Monthly Rentals in Terceira Island

The stay was really good, one of the best airnbnbs on Azores. Maria is exceptionally friendly and responsive. In case you need a duvet mention it to Maria in advance.

Paulo is a sweet heart, that takes excellent care of his property. The location was better than I thought. An excellent swimming area across the street, and another just a short walk from the property.

It was an exceptional experience staying at Duarte’s. Far exceeded anything I hoped for. His place is full of charm and authenticity. I was concerned that it would be too hot for us in the summer with no air conditioner. But the converted ruin had such thick stone walls that the place remained “fresh” even in the hottest days of summer. There is a lovely outside area where my mom and I enjoyed looking at the farm fields (sometimes with cows), the rustling trees and a view of the ocean. Duarte always made us feel at home. It was an honour being his guest. A good place to relax and get back to the basics. Possibly have a writers retreat. Really hope to return to Duarte’s magical place within a magical place (the Açores)!

Nice flat very clean, comfortable and very well situated: not even 5 minutes walk from the very nice beach and same to the center., in a quiet area. Easy to park the car. We had a warm welcoming through very nice (and tasty) small presents. We had a great stay in Praia da Vitória !
