Great place to stay! Kids enjoyed the heated pool and putt putt that was right in the backyard !! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying again if available.

We had a fantastic time! The property was a beautiful spot right on the beach, perfect for our family getaway. The house was clean and comfortable, and Jeff was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the townhouse. It was clean and nicely decorated. It feels like home and not a rental unit. It has great amenities that we all enjoyed, like Alexa speakers in every room and a large smart tv with multiple streaming options. Right outside there is a nice pool and the beach is in walking distance from the community. The exit from the community leads you straight to public beach access. There is a lovely patio in the back with table, chairs and a grill. If the weather wasn’t so chilly we would have spent more time there. Elvira was very responsive and accommodating. I would love to book this place again when the weather is warmer.

Second time staying here with Jessica as our host! Somehow it got even better with a brand new remodel. Quick and easy beach access and a nice pool! Would highly recommended booking and staying with Jessica.

Very much enjoyed our stay!! Really great property and very convenient location. We often spent our days in Rosemary and Seaside and both were very close by! Also so great to have some shops and restaurants just across the street! Public Beach access with great parking was only a 5 minute drive! Mitch was very responsive and informative (be prepared for a lot of messages and questions from the host). Overall we had a great experience. We felt cozy and right at home! I would highly recommend booking your stay here!

Our family evacuated Tampa due to hurricane Milton and was able to book Kristi’s Airbnb pretty last minute. Kristi was an amazing host making sure that we were okay and had everything we needed at the house as we were traveling with two young children and pets. The house was perfect, clean and comfy. The best part however, was just how amazing, proactive and communicative Kristi was throughout our stay. Will 100% be staying with her again next time we are in PCB.

we arrived a few hours earlier than expected and Nick was very kind and flexible with letting us check in early! we also had issues with the keypad unlocking the door during our stay and Nick was so kind to fix it

The house was cozy & was exactly as they advertised it to be in the pictures. It was clean & the back yard was perfect for my dog. I loved how they supply cleaning supplies, extra necessities as well. Good place to stay & I would stay again.

This was our first visit to 30A and this location was perfect! The place was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable with relaxing ocean views! Just steps to private beach access! The host was responsive and accommodating to our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house with all the amenities needed to have an excellent 30A vacation. Close to deer lake state park that has a wonderful scenery and fantastic beach. Neighborhood was clean and high end, close to shops and pizza place nearby is a must. Overall wonderful stay and my family was able to enjoy all the amenities on offer. Highly recommended and will stay again.

Sunny’s placed was exactly what we needed. My husband and I stayed during Valentines Weekend and enjoyed every moment of being there. Absolutely loved the beach being right in the backyard. So peaceful and relaxing! Plus this location is like five minutes or so from Walmart, Pizza Hut, and attractions!!! The townhouse was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The host was very responsive with any questions I had. We look forward to staying there again when the weather is warmer to truly enjoy the beach.

Was exactly what the pictures and descriptions depicted. Our stay was great for me and my 6 children! Everything was clean , the pool was clean and well kept. We will definitely return .

Jacqueline was a great host, she was very responsive and has great suggestions for the local area. The house was perfect, super clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved playing the monopoly game that was provided. Would definitely stay again in the future!

I loved the area… this town home made me feel like I was at home for my 7 day stay!!! Definitely would book again!! Only issue was I wish there was a television in the second bedroom

The place was perfect, two story unit with bedrooms and baths on 2nd floor. Bathroom on first floor, great living area, very well appointed with necessities. very close to the beach. i will definitely stay there again

The house is very roomy and well located. Plenty of supplies to cook with. Beds were comfy and bathrooms well stocked. Host was very responsive. Thank you.

Ken’s place was great for our short family fall break! Everything was clean, plenty of towels, kitchen was well stocked, and beach was about a 5 min walk! A couple of side notes; use the gulf highlands entrance to the beach. We didn’t realize it had a ramp to the beach until our last day. There is a public access right next to the restaurant, and we were using it (but it has stairs). The next two things are for moms! If you’re traveling with toddlers or young children, bring a portable baby gate. The stairs to the upper level are steep, and of course what toddler can resist stairs! Although the decor was nice and beachy, some of it is not kid friendly. (Bowl of golf balls, ceramic decor on floor and table, etc) We had to put up on high places, several Knick knacks and ceramic things to avoid the little ones causing chaos! Other than that, great stay and would highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay at this home! It was comfortable, located in a fantastic area, and made for an overall enjoyable experience. The beach was within walking distance, and the neighborhood was peaceful, which added to the charm. I also loved that the home was dog friendly! My fur baby was very comfortable. And lastly, the host was very responsive and even suggested some great local activities. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would absolutely book again in the future!

Wonderful, relaxing place to stay! I have been to places that didn't have any amenities. ( sheets, towels, toiletries etc.) This place has everything...beach towels, everything for the beach, pack and play, several hairdryers and curling irons. All the basic amenities and above and beyond that. The walking trails in neighborhood are so fun! Would love to go back again!

This place was wonderful! walkable to the beach and some restaurants! The gated community was very nice, welcoming and loved our german shepherd! I loved that this place was dog friendly and had poop bags and waste baskets in various places! There is a great dog beach a couple miles down the road that was super nice and clean with very responsible dog owners! I also recommend sunset at Runaway Island! beds were very comfortable, we both slept like baby's! Yung was very nice and understanding about some small hiccups we had during our week. The furnished fenced in deck was amazing for macy to watch for birds and squirrels! a few things that it lacked (but we were ok with) was there wasn't an ice machine or trays in the freezer, also we couldn't find cookie sheet trays but it wasn't a big deal! it had everything else we needed! I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!
