Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Upper Grand Lagoon

wonderful place to stay for a small family or a few friends! Very clean and tidy. Stayed here for a week and everything was great!

If you found this listing I highly suggest booking! Nick & Allie were one of our favorite host on Airbnb thus far. It’s a short walk to one of the best beaches with a great park on the way, there was plenty to do. Nick’s pizza up the block is as close to real Brooklyn pizza we’ve found in Florida. I couldn’t recommend this listing enough! We can’t wait to book again.

Kara's place looked Wonderful! Our plans didn't work out as planned so we weren't able to stay @ last minute. Airbnb keeps insisting we do a review.

Kathryn's place was just as it was described. We loved that it was a private piece of country living right inside the city!! Everything we wanted to do was easy to get to from both sides of the property. Being on the smaller side, it was perfect for myself and my teenage daughter. We had all the privacy we needed/wanted. Kathryn was quick to respond when we had any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again in the future!!

We had a great time staying here for our fall break. Everything we needed was in the condo and plenty of room to spread out. The condo was clean!

Great spot with a very kind host. You get exactly what you see in the listing by and it is nice to have comfort in that. The beach is very close and the neighborhood is safe. Make sure you bring your own beach towels but Michael takes care of you so well! He was a great host and we had such a fun trip!! ❤️

The townhouse was great! The place was clean. I love the soap and shampoo samples left for guests. The towels for the beach by the door were helpful too. It was a relaxing home close to the beach. I loved being able to get up and walk less than 5 mins to the beach. The kitchen has your basics and I love having a choice between a coffee pot or pods.

Our group of 6 adults and 3 kids had a great time at Natalie’s place over the weekend. The place was exactly how it was described. There were thoughtful touches throughout the house and we absolutely loved staying here. The access to the beach for walking was only 7 mins away, but we had to walk about 13-15mins to a public beach. The only thing that we wished that this place had were nicer pots and pans ( they were all scratched up) and better pillows/linen. I would recommend this place!

The property was impeccable! We’ve visited the area before but this was possibly the best time we’ve ever had there and the property was the reason. It felt like our own private luxury resort. Our family enjoys a nice private peaceful environment after a day of activities and this was precisely it. Sitting in the backyard it’s easy to forget you’re in Florida and believe you’re in villa on the Mediterranean coast. Thank-you for creating such an incredible place!

Evelyn’s place was a great place to stay at! It’s in a relatively good area with lots to do, the house is not that hard to find, clean, had nice furniture, and all the necessities. Also, the host was great at communicating. I recommend families who are visiting the area to consider staying at Evelyn’s house. Thank you so much!

Nicole’s place felt like home. Everything she described about it was accurate, all the amenities you needed & very clean. The beach was literally a 2 min walkway and Nicole was very kind and responsive. I would definitely recommend!

The condo was just what we expected and a great location. I prefer to be up higher but honestly being on the 2nd floor was very convenient. The condo was really nice and had everything needed for a great stay.

We had the best time! My husband and I traveled with our two kids. One is 16 and one is four, and they both had plenty to do here! We appreciate how responsive Lori was, and how much care was taken into our visit. We will look out for this listing on the next trip!

A super cozy, clean place! The kitchen was throughly stocked, there were beach items on hand. Love this lil place would rent again!

We enjoyed staying at Robert and Carol’s place. The location - being able to walk right out onto the beach - was our favorite part of our stay. We had a bit of a difficult time finding the address as we arrived late but Robert answered the phone when we called and was very kind and helpful! We had no issues checking in and enjoyed the space. Kitchen was well stocked and there were soccer & basketball, plus the sticks and pucks for shuffleboard. Our kids liked sleeping in the Murphy bed better than the bunks. Robert was helpful when we had an issue with the AC. Overall we had a stellar experience! If we could change anything, replacing the carpet on the stairs inside the door would make it feel more clean.
