Excellent apartment, location, the complex has everything, restaurant, pool, beach 3 minutes walk, you can go for a walk and breathe fresh air, everything well organized and clean, it's a 10/10, I would come back 100% recommend it, the host is excellent and always attentive to any questions.

This was my first Airbnb and Dan set my expectations high! Place was a great price, great location, very convenient, and very very clean. Instructions were very clear and I felt at home the entire time.

Cindy’s place was comfortable and very clean. Close to the beach, just a short walk. She touched base to make sure check-in went well and offered to help if there was anything we needed. Definitely recommend!

Dmitriy was a great host! It was very easy to communicate with her and I was able to add another day with no complications. The unit is just as beautiful as the pictures! It was peaceful, cozy, and I would love to visit again!

Dave’s place was perfect for our family of 5! We loved being able to make breakfast and head down to the beach. You cannot beat the location and convenience. We took advantage of the gym which is decent for a beach destination and pickleball courts. Dave was super responsive and flexible. We will definitely return. Destin is perfect family vacation spot! For those traveling by air - we flew into MOB and drove the 2 hours to Destin…easy peasy.

Cute little place stocked with plenty for a long stay!

I loved the private access to the beach and i was very pleased that there were chairs and other activities that were provided in the condo for us to take to the beach. Two adults and two teenagers slept comfortably, and the washer and dryer came in handy. I would stay again for sure!

We had a great time. Went during spring break and had some questions about PCB during that time. They answered all my questions and gave wonderful suggestions that made for a wonderful family vacation. The balcony view was breathtaking. Would stay there again. Randy S.

This is a nice place, just a short 5~10 minute walk to a public beach access point. To reach the beach, you’ll need to cross a main road, but there are designated pedestrian crosswalks right in front of each access point, and drivers stop for pedestrians. The property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, and the downstairs includes a small kitchen, living room, and a half bathroom. A small balcony offers a view of nearby buildings. While this place is currently undergoing renovations, it is fully functional, well-equipped, and perfectly clean. The hosts were very responsive, and overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Me and my children absolutely loved our stay!!! Any questions I had Maria was very attentive and replied immediately. The condo was clean and staff onsite were super friendly.

We had a wonderful week in this condo! It was only steps from the beach with easy access for our family! The heated pool and hot tub was amazing and very clean! Condo was well kept and we enjoyed staying here! We cannot say enough good things about our week!

Parking is tight….. but other than that a great place for a group!

Mimi's condo was perfect for our family of four with two teen boys. The condo was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the view was gorgeous, everything was perfect. Mimi responded immediately when I had any questions and provided amenities like beach chairs, beach umbrella, etc. My family loved the condo 🤍

Aaron’s place was just as described by others just an amazing peaceful gateway. From the beautiful view of the white sand beaches to the dolphins swimming in the turquoise water. The place had everything you could ask for, it felt just like home. Me and the family had a great time, would definitely recommend staying here for anyone coming to visit Destin.

Place was great, there is construction going on but it didn’t really bother us! We enjoyed every minute!

We loved staying here! It was our first time in Destin & it was close to all the things we wanted to do! The condo was clean, comfortable, and we enjoyed the pool and tiki bar! The view is beautiful & I recommend doing crab island & all the nearby attractions!

Great condo! It was perfect for us for the week. We enjoyed bringing in the New Year on the balcony which has amazing views of the gulf. Right on the beach. Very easy access. Can’t wait to come back!

The pictures don't do it justice. We've stayed in many, many condos (some in the same resort) and absolutely loved the space. The floor plan is free of clutter and is very open and spacious. Yelena, the host, was incredibly accommodating and absolutely wonderful. We seldom stay at the same place twice but her spot we'll definitely be revisiting soon! Typically we shy away from not being on the beach but the beach is extremely accessible and the multiple pools gave us all the options we could have asked for. 5 out of 5 stars for sure!

only problem was the elevators kept breaking down which has nothing to do with Chase. very long waits. the view was awesome.

Had a great stay! Easy self check-in, it was very roomy and walk right outside and your steps to the beach. Kim always responded quickly and was extremely nice! I will definitely be back. Thank you!!!
