Oak Cottage with private log fired jacuzzi hot tub

CharlotteRating, 5 stars3 months ago
What a hidden gem of a place! We feel so lucky to have found Stable Oak Cottages and to have spent New Year there with our family celebrating our sons 18th. The place was gorgeous and the hot tub such a treat! The alpacas were great entertainment and the luxurious little touches from bath robes and sliders, to home baked bread and muffins were just wonderful. Highly recommend.

Cosy converted cow shed near Tenterden

AaronRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had the most wonderful stay at Alice and Alan's cozy cowshed! The space was incredibly warm and inviting, providing a perfect retreat for both of us. Alice and Alan were exceptional hosts, always available to offer assistance and making sure we had everything we needed. They even allowed us to use their beautiful garden, which was such a lovely bonus. One of the highlights was when Alice and Alan kindly offered to drop us into town, saving us the hassle of getting a taxi. They also gave us great recommendations for cabs to get home later on. The stay was extremely nice, and we absolutely loved every moment. We would 100% go back and highly recommend this wonderful spot to anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing getaway!

My 5 year old daughter and I spent a night here and it was absolutely blissful. She woke up and immediately wanted to see the lambs and spend time with a dog wandering around. We will be back as both she and I enjoyed it so much. Charlotte was so kind and even gave me some toothpaste I'd forgotten. Book if you can!

If you’re reading this review and considering making a reservation, stop scrolling, don’t bother looking at other properties and just book Painters Forstal. The house has been there for 478 years at time of writing this and on our trip here we’ve created more life long family memories that add to this incredible historic and amazing home. Thank you Les for being an amazing host and for Karen and Simon for all your support. Together you make what AirBnB experiences are all about.

Private Pondside Luxury Glamping Pod with Hot tub

LindseyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We have just enjoyed a wonderful stay here. The pod exceeded expectations. It was clean, well equipped and in a beautiful location. The hot tub was easy to use and a great addition to our stay. The instructions that Thomas gave us were spot on. When we had a minor issue he responded immediately. We were pleased to see that the hot tub had been already lit before our arrival. That was a great help! We can’t wait to book our next visit. Thank you for being great hosts.

The Pool Shed with heated swimming pool (may-sept)

LukeRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Absolutely magical! Myself, Vicki, and our cockapoo Roly had the most incredible 4-day stay at Toby and Kate’s beautiful pool shed in Kent. This is our third time there! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home — the space is stunning, peaceful, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special again. The pool shed really is a hidden gem — beautifully designed, cozy yet spacious, and surrounded by the most tranquil countryside. The pool itself was a total dream, and Roly had the best time exploring the garden and surrounding land (and occasionally stealing the spotlight himself!). Toby and Kate are the perfect hosts: warm, welcoming, and full of local tips. They’ve truly created something magical here — a perfect blend of comfort, charm, and a touch of luxury. We didn’t want to leave, and we’re already planning our return! Five stars just isn’t enough. Thank you for everything Toby and Kate. We look forward to seeing you again soon! Kindest regards xxx

Woodside Cottages - Ash cottage (self-catering)

CathrynRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A really beautiful and such a peaceful setting. Nicole was so welcoming. The cottage was exceptional, but it was all those special extras that made it stand head and shoulders over other Airbnbs. We arrived to a wonderful hamper, with a homemade cake, there was bread, butter, biscuits, fruit juice, eggs from Nicole’s chickens. Lovely bunch of roses in a vase, gave our whole experience that bit of extra love Everywhere was spotless. The television was a good size, with plenty of channels. Also, there were plenty of plug sockets. For me personally, the horses and dogs were a huge bonus for me. We’ll be back 😉

Sea View Holiday Flat + Pool & Spa in Countryside

Sophie Rating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had such a brilliant stay. Chris and Erick are lovely hosts and are there to help but leave you to very much enjoy your stay. The flat was gorgeous and really had everything we needed, it was spotless and very warm and cosy, the view is amazing too. The leisure facilities were incredible, hands down the best we’ve ever had in the UK (and we’ve stayed in lots or air bnbs). The pool is just perfect and gym, hot tub and steam room were wonderful too. The local area is great, loads to do, plus you’re in a country park so you can literally go on gorgeous walks right out of the front door.

Cosy period cottage in the Sussex Countryside

TanithRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The cottage is clean and very comfortable, full of character, and the garden was a massive bonus - much larger than I was expecting. Ann & Bob were wonderful hosts, interested, friendly and very helpful in recommending places to visit, as well as being incredibly kind and warm to our young children. It felt more like visiting family than a standard air bnb ❤️ Great location for visiting all sorts of places - forest, beach, farm, river, castles & historical buildings all easily reachable.

We loved staying at Rosie’s cottage. The location was perfect for us as it was easy to walk to the beach each day and coming home to the peace and quiet of the cottage and garden was ideal. The cottage lay-out is good and there is plenty of space for our family of 5 to relax and have our own areas to unwind. We’ll be back I hope!

This beautiful property is perfectly situated with walking paths in all directions, some great pubs within walking distance, serving good food and ales, and is only a short drive to Tunbridge Wells. America and Nicks passion for what they do is so evident and their wine is delicious. Can’t complain about anything.
