This is a beautiful, spacious 1 bedroom duplex flat on the 3rd floor (top floor) of a lovely, gated block in Holloway Road. The neighbourhood is cool with some quirky places to shop, eat and drink and the flat is less than a 2 minute walk from Holloway Road station. The Arsenal stadium is also right down the road. The decor is modern and luxurious with a vintage touches. It's light and airy, and although central, it's quiet, even on game days. The neighbours are quiet and respectful too!

The hallway features sliding glass wardrobe doors set within a sleek white frame, contributing to a minimalist aesthetic. Warm lighting enhances the clean lines, while the smooth wooden flooring offers a contemporary touch. A glimpse of the living area is visible at the end of the hallway.

I had a wonderful stay - the flat is beautiful with tons of sunlight and very thoughtfully decorated. The location is even better, on a quiet and beautiful tree-lined street but minutes walking to numerous pubs and restaurants. I would mention the flat is on the top floor of a multi-story walk-up building, so the walk up several flights of stairs could be a challenge for those with numerous heavy bags or those who are mobility-challenged.

The living room showcases a bright and airy space with a yellow sofa and a round glass dining table. Large sliding doors lead to the balcony, bringing in natural light. Modern decor includes a wall-mounted shelf and a flat-screen TV, complemented by warm curtains.

Loved the property and the area. They were very open about the stairs - and there are many if you have heavy bags. We had an issue with a door handle falling off and it was dealt with quickly. Shower pressure is terrible. Something really needs to be done about that. Otherwise we loved it very much.

Just a short stroll from Camden Market, but nicely tucked away from the noise and chaos, with a handy little shop and bike hire literally on the doorstep. Super easy self check-in and the warmest welcome from the lovely hosts, Leah and Katie. Thank you both so much! To be honest, it’s the kind of hidden gem you almost don’t want to share.

Sharon’s place is adorable - a lovely English flat, outside of the hustle and bustle of London, in a residential neighborhood. My favorite part of her place is her back yard - it’s like a slice of garden heaven in the middle of town. A pond, beautiful flowers; it was lovely just sitting out in her yard taking in the sun (when it wasn’t raining ;)). Entertained daily by magpies and foxes. This flat is just for one person as there is only a twin bed, but her flat is roomy and the kitchen can’t be beat! Sharon was a great communicator and checked in to make sure I was doing okay and was always responsive if I needed anything. Great place to unwind after being on the road. Thank you, Sharon!

Johnny was amazing from the beginning! He helped me with my suitcases to the flat, and even helped us with finding a car space as I had just done a big move from NZ. His place was super clean, had everything and in such a nice area of Islington! The flat was also very secure with a fob into the building and camera to dial in deliveries. Buses were convenient, the tube was a 10 min walk to Canonbary, it was in an ideal area in going into Central London, and it was a bonus that he had amazing amenitites i.e. microwave oven, surroun sound Bluetooth speakers, airplay and adjustable lighting for the evenings. It made my stay and moving over to the UK so seamless. Johnny was super friendly and also provided local recommendations. Overall, 10/10 stay and place! Such a warm, nicely refurbished home. I highely recommend Johnny's place - he is super responsive, kind and such an amazing host!! Would definitely stay here again.

Nice long stay for a family of four. Great neighborhood with relatively easy walks to two tube stations and bus stops, but the house still feels private and quiet. We had plenty of space for the family to spread out over multiple floors. The kitchen was well appointed and we quite enjoyed having the patio and garden off the back of the kitchen. Host was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

A compact bathroom features a wood-finished vanity with a white sink and gold faucet. Olive green walls and subtle tile detailing give a fresh look. An oval mirror hangs above the vanity, and a plush bath mat is placed on a marbled floor.
