The unit doesn’t have washer/dryer, laundry room is 100 yards away. The property has 2 tennis courts, 3 pools and grilling area. Very close to shops, restaurants and other attractions.

Newly renovated condo with spectacular pool area close to the beach. *NO EARLY CHECK INS POSSIBLE DURING HIGH SEASON (March-October) during off season it depends on booking situation (back2back bookings) *RESORT FEE: separate charge not included in the initial charge. There is a resort fee due a few days prior to check in which we will request separately ($25/night). We have to charge separately as we are using a PMS that doesn't allow to add this charge. Only 2 min driving to the beautiful Henderson Beach State Park and the June White Decker Park. The condo is completely renovated, with new furniture, appliances, floor and decoration. We left you all you need for your visit (beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach toys).
