We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. It was in the perfect location for us after arriving from France. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Nancy was very kind and flexible with arrangements. The area was quiet and we had a lovely walk through a park and past the allotments. Thank you Nancy, we would love to return.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

What a beautiful house - even better than the pictures. Everything was perfect for our girls weekend away. We had a bedroom each which was a luxury. Tracy met us at the property to let us in but left us to our own devices. She’d been very responsive so know that we would have been able to contact her if we’d needed to, but everything was as described so we had no issues whatsoever. We enjoyed the fires in both the lounge and dining room which had been set up by Mark and Tracy in advance. Comfy beds, lovely neutral uncluttered spaces. All in all just a fab place. 15 min walk into the heart of St Leonard’s which has some great shops and restaurants.

Wonderful stay. Steve and Diane were very responsive and even provided a nice welcome basket. Well kept home and has all facilities that you need.

Amazing sea views and lovely decor at this beautiful 3rd floor St Leonards apartment. Has everything you need for a weekend escape or longer stay.

Madelaine and Peter are superb hosts who went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating, even providing transport from the station. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, super-clean and has a very peaceful atmosphere. We loved the outside space, the artwork and all the interesting reading material. We enjoyed a much-needed break in a lovely environment. It was the perfect place to stay and we really appreciated it. Thank you!

Thank You, June - it was the second time we have stayed with you this year and it really feels like a "home from home". Quiet and private but close enough to the Marina or the City when we needed to be out and about. Just got back from a lovely, relaxing stay. Joanne is a fabulous host and so welcoming. I could’ve stayed all day chatting with her. We loved how peaceful it was and its location is superb for visiting Royal Tunbridge Wells and Ashdown Forest. Highly recommend Wilderness Wood which is a 2 minute drive down the road. Although chilly outside, we loved sitting out on the roof and listening to the birds singing and the grounds it’s in are lovely. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Beautiful two story flat in excellent Kemptown location. Close to amenities. Perfect for family visiting. Easy to find, get in and smooth communication with host. Would recommend.

We loved our stay at Caroline’s place, perfect for our girls trip! The flat was beautifully appointed and very comfortable, we felt right at home. It was easy to get there by train. It was a charming character place, nicely renovated, and being an older place noise does tend to travel a bit from the above flat (I think we had a particularly noisy group staying at the same time as us as didn’t see any other mention of this with previous guests). We appreciated Caroline being really responsive about this to resolve things! Particular highlights - cooking in the well supplied kitchen, waking up to the view of the sea, lovely linen on the beds, great water pressure in the shower! Would love to return in summer.

Dan is a wonderful, gracious host and the flat is in a perfect location for exploring town! Lots of fun tech and a brand new bathroom in a very comfy space for the three of us. We wished we could’ve stayed a few more days in Hastings.

Staying at David's place was so easy with lots of hi quality amenities . What stood out for us was how comfortable the beds are. My wife slept better than she has for ages.

Steven's apartment was stylish, uncluttered and had everything we needed. The sea view was spectacular and we would have loved the little balcony in warmer weather. Just a ten minute walk to the Old Town, which is full of charming independent stores and the smugglers caves and castle ruins. Fantastic value for a spacious and peaceful place to stay.

Paul's lovely little apartment was the perfect place for our first trip to St Leonard's. Paul was great, he met us on arrival and kindly showed us how everything worked inside the flat. It was really cosy, and was kitted out with everything we needed for our stay. It's located on a quiet little road just up from the station with lots of little shops and restaurants in walking distance and the sea just down the road. We absolutely loved it, we'll be back as soon as we can!

Such a lovely home, right by the beach and had such a Brighton feel to it! Thank you Chris for having us it was a pleasure to stay.
