Beachfront vacation rentals in Upper Grand Lagoon

We had to spend a couple extra days in Panama City after our puppy had to spend a few unexpected days at the emergency vet (who are AMAZING btw). This was incredibly stressful and anxious time, but Surfing Dog was the perfect cozy place for us and our other dog to recoup, reset, and ultimately relax after we got her back. the place was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed in this very tense time. Irina was very responsive, and proactive making sure we had everything we needed at check in / out and throughout our stay. DEFINITLY would stay here again :)

Our stay was wonderful! You can’t beat the view of the ocean when waking up every morning, or sitting out back and listening to the waves at sunset. The listing was comfortable with many amenities. They even seem to have thought of the little things (like when the toddlers wanted to run up and down the stairs, there happened to be a safety gate). All the streaming services were also great after a long day. And it’s so close to everything! Highly recommend! Jeff and Jill communicated well and were super friendly, even giving us some local recommendations.

This place was fantastic! We would absolutely stay here again! The view was beautiful & the condo itself was great.

Cami’s place was a perfect getaway for my husband and I. So convenient to restaurants, Dollar General and anything else we wanted was just a short drive away. Such a peaceful place with a great pool and hot tub. The walk to the beach is easy and very nice with beautiful landscaping that I enjoyed admiring. We would love to be able to visit again next year and enjoy Cami’s beautiful home away from home again.

We wanted a place to stay with our 2 dogs while being able to visit with our family for Thanksgiving. It was so quiet and approximately 40 feet to the beach access. Clean, plenty of towels and bedding. Ample cooking accessories and utensils. If you want coffee, there is a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. Just bring what you like with you. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay. It's about a block from the beach. There is a small shed full of beach supplies- chairs, toys, etc. and plenty of towels. Host was responsive to the questions I had before our trip. The rooms in the back of the house get a little warm so adjust the ac accordingly when you get there. Overall a nice time.

This AirBNB was the best! Very clean, on the beach, awesome sunset view, very comfortable setting! We felt right at home! We had everything we needed! This would definitely be my initial go to spot during my next visit to PCB! Hopefully it will be available!!! Thanks again for everything Team!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and inviting with beautiful views of the bay. There were lots of personal and thoughtful touches throughout. We especially enjoyed the library of books, the history of the home and town, and the private beach area. Lots of wildlife in the bay and in the backyard. We even saw a dolphin playing in the water one evening. This was the perfect getaway for our family to relax and recharge.

Val is amazing. She reached out in advance of our arrival to ensure we were able to communicate. Email directions were spot on!! Location of this condo is perfect!! We will be back. Val is an amazing host!! We were anticipating Hurricane Helene and she connected with us to ensure we were safe, and that we had all that we needed!!

Kurt was an absolute lifesaver! After a terrible experience with another condo, we booked Kurt's place last minute and he was incredibly accommodating. We were a family of five and the three-bedroom condo was perfect for us. The views were stunning and the condo was spotless. We highly recommend staying here! Kurt is a fantastic host! Thank you, Kurt, for making our vacation enjoyable!

This place was PERFECT for our girls trip getaway, very quick walk to the beach, lots of things to do and restaurants in the area. Our group loved The Pour for our morning coffee. Excellent host and Ravikumar was helpful and quickly responded with any questions! Will definitely stay again!

Johns place was just as described! He was very personal with his responses to multiple detailed questions I threw his way! He responded so quickly (less than 15 mins) to my communication which made decision to book his home a no brainer! Beach access was just as described and amazing to have a private pool in Florida to yourselves! He provided all the beach gear and pool accessories to make pool and beach visit a breeze! Thank you again John for your hospitality!

Brian was totally awesome. The house was fantastic. We enjoyed the heated pool and all the room that was inside smart TVs everywhere kitchen stocked with everything we needed to get started. You could hear the waves crashing on the shore at night. We love the 10 PM curfew is everything was nice and quiet and peaceful.

Tj was a great host and the home is wonderful. Clean, great location, walkable to Rosemary, Alys and the beach. The pool (with heat) is especially amazing for kids, and adults. We had lots of fun enjoying the pool after beach time and late night swims. The crows nest area on the third floor was a great place for the kids to hangout. Tj was fast to respond to my questions, before and during our stay!

My friends and I had a great stay at Jason’s place! We had so much fun around 30A and it was the perfect size little house for four people.

We had a wonderful time in Zeke and Abby's beautiful home!So much room!The heated pool was a plus.Its so close to the beach.The balcony gives you a comfy place to sit and enjoy your coffee in the morning with a beautiful view of the ocean .Would definitely come back.Beds where very comfortable which is very important to us.Loved our 11 days stay.

Such a beautiful home near the beach. Very spacious and clean. It’s very easy to check-in and checkout. Everything was very clean when we got there enjoyed staying here a lot.

It was nice. We noticed the beach chairs were rusty and broken. We didn’t use them but wanted you to know. One sink faucet in master bath needed to be tightened. Windows needed cleaning. Some teflon cookware was chipped and peeling off.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location and would return. While it is located between some high-rise complexes the beach was not overly crowded and was easily walkable from our deck to the beach. There is a Walmart about 20 minutes away but there was also a local grocery store right up the road that had anything we needed to supplement the trip we made at the start of the week. Well stocked plates/cups/silverware in kitchen - standard fridge and wine/drink chiller fridge as well was a nice addition. Stephen was very friendly and easy to deal with, and didn't really have to interact with him much that week because we had everything we needed when we arrived and no major issues during our stay!

Everything about our stay was perfect! The views from the balcony, and the beach just a few steps away was amazing. Parking was nice and convenient. The house had everything we needed and everything was in perfectly working condition. We will absolutely be back!

1000 outta 10 would recommend!!! Megan and Jeff were exceptional hosts! Megan was super responsive and helpful from answering questions before and during my stay. The house is gorgeous with an absolutely amazing pool (which can be heated) fenced yard and has plenty of privacy! the pool has ambient lighting for those evening swims. The house is spacious and would suit a family or large group, but don't get it twisted this is the perfect location for a solo trip as well. The decor gives fun beach vibes, the beds and linens are super comfortable. the custom bunk bed are perfect for a girls trip. full kitchen, washer and dryer, huge TVs throughout. The hosts left no stone unturned they provide pretty much everything you need for a day at the beach (it's literally across the street). The house has plenty of parking and the back is the perfect place to dine day or night. it's conveniently located and only a few minutes from pier park with plenty of shopping, entertainment and food
