The Smack Attack is a very nice Airbnb and Sean is a great host! Everything is exactly the way it’s advertised, it’s very close to the beach, yet off the main drag so you don’t have to worry about a lot of traffic. The house is fully stocked and was well equipped for what we were looking for. Sean was very responsive, helped out with a slight issue getting in and overall was an outstanding host. Would highly recommend this airbnb.

We really enjoyed staying at the golden hour! The hosts were very responsive and helpful! They had sound machines in every bedroom which if you have kids is a big deal. The toys and kids activities there were a big hit! The pools are pristine and the whole outdoor area is very nice! Very short walk to beach which was also convenient! They literally thought of everything, if you forgot something chances are they had it! Definitely recommend staying here if you have children and want a nice low key place to stay!

Great place located walkable to the Boardwalk and the entire Beach. We loved have the grocery store a block away and walking everyday on the Boardwalk.

This is our second stay at Bradley’s. It feels like our home away from home. Bradley is a great host and his place is lovely, comfortable, and a great location. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing experience at this charming cottage in Norfolk, VA! The location is perfect, with the beach just a few blocks away, allowing us to enjoy the sandy beach during our stay easily. She is, without a doubt, the kindest and most welcoming host we've ever had the pleasure of staying with. Her warmth and genuine care for her guests are evident in every interaction. Nancy's passion for the area shines through, and she's happy to share her knowledge of local attractions and historic sites. The cottage is well-maintained, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this little oasis to anyone looking for a delightful getaway in Norfolk, whether you're seeking a beach vacation, historic exploration, or simply a peaceful retreat.

We enjoyed our stay at The Great Escape! Most of our time was spent in the private pool and fishing from the yard into the canal. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. We loved how quiet and safe the neighborhood was. The house had all the amenities we needed- it felt like a home away from home. Kim was a great host supplying us with lots of recommendations and was quick to resolve any problems. We hope to visit again in the future!

We stayed at Coral Reef over the Veterans Day weekend. The house was super clean and organized, there was plenty of room, the bathrooms were updated, and the kitchen was spacious and modern. I was thrilled that I didn’t need to run out to buy any essentials. The backyard was big, and the neighborhood was quiet at night. There was plenty to do between the state parks to hike, playgrounds for the kids, and, of course, the ocean. I had several questions before and during our stay, which Pip answered promptly. I would highly recommend Coral Reef to everyone. Thank you to Pip & Sheryl!!

Martin’s home is absolutely beautiful! His place is very clean with a large, fully equipped kitchen. We saw horses everyday! This was our first time visiting the area. He was very quick answering our many questions. It was private, peaceful and just what we needed- a true get away!! Perfect 😎

The walk to the beach was so quick and easy. We traveled with two kids 5 and 8 and the walk back and forth had zero complaints :). Kids loved the hot tub and the super cool shower on the first floor. The decor of the home was beautiful. The beach had a magical low tide for kids to play in and the locals were supper friendly. The house is right up on the highway so at night it’s pretty noisy. We just cranked up our white noise machines and on the second night no one noticed. Thank you for opening up your home and letting us create some more great memories.

Matt's home is beautiful, comfortable and very clean. There was a lot of attention paid to our needs such as laundry detergent, garbage bags, etc. The house was well supplied with the necessities to cook, plenty of towels for both bath and beach, and working appliances....we felt very much at home. We were visiting our daughter who goes to a college nearby, and she took advantage of staying with us and commented on how comfortable the bed was. We look forward to staying at Matt's home again.

Our family enjoyed our weekend at Big Blue. It was special because it was my wife's birthday and there was plenty of family with us. We really liked how the 2nd and 3rd floor are duplicates of each other. It's like 2 different apartments , but we had access to both. The kids on the 2nd floor and the adults on the 3rd. Very clean open spaces. The host were responsive and proactive. We hope to make the Willoughby Spit area a regular vacation spot, very lovely.

We enjoyed our stay. The home is well stocked and comfortable. However I feel very expensive for the neighborhood, which did not feel entirely safe at night. Christopher is a great host. In his defense it is a very large home and he allows pups which is worth a lot. There weee only three of us so we barely used 1/2 the house.

Had an amazing stay. The home is extremely comfy, clean, beautiful, and spacious. The hosts were absolutely amazing, very attentive and communicative, fast responses and very caring. Absolutely loved my time here. Couldn’t recommend more! Thank you again.

Tammy's place was perfect for our family visit to VB. The toys, the yard, the kitchen, and the overall cozy vibes were great. Easily walkable to the beach or nearby shops. Highly recommend.

Our family of five felt right at home. Property as described in quiet neighborhood with a clear and detailed welcome letter. Bob is a super-host for a reason; proactive and responsive. House is tucked away at the end of a shared driveway. When arriving, look to match the house address with the mailbox number at the driveway entrance to verify which driveway.

We had a wonderful stay here - perfectly appointed & had all the essentials for a quick getaway. Plenty of walkable coffee shops, and can’t beat the beach access. Jillian was super responsive & provided a great place for our weekend trip. Would definitely stay again!

Highly Recommend! My first time in Norfolk and I almost don’t want others to know about this place because it will be booked whenever I want to return. Peacefully neighbor and safe for women solo-traveler. The backyard is a dream and everything works great inside the home.

What a beautiful and serene space for a women’s retreat! It is very obvious that the home is very well loved as well as very special. We all discussed coming back again because we enjoyed the space, the comfort and the scenery very much. We thoroughly enjoyed the great blue heron right outside the window each day as well as breathtaking sunsets. It was hard to get back to the grind after such a beautiful sanctuary weekend away.

Welcome home! Our gals weekend away felt like home. Donald and Deb were terrific hosts. They go the extra mile to have all the extras. I’ve never visited such a well stocked Airbnb. They take pride in the presentation of their home. It was clean and had ample parking. Easy access to the beach and great restaurants close by. And guess what?!? They have the most beautiful roof top area. Amazing for all the star gazers too! Donald responded quickly when we had a question. We will be back VA Beach! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Five stars!
