Monthly Rentals in Tunbridge Wells District

Really cozy place, felt right at home and got such a good sleep as the bed was so comfortable!! The flat was easy to get to, lots of parking options near by and so much to do in a walkable radius. Would highly recommend!

Christina’s Barn was the perfect British countryside stay. Our flights from the USA meant that we arrived at 9am and Christina was kind enough to arrange an early check in. We were welcomed with tea and cake which was gratefully received after a long journey. The barn is very comfortable, well appointed, clean, warm and has everything you could need and more. Much nicer than the photo’s. Lots of things to do locally, train to London is easy. You do need a car. Great host, great place to stay.

Perfect mini break in the charming Pantiles area of Tunbridge Wells. Property was immaculately clean, spacious and non cluttered. Simon was fantastic and check in was simple. The flat felt safe and secure and being a female staying on my own I felt very safe. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare meal. The central location had beautiful restaurants, cafés and bars so there was also the added option of dining out. There is a large Sainsbury's and Lidl near by too which is perfect to do your shopping once you arrive at the property. There is a great bar situated in front of the property and worth a visit. There was a little noise from there and the near by crossing but as I was already aware I brought ear plugs so I had no issues whatsoever with this. The living area is spacious and the bedroom cosy. Linen was fresh and heating worked well considering the old fashioned windows. I had such a fantastic break and would highly recommend to all.

Absolutely beautiful flat, so immaculately clean and beautifully done. Nick thought of everything!! Loved staying there would love to stay again.
