Great stay for the price. Close to everything! Just a short Uber to broadway. Perfect for our group of 4 for the weekend. Clean inside and the outdoor area was cute. Easy check in and check out.

It was a great place to stay for a weekend trip. Location was perfect, as it was close to downtown (Broadway) and Midtown.

Everything about this place was as described. Very clean and cozy! The location is great and very close to downtown and all kinds of restaurants. We will definitely be staying here the next time we are in Nashville.

This was a lovely little apartment for our stay in Nashville. Great location, just a short 5 minute drive from Broadway and also easy to get to other areas of the city as well. The host was very kind and responsive!

Amazing place to stay and close to important areas.

We stayed in the carriage house on the property and loved it! The property was well maintained and you could tell that Anne has put a lot of work into making a peaceful environment. Anne was very responsive to our texts and she gave great recommendations for our outings. The house itself was beautiful and we loved the history pamphlets that explained what the Boyd Harvey House was. Highly recommend to travelers!!

We had a great stay! Terrific hosting and hospitality. We were all super comfortable, all five of us. Plenty of room to spread out. Terrific kitchen, lovely decor, great bathrooms. East Nashville is a great place to be. We had a great time walking around and exploring local shops and clubs. Super location for our New Year’s vacation!

Danika’s house is beautiful. It was very clean. It was very comfortable for the 4 of us and it will still be roomy for 6 people as advertised especially if it’s just a weekend trip. The neighborhood is very quiet.

My family and I had a lovely visit. 8 adults one baby and two dogs, we had plenty of room, and felt relaxed. Close enough to the tourist attractions, yet far enough away that it was quiet at night. Highly recommend.

This home was comfortable for 9 people. The location is great, short Uber ride or 25ish minute walk to 12 South. Short Uber to The Gulch or downtown.

I give “Shawn’s Place” my highest recommendation! The location is ideal as it is within a 10 to 15 minute drive to almost anywhere I wanted to go. Also, to say the modern, sleek, interior design is exquisite is an understatement. It must be professionally decorated as it looks like a page out of a design magazine. This condo is very beautiful, spacious and had everything I needed to make coffee, tea, meals and cocktails. There are two identical condos side-by-side. I stayed in unit A on the left side. Each unit has 3.5 floors and four bedrooms plus two rooftop decks! These two condos sleep so many people. It would be ideal to rent both condos for a big group of friends and/or family! It’d be especially fun for a bachelorette or bachelor party! It is a short drive to all of the bars on the lively Broadway strip. When I pulled up to the condo, I was happy to see there is a garage with room for two cars. There is also a ping-pong table with ginger beer on top waiting for Shawn’s guests. I added some vodka and limes to my ginger beer in order to make a delicious mule! When I walked throughout the 3.5 floors of “Shawn’s Place,” it was obvious that Shawn cares about her future guests and had them in mind as she thought of what they might need. She went above and beyond to make sure we would not have to buy nor bring anything besides clothes. Shawn clearly knows that it’s in the little details that can make a vacation more pleasant. For every set of guests, she puts out a lovely welcome tray with all kinds of complimentary snacks, drinks, goodies and even a bottle of wine. She has also put together a thorough binder with both instructions for the condo and suggestions of things to do in Nashville. One night, I drove to Hattie B’s on Charlotte Pike which is close by to enjoy their famous hot chicken! Then another day I drove to the spacious Centennial Park which is also close to see The Parthenon, a tourist favorite. Shawn has stocked the kitchen with all of the essentials to make yummy meals and your drink of choice. She even made sure there are fresh coffee beans, sugar, and honey. There is a grocery store close by so I made steak and roasted veggies one night and sat outside on the rooftop deck right off the kitchen to enjoy the stars and lovely view. I stayed in the master bedroom which was such a treat! The deep tub and large shower are luxurious. There are three shower heads including an overhead rain shower and handheld body sprayer. The walk in closet in the master is enormous. Shawn has stocked all of the bathrooms throughout the house with shampoo, conditioner and body wash plus all of the closets have hangers. has made sure there are lots of extra fluffy towels and many soft blankets throughout the house. Thank you, Shawn, for your Southern hospitality! We had a wonderful vacation! I had so much fun, but also reveled in the relaxation that I needed. I’ll be back soon with a larger group and will rent both condos!

Location, location, location! Perfect to walk to everything. Especially if you’re going to an event at Nissan Stadium. Great mix of local bars/restaurants, and all the top Nashville bars and museums are within a very short walking distance. Excellent communication by the hosts. Great set up for two couples. Great kitchen for cooking, but you probably won’t need it. There’s a diverse food truck scene close by, and excellent restaurants that are more of a local vibe. But all the celebrity scene is so close. You can choose what you want to experience when staying here. We absolutely loved it and hope to stay again. Also, the ground floor/street entry was so convenient. Uber was readily available if needed for airport or a further distance.

Definitely one of the coolest spots we have rented! Everything was as pictured and described, clean, organized and clear instructions for everything related to the condo and lots of things to do and try in Nashville! Broadway and Nissan stadium both easily walkable, lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance or a quick Uber as well. Well stocked and functional for our group, would definitely look at reserving it again on our next trip to Nashville!
