Vacation rentals with breakfast in Virginia Beach

Bridgette was very helpful and quick to respond when we needed a last minute booking! The spot was very quiet and peaceful and a plenty places to take our pup for a walk.

Very comfortable and cozy. This was my second visit and I really did enjoy my space. I appreciate you guys for always being responsive & kind. P.S. I love the back porch set up, it’s felt refreshing to have a nice background while live, it’s appreciated 😀 Highly recommend as always! Oh and Belle lol, is amazing! Marnie and Steve’s AirBnB accommodation is clean, private, and secure. They made me feel at home. WiFi was strong, and I was able to work online as naturally as if I’d been in my own home office. They were helpful and friendly, but also respectful of my privacy. The dorm-sized refrigerator and microwave helped me save money on food, the twin bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom with shower was extremely clean and functional. I highly recommend this accommodation, and would stay there again.

Absolutely the best location in Portsmouth! Charming home with interesting history. A very short walk to great Portsmouth attractions, the waterfront, ferries to Norfolk, etc. Highly recommend Cathy’s place for your stay.

My stay at Ethel's was amazing. The entire room was exactly like the pictures. I felt completely at home. The room was spotless, and the bed was super comfortable. I will reserve her space when I come back to VA. I really enjoyed my stay there. She was very responsive and her instructions for the check in are great.

Jerome was very very accommodating and super helpful with me my wife and dog. We were in one of the worst situations we had ever been in and we’re desperate for help and to be cut a break. Jerome and his wife Cristy provided that and beyond. Super communicate, super on top of everything, if there was a problem no matter how small or large they had it rectified posthaste. They even completely cleaned up their rather large backyard just so my dog could have somewhere to run and play. As for the room itself, when we arrived it was very clean and very spacious for it only being a room. He has a very large tv and a roku stick for your access to whatever you would wish to watch. There is lots of storage room for your clothes and whatever else you may need. There is also rather spacious mini fridge. The bed was very comfortable as well. There are also two very large windows that can be opened or closed if you need a breeze. Cristy cleans like a mad-woman so any mess that may be around in the house is cleaned before you even realize it. The bathroom was very clean and they even left us a travel bag of toiletries. They have two very friendly cats that love attention. This is in fact a smoke friendly house, which is an incredibly rare find. Thank you so much Jerome and cristy for all of your hospitality and help during this impossible time that I found myself in.

This was our second time staying here (different room) for my husband’s birthday weekend. Renovated in recent years, the white with black accent scheme makes everything feel very clean. Feels cozier than a standard hotel room, and the shower in the room we chose this time was huge. The Waverly tool also had a nice soaker tub. Fresh pastries from a local bakery were a perfect start to the day. Location is perfect, and it’s central to just about anything you’d want to do in VB. Great stay for individuals or couples visiting the area or just need a getaway.

This is probably one of the best Airbnb‘s my husband and I have stayed at! Very cozy feel and the hosts are very very helpful and thoughtful in communicating details. The hot tub is really great, especially when it’s a colder month! This place is super close to the boardwalk (5 min walk).

First let me start off with how beautiful the place was! It was well maintained and VERY VERY clean! I loved that! The security is well too with coded doors which made me feel safe and well taken care of! Upon arrival we were greeted by Frank and he was so sweet! He gave us breakfast boxes for the next morning which were great! The place is close to the beach as well. Only took us 5-7 minutes walking to get to the beach. I definitely would recommend this place as it made me feel at home and I’m sure it will make you too!

We stayed here for one night while in town for a tattoo benefit. It was a perfect home base for us and was great to be able to walk to dinner and to the boardwalk (my daughter loved running in the sand even though it was so windy!). Dimitri was always very responsive. The beds were really comfortable too!

Peter's place is an oceanfront unit, on the boardwalk. The building was somewhat older, and the pool was somewhat small, but the staff were friendly and accommodating. The Ocean view was spectacular, and the convenience to the beach, restaurants and attractions was excellent. I had looked up reviews on the building online, and became a bit skeptical as to how our stay might turn out. As it turns out, we had a great time on the beach, and relaxing on the balcony. The unit has a flat-screen with cable in the bedroom and livingroom. We would gladly stay again.

This place was GREAT, very clean I enjoyed my stay here and will come back again.

Reserved an apartment at Kris’s bed and breakfast for family coming into town. Due to a glitch in the system she realized that the apartment was double booked and immediately offered two rooms for the same price. Her response was amazing and my family bragged about the place the entire time they visited taking pictures of everything. 10/10 would recommend and have my family stay there again!!!

mark was a wonderful host. He was very attentive to my needs as a guest and was also very sociable. His place has so much charm and personality - I could really fee the joy that eminated from it. Room was great and the bed comfortable, and I must say the backyard was kinda magical. 100% i'd stay again

We've had a great time. The place has a wonderful location and we've had a great time in our (brief) stay. We hope to get there for a longer visit someday soon.

This is an excellent location close to William & Mary College as well as the cute shops in Williamsburg. On-Street parking was easily available and Laura provides a parking tag. The room was on the smaller side but very cozy, and Laura went out of her way to accommodate us, as we originally had booked just one night but decided to stay for two. She moved us to an available room for our two-night stay. And the gourmet breakfast both mornings was outstanding. We will definitely return when we go back to visit Williamsburg.

We had a wonderful stay at the Aldrich House! Communication was excellent and the room was very clean and spacious. Great location for exploring the area. Would definitely stay here again.

You guys were the BEST! we can’t stop talking about our trip to Williamsburg and your beautiful bed and breakfast! The room was beyond beautiful and The theme was fantastic and our breakfast name plates were just that finishing touch! Debbie and her husband take a great deal of pride in their home and Bed & Breakfast. They go above and beyond to make sure their guests feel right at home, they have a fantastic system and are very organized! The breakfast is ALONE WORTH BOOKING THEM FOR! Never have I or my husband had such an outstanding and beautifully set up breakfast at a B & B before. My husband still keeps saying he misses Debbie’s breakfasts! They are both extremely knowledgeable and they show you the best places to eat and explore while you’re in town! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This was our second stay at the Pinner House, and we were definitely not disappointed! The place is always spotless, but Kris took extra steps to make sure the home was sanitized and we were the only guests, due to covid-19. We really appreciated the accommodations made on that part. It’s such a beautiful getaway in Suffolk, that you truly feel you’re on vacation! From the fire Kris made in their outdoor fireplace in the evening, to the lovely breakfast prepared for us in the morning, you will not be disappointed with your stay at the Pinner House!
