Vacation rentals with breakfast in Virginia Beach

I staid there for almost 2 weeks and I enjoyed every moment. She is always in contact to see if you need something. Very pleasant young lady! I would highly recommend her place. Very clean and conveniently located close to where I had to work.

Renee was a very kind, helpful, and accommodating host, for our family of six. The location is super convenient to Busch Gardens. This was my first time staying at a property which was not one where you get the "entire home". Absolutely the best location in Portsmouth! Charming home with interesting history. A very short walk to great Portsmouth attractions, the waterfront, ferries to Norfolk, etc. Highly recommend Cathy’s place for your stay.

My stay at Ethel's was amazing. The entire room was exactly like the pictures. I felt completely at home. The room was spotless, and the bed was super comfortable. I will reserve her space when I come back to VA. I really enjoyed my stay there. She was very responsive and her instructions for the check in are great.

This was our second time staying here (different room) for my husband’s birthday weekend. Renovated in recent years, the white with black accent scheme makes everything feel very clean. Feels cozier than a standard hotel room, and the shower in the room we chose this time was huge. The Waverly tool also had a nice soaker tub. Fresh pastries from a local bakery were a perfect start to the day. Location is perfect, and it’s central to just about anything you’d want to do in VB. Great stay for individuals or couples visiting the area or just need a getaway.

Dimitri was absolutely amazing ,he was very accommodative and so easy to contact when needed . In addition to that he was friendly and so down to earth plus the Airbnb was beautiful !!! I look forward to booking here again for my vacation in the summer!!

Loved our 48 hour stay here! Easy walk to the beach about 3 blocks off the main strip so it was nice and quiet. We brought our two small kids with us and felt this was a great spot with them. We loved the spa area. Our room was spotless and appreciated the snacks and beverages at check-in. The added amenities of an ice machine, outdoor shower, washer/dryer with water/coffee in the common room really were appreciated. The morning breakfast was delicious and we loved the outdoor space to sit and eat breakfast. We ordered food from three different local restaurants within a 5 minute walk and loved all three, two of which were recommended by Dimitri. Great spot!

Peter's place is an oceanfront unit, on the boardwalk. The building was somewhat older, and the pool was somewhat small, but the staff were friendly and accommodating. The Ocean view was spectacular, and the convenience to the beach, restaurants and attractions was excellent. I had looked up reviews on the building online, and became a bit skeptical as to how our stay might turn out. As it turns out, we had a great time on the beach, and relaxing on the balcony. The unit has a flat-screen with cable in the bedroom and livingroom. We would gladly stay again.

The place was super clean, comfy, and the hosts were super nice. I would definitely return if I ever visit VA Beach.

Reserved an apartment at Kris’s bed and breakfast for family coming into town. Due to a glitch in the system she realized that the apartment was double booked and immediately offered two rooms for the same price. Her response was amazing and my family bragged about the place the entire time they visited taking pictures of everything. 10/10 would recommend and have my family stay there again!!!

This was our second stay at the Pinner House, and we were definitely not disappointed! The place is always spotless, but Kris took extra steps to make sure the home was sanitized and we were the only guests, due to covid-19. We really appreciated the accommodations made on that part. It’s such a beautiful getaway in Suffolk, that you truly feel you’re on vacation! From the fire Kris made in their outdoor fireplace in the evening, to the lovely breakfast prepared for us in the morning, you will not be disappointed with your stay at the Pinner House!

mark was a wonderful host. He was very attentive to my needs as a guest and was also very sociable. His place has so much charm and personality - I could really fee the joy that eminated from it. Room was great and the bed comfortable, and I must say the backyard was kinda magical. 100% i'd stay again

Marnie and Steve’s AirBnB accommodation is clean, private, and secure. They made me feel at home. WiFi was strong, and I was able to work online as naturally as if I’d been in my own home office. They were helpful and friendly, but also respectful of my privacy. The dorm-sized refrigerator and microwave helped me save money on food, the twin bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom with shower was extremely clean and functional. I highly recommend this accommodation, and would stay there again.

Stunning home with comfy beds! The breakfast was so incredible with the BEST homemade scones! Kris was a responsive host and the fountain outside was a lovely sound to hear sitting on one of the balconies! Great price for this place!

We stayed with Kris in August of 2022 and everything was exactly as pictured. We stayed in room 4 and the private screened in balcony was perfect. You can hear the bubbling of the fountains and water features and it’s so calming. The beds felt like sleeping on clouds. And the continental breakfast box was amazing. Homemade, warm scones, Greek yogurt with berries, hard boiled egg and OJ… it was so filling and delicious. We loved our stay and will 100% be back. Relaxing, romantic, and everything we wanted.

First let me start off with how beautiful the place was! It was well maintained and VERY VERY clean! I loved that! The security is well too with coded doors which made me feel safe and well taken care of! Upon arrival we were greeted by Frank and he was so sweet! He gave us breakfast boxes for the next morning which were great! The place is close to the beach as well. Only took us 5-7 minutes walking to get to the beach. I definitely would recommend this place as it made me feel at home and I’m sure it will make you too!

This was our second time staying at Cathy's beautiful home. We were thrilled that her place was available for our 6-day stay! Cathy is a terrific host and you have all the comforts of home! Cathy goes above and beyond to provide little extras. For example, she started us out with lots of breakfast items and snacks which lasted the majority of our stay. The kitchenette area has everything that you need to warm up food, as well as a nice eat-in area. We enjoy that we have the whole top floor ... with a large full bathroom, kitchenette and laundry area. We were able to do a load of laundry before we packed to travel home. The bed is comfortable, with extra pillows in the closet. The room is very large and perfect for a long stay. Each evening we walked over to the water. The area is safe and was beautiful .... all decorated for Christmas. We also walked to several places to do some shopping. I highly recommend this location and Cathy's home!
