Thomas's stone cabin is beautiful and surrounded by views of the Atlantic ocean and the emerald green pastures of Terceira. The cabin has everything you need including a stone fireplace with firewood that was absolutely wonderful as it was particularly rainy and windy during the first week of April when we were there. We were on Terceira to hike and walk the many trails and this was a perfect place to return to and have a wonderful hot shower that feels like you are showering outside. Every night we had an authentic Azores meal in a recommended restaurant and returned with flashlights to the cabin, walking down the trail in the dark to the mysterious and wondrous sounds of the Cory Shearwater or Cagarro as these amazing birds are known on the island. On our final night, we sat outside on the deck during sunset and the Cagarro swooped and called out to each other all around us--it was magical. Thank you Thomas for welcoming us to this most exquisite place on Earth!

Helder's place is just as beautiful as it looks in the listing. It is very private with ocean views and lots of fresh air. On a clear day, walk up to the upstairs patio facing the coast and take in the fresh air and natural beauty of the island. It's just a short drive from Angra, and an even shorter drive to some of the most amazing restaurants on the island (e.g., Taberna Roberto, Quinta do Martelo). And as if that wasn't enough, Helder was very gracious in helping us with challenges we faced due to some unusually harsh weather during our visit. His proactive and very responsive communication saved the day a couple times. We will absolutely book this home again on our next trip to the island.

Great house and location. Walkable to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach! The house was very clean and everything needed is there. Bedrooms are comfortable, easy to sleep in everyday! There’s free street parking at the back of the house along the park and can access the house from the back yard. Free parking in front of the house during weekends only. Quiet neighbourhood but a few minutes walk to the beach and excellent restaurants. Sabrina was very quick to offer advice and answer questions. She gave us great recommendations and is super friendly. We would stay again and highly recommend anyone to stay here.

First time on Terceira Island with our 2-year-old son. The house , located northwest of the island, is very close to the Serra de Santa Bárbara and traditional villages. Excellent for those looking for hiking along the mountain trails and being close to the main facilities. We stayed at Beer House, with a beautiful view of the sea but also the green pastures of the mountain. It is well located, however you hear a lot of the cars passing on the road ahead early in the morning. The wind is heard but being located on the northern coast of the island, that is perfectly normal. But our experience was great at the same. We loved everything and had the comfort we needed as a family.Near a very good restaurant and supermarket. For those who run, there are very good paths from the house to natural pools, where to run and smell the sea is not lacking. Tiago was very helpful and available. We rented a car directly with him and it was all fairly easy. I recommend it!

Gorgeous spot above the Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful baths a mile down the road. Everywhere you wish to visit on the island is reachable in 25 minutes by car. We feel very fortunate to have stayed in this beautiful home! The Gallagher's Penngrove California

I’ve stayed in many AirBnBs. This one had the most plates, glasses, closets, drawers etc. It is very well equipped.

On the occasion of a family meeting, we rented the holiday house of Elsa Silva very prominently located on the port of Sao Mateus. Even before we arrived, she was very committed to her communication and provided us with many important details. The personal welcome on site was extremely friendly and the key handover went completely smoothly thanks to Elsa Silva's commitment. Many useful recommendations and hints rounded out the excellent impression of a wonderful stay on Terceira. House is very well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity, a wonderful fish shop "around the corner" leaves nothing to be desired. We spent great days on the third largest Azorean island.

We had a wonderful stay at Ti Choa’s house! It is as beautiful if not more beautiful than the photos. There are lots of hiking trails nearby and a spectacular place to watch the sun go down a few min away by car or a 20 min or so hike. We were delighted to find some Queijadas da Dona Amélia (the famous local dessert) left for us as well as wine and honey liquor to enjoy and enjoy we did. The restaurant that they run is wonderful and a carnivores dream. They raise the animals they serve and the preparation is flawless. Our server Sergio was amazing.. we never saw a menu we just let him take care of everything and everything was incredible. We were delighted to find some Queijadas da Dona Amélia (the famous local dessert) left for us as well as wine and honey liquor to enjoy and enjoy we did. Don’t hesitate to book this place!

The apartment is a viewpoint to the sea. Part of the view is tastefully decorated. It has everything you could possibly need.
