Vacation rentals with a pool in Upper Grand Lagoon

Where to start! this is a fantastic beach house located essentially steps from the beach. Although it's walkable to stores, resorts and restaurants the street is quite remote and quiet with very little traffic. The layout of the house is smart, main master downstairs with all other rooms upstairs which was perfect for our setup. Modern decor with every amenity you could imagine. Rhe hot tub was the hit for our group as it was a little breezy. Rhe pool isn't heated at this property but we enjoyed the ocean as it wasn't too cold. The property is within 10 minutes of so many attractions, we crammed so much into our 5 days. Everyone enjoyed our stay immensely and the hosts were very responsive to all communication. We plan to be back next summer.

We are very happy with our stay and with our host Kelley. The house is absolutely beautiful. Our party included 10 adults, 1 child, and 1 infant and very comfortably was accommodating to all our needs. We highly recommend this place for all families or groups interested in getting away to a beautiful and relaxing vacation spot.

We had the best time staying at the Reel Deal!! It was perfect in that it came with a golf cart to make the short trip back and forth to the beach, although we also walked to and from some of the time and it is a pretty short walk from the location to the beach, certainly doable. The pool set-up was amazing in that it is on the main floor. It was easy to keep an eye on our kiddos swimming as well as hang out with everyone else both inside in the kitchen and living area and those hanging out by/in the pool! The pool itself is wonderful for kids of all ages and has a really nice shaded area for when you need a break from the sun. It also has a lot of shallow area. Location is great! There are lots of great restaurants, icecream shops, and grocery stores nearby and it's a short car ride to explore other towns of 30A like Seaside, Alys Beach and Rosemary. I would definitely go back in the future!

It was a very nice place. Had plenty of room for our party of 8. We did not get to use the pool due to very cold weather, but would rent again.

Nice and clean property! We really enjoyed walking to the private beach and swimming pool. Enough bedrooms for our family member of 10 ppl (kids loved the bunk beds). Thank you so much:)

Esther was a great host! We had 15 people who stayed in her place and we had plenty of room! We had an issue with the air conditioner in one of the bedrooms the day we arrived and she had someone there to fix it right away! She was very helpful with my questions and I appreciated her reaching out after the first night to ensure our stay was going exactly how we expected! I’d recommend anyone to stay here!

Korin's home was perfect for our Fall Break! It was beautifully furnished, had every amenity you could imagine, and was very clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, even with young kids and grandparents! Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location, easy to walk to shops, great neighborhood. The condo was tidy and comfortable. Perfect for two people and our corgis.

Such a beautiful place to stay at !10/10 would recommend staying the pools are very close . Plus just a 6 minute walk to the beach ! Definitely would come back again ! Robin was a great and very responsive host !

Very clean and relaxing

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo was easy to find, easy to get into upon check-in and in a super convenient location. The hotel itself was well kept. We were even able to checkin early which was so great! Would definitely stay again!

Jon’s place was amazing the view is spectacular and the housing was top notch. Everything that Jon had control of was exactly as I’d hoped. We had a wonderful private beach within walking distance and the pool and hot tub were so big they were easy to share even with other people’s children in the area.

We came down for our family vacation, it was everything we needed. When we arrived a few light bulbs were out and I mentioned it to her , she had someone out to replace them within an hour. Very impressed with her communication with us. Condo was perfect and clean and right on the beach. We will definitely stay again if we come back to PCB!! Woo-pig-sooiieee

We needed to evacuate from Hurricane Milton and found the unit on Airbnb. The host was understanding, accommodating, and responded very quickly. The unit was bigger than we expected! Great views and very clean. The building is also located just across the road from the very popular Sharky's restaurant, as well as just down the street from the Pier. We enjoyed our stay and were thankful for such a wonderful spot to relax for a few days.

Paradise Found!! We recently had the pleasure of staying at this place in Panama City Beach, and it was absolutely fantastic! The condo itself was perfect for out family trip. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed, including a [well-equipped kitchen/comfortable living area/balcony with a stunning view]. The [beachfront/ocean view] balcony was a highlight – we spent mornings sipping coffee watching the sunrise and evenings enjoying glasses of wine with the sound of the waves crashing in the background. The location was unbeatable. The condo was just steps from the beach, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. 5 stars
