattress comfortable (I was nervous from a few reviews about it being too firm). Frankie was often hanging near the entrances and front bushes, so just be mindful when opening the doors that she may want to sneak in. Overall, great stay!

Brandon was amazing I was able to have some friends and family over to celebrate my birthday. He was extremely responsive and accommodating I wasn’t met with any unpleasant surprises and his home was absolutely beautiful I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was a great place to stay in Sandbridge! We loved that we had a view of both the beach and the bay. It's an easy quick walk to the beach, which is beautiful and not crowded. There is a restaurant right on the premises and another one across the street, plus very close to a public park and the wildlife refuge. Randy and Tracy's place was so well-stocked - they had everything from sponges and soap in the kitchen to tissues and shampoo in the bathroom - it was so nice that we didn't have to go buy any of those items, especially for a short weekend! They also have a great storage closet packed with chairs, beach toys and bikes. The beds were very comfortable and the place itself was very nice and spacious. The hosts were super responsive whenever we had a question. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend it if you need a condo in Sandbridge!

Stop searching for a place and book this one. Right now. If you're looking for a tranquil oasis to get away from it all, this is the property for you. The house itself was relaxing and spectacular. I never wanted to leave the sunroom! Yoga with Mari was so much fun and we even got to visit baby goats on the farm with Kristen. The only warning I have is- be prepared to never want to leave. I'm already excited to return! There were fresh eggs left for us, as well as freshly baked blueberry bread. The soap from the goat farm was divine! Be sure to spend plenty of time in the hot tub and get out and look at all of the stars. Nature is truly beautiful in this place. If I could give it ten stars, I would. Thank you, Quang and Mari for such an incredible stay!

This cabin was a wonderful oasis for our family trip with kids and grandparents in tow. Our toddler found the toys and was immediately at home. Jenga, Lincoln logs, board games… a wonderful and private getaway from our usual routine. All the furnishings and beds were extremely comfortable, and you could tell that this place is truly someone’s treasure. Once we found the records, dance parties were aplenty. The host was extremely friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing this place with our family.

Rachel’s place was one of the reasons why our spring break was so amazing this year. As soon as you enter the house you notice the cozy beach vibe theme. The house is nicely organized and put together. The game room was a fun addition as well. The backyard is well kept with the beautiful green grass cut and edged. The gazebo area has a fire pit and hot tub. Let me tell you… such an amazing vibe in the back yard. We had so much fun listening to music and making smores all night! They thought of everything here! There’s an actual sauna in the master bedroom. I was bummed because we forgot our wireless speaker at home, but guess what… they have one available for you to use and fully charged! Let’s talk about the furniture. They actually put money into the furniture here. The couch was huge and cozy. The beds were not stiff at all. In fact my kids bragged about how comfortable their bed was and how they couldn’t wait to hit the hay that night! This place is worth every penny.

We were super excited about this home when we booked it! It was exactly what we were hoping for! The house being on the 4x4 part of the OBX was a major plus for us! Sarah was very responsive when I messaged her and was always nice! We may have to take another trip with our family!

We had a wonderful time at The Bend! Debbie and Jimmy were lovely hosts, incredibly responsive, and friendly. The pictures really don't do the house justice. It feels much bigger in person and the waterfront views are spectacular. We especially enjoyed the hot tub. The local gentleman who maintains it for the owners was even kind enough to stop by in person and show us how to adjust the temperature settings. Helpful touches included: a welcome binder with takeout menus, a basket of K-cups ready to brew, a spice cabinet and plethora of cookware, labeled light switches identifying what controlled what, extra towels in every bathroom, designated wash cloths for make-up removal, extra toilet paper under the sinks, and a first-aid kit. The biggest plus for us was the cleanliness! Our son, who's allergic to pet dander/pollen/dust/etc., slept so much better here than he usually does when we travel. We hope to return in the future and will happily recommend it to friends and family :).

This home is an absolutely FANTASTIC getaway location! My family enjoyed every moment of our vacation. The house was as pictured and as described and then more. It is a quick ride back to the water where we spent most our day. We would finish each day with a dip in the pool and hot tub. The back yard view is fantastic as well. My kids spent so much time fishing off the dock on the canal catching crabs, and white perch fish. We loved all the horse views at all random times of the day. I could go on, and on! The hosts were very responsive to all my questions and so accommodating. I would give this home 10 stars if I could!

Brooke is super awesome! We had to book at the very last minute as our reservation with another host fell through and Brooke was so prompt and nice to let us book!! The hotel itself is a little dated but it was kept so clean and organized. The amenities like the pools, hot tub, and fitness center are all nice and well kept as well. The staff is super friendly and always so helpful! The location is PERFECT! Overall, if you’re looking for an affordable and clean place to spend an enjoyable beach vacation—Brooke’s place should be a top pick!

Eddi was so nice. This place is so much nicer in person. The views from balcony are amazing! My daughter loved watching the sunset from the room. They even had a tray of treats and a handwritten welcome note upon arrival. The beach was nice and private. Loved the place and hosts were amazing would stay again!

Martin’s home is absolutely beautiful! His place is very clean with a large, fully equipped kitchen. We saw horses everyday! This was our first time visiting the area. He was very quick answering our many questions. It was private, peaceful and just what we needed- a true get away!! Perfect 😎

Great location - a walkable block from the beach. We had a great time and the house was large with ample space for our families. We had 5 kids with us (3-7) and it was super comfortable. The house was fantastic! The only downside was they were paving roads that week all throughout. The town was hard to get out of as a result. Upside is for anyone staying, you’ll have great newly paved roads!

We loved everything about Kristen's place. It was absolutely pristine and gorgeous inside. It was decorated beautifully and tastefully. We loved the deck, the dock and the surrounding area. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen and cooked all of our meals in the kitchen. I read a book and we played cards and games. We loved the hot tub and found it relaxing especially with the lights. The area was beautiful, but it also felt very secluded. My daughter kayaked the canal, and we went for family walks along the beach at sunrise and sunset every night and saw dolphins. We saw evidence of horses, but did not see them in the yard, during the time of year that we went. However, we did see them just east of the Carova Beach Fire Department. I am a bird and nature lover, so I spend a lot of time on the dock and on the deck listening for all of the diverse and beautiful bird sounds, watching the oprey nest and enjoying the blue heron that frequented the canal. We can't wait to come back.

Ryann’s place is amazing. Pictures don’t do it justice. It has a great layout and the furnishings and kitchen area is fantastic. She provides tons of info if it’s your first time to the area to make sure your prepared. The area is peaceful and a touch of magical with the horses and secluded area. It’s new and super clean. I highly recommend to all!

Corova Beaches 5BR w/Heated Pool & Hot Tub!

This beach house was something out of a movie. We felt like we were in a feature in a travel magazine! So much light from all the windows, the peaceful views of the trees, the sky, and the ocean- so relaxing and inviting. We did not want to leave! The house was spotless—fresh, clean, welcoming. You can tell the owners truly care about the home & guest experience. The heated pool and jacuzzi were a great bonus & the basement was perfect for kids, with two TVs, an arcade game, pool table & cozy seating. Beach setup was so easy—just load the car and drive right to your spot, no long walks across dunes. And seeing wild horses outside the window and along the beach path? Pure magic. The hosts were fantastic—quick to respond, kind, and helpful. We also loved the thoughtful guest tips. We're already planning to return and recommending it to friends and family!

The walk to the beach was so quick and easy. We traveled with two kids 5 and 8 and the walk back and forth had zero complaints :). Kids loved the hot tub and the super cool shower on the first floor. The decor of the home was beautiful. The beach had a magical low tide for kids to play in and the locals were supper friendly. The house is right up on the highway so at night it’s pretty noisy. We just cranked up our white noise machines and on the second night no one noticed. Thank you for opening up your home and letting us create some more great memories.

“Parked In The Sand” Ocean Views! Corolla NC 4x4

We enjoyed our stay so much, I don't think any of us wanted to leave. We got to watch the horses graze right in the yard several times during our stay. You can see the ocean from the top deck which we spent a lot of time there just relaxing. We all had fun with the game table it was something none of us had gotten to use before and it had pots of games. So many other board games available also. We enjoyed challenging each other to Jenga with the big blocks. Driving on the beach was absolutely amazing and so surreal. We rented beach e-bikes also while we were there and it was lots of fun as long as you stay on the wet packed sand. It was nice to have multiple bathrooms for everyone to share. There is plenty of kitchen accessories to use. We used it daily and never was missing anything we needed. Melina was quick to respond with any questions. We would definitely stay again!! Until next time Corolla!! 🐎

The house was perfect. Such a beautiful area with wild horses coming right into our yard! Not even a minute drive to the beach. We had such a wonderful time.

The living room features comfortable reclining furniture arranged around a central white coffee table. Large windows provide ample natural light, offering views of the outdoors. A soft area rug with a nautical design complements the decor, and a ceiling fan hangs above for added comfort.

Absolutely loved the home and the whole experience! Our only issue was in our arrival and not being aware that high tide would impact when you should attempt getting to the house. More information regarding the tide schedule and if the roads within the houses are accessible would be very helpful. Recommendation to stop at the grocery store before you each the beach access road and what types of things are not supplied at the house would be good, too. Overall we were so very pleased with our stay and Misty was great when we needed her. I would absolutely recommend this house to my friends and family and would love to visit again!
